Brandon
Sort of disappointed by the reviews I've heard so far for Roanoke... Hopefully it gets better Keep in mind that last night was a Dress Rehearsal. It takes time to get into the story and understand how to utilize the spot at which you're placed in the house. Plus you have to account for possible first time scareactors. It will get better!
Doctor Cogstein
I'm hyped for tonight. But man, these weather reports. I hope it just blows over. Edited September 19, 2014 by Doctor Cogstein
Mrevio
I'm hyped for tonight. But man, these weather reports. I hope it just blows over. Bring a poncho. While most everyone else is waiting in a ride or under a roof of a store/restaurant for the weather to pass, you can be in the much shorter lines for the houses
Ande
Lads we've wait all year for this, prepair yourselves to get scared!
bmoz628
Yeah I'd say most years that I've gone have had opening weekends with loads of rain. At this point we just kind of expect it. I even bring ziplock bags for phones and such.
duh1011
Psh, you don't need anything for the rain. Just bask in it and laugh at the fools who do nothing because they're scared of water
Ande
So i have a question...where did the LT gargoyles go?? I spotted them at the g&g queue and now they are gone? I want to know where these guys are!
PeoriaBJJ
RAIN????? RAIN?????????? hahahahaha! I dont spend a months check in Orlando every year just to bitch bc of the rain! Put on a poncho and get going!!!!! When it rains hard you usually can get an extra run through a house (or more) bc everyone else is sitting under an awning or something,,,
duh1011
Lol I don't need no poncho, I just stand there in the rain in a t-shirt and shorts! Pneumonia can kiss my shiny metal buttocks Edited September 19, 2014 by duh1011
Chris90day
You can definitely spot the Floridians and/or theme park veterans. We tend to be the people who exclaim "Awesome! It is supposed to rain! Looks like we will get a few extra rides/houses in tonight!". I agree with Duh and Mrevio. Wear a poncho (or not) and get a little more done! I will admit that the street experiences can be somewhat diminished by rain.
clash
Psh, you don't need anything for the rain. Just bask in it and laugh at the fools who do nothing because they're scared of water i would Love to have the kind of immune system you have lol. Rain makes me terribly sick if I stay in those wet clothes, (Specially since the soundstages are so cold.) And walking for 5+ hours in wet shoes.... no way.
duh1011
Oh, well, wet shoes, huh...... Now there's a bit of a problem. It's still better than walking through the Curious George area and having every step make you feel like your shoes drowned

hhnfanforever
can anyone suggest a youtube account for me to find walkthroughs of the houses from EP night? thanks!
jetsfreakHHN
When I went in 09 it thunder stormed the WHOLE time making scare zones literally disappear. I hope it doesn't rain so I get to see scare zones BUT I wouldn't mind having short house waits
IheartNARWHALS
The only scarezone I saw disappear is Bayou because all they have is facepaint on them. The Purge, Maskerade, and Faceoff stayed out

dragonsfire311
The year of lady luck it rained the whole night when we went. No scare zones and long lines everywhere to get out of the rain, however the houses were good.

IheartNARWHALS
Yeah this year it was a sprinkle but it was constant. I think it stopped for maybe 30 mins around 10 but that was the only break from the rain
Tich0las
Bayou stayed out most of the time. We walked through the zone at 9 and again around 11. Both times the cast was out. Didn't see a sacrifice, but did see the voodoo witch searching for a victim. She looked at my girlfriend, who smiled at her, and got in her face with an evil grin and said, "Looks like someone is having too much fun!" IheartNARWHALS
People going tonight. Be aware that around 7 it might start raining but should be over in about on hour. By 8 it should clear out. It shouldn't be like last night *knocks on wood desk*
