ive always liked the idea of them redesigning the icons. i know that on 25 they change jacks appearance a bit but im talking of a complete redesign to make this icons "fresh"

Since its speculation season, do you guys think we will have a icon or just the IPs?

What worries me is that since they brought AWIL exactly the same whats to say they wont start doing that with other properties?

I did this house 2 times over the weekend and it was to die for, but i did not see dracula on the classic monsters scenes. Is he in this house?

I really liked the house when they first made it but i dont know, i just dont feel it this year. its probably because its the same house again, sadly im a bit disappointed.

Remember back in 2009 during the last days of the event they added that new scarezone teasing the 20th anniversary, what are the changes they will do something similar this year being that the 25th anniversary is next?

watching that dracula untold trailer made me think universal wants to turn dracula into a superhero. The trailer reminded me of thor for some reason, must be the red cape.

About the event not being as "hardcore" i didn't necessary meant about gore or that kind of stuff. i was thinking more about the houses and scareactors. these past few years we been getting some beautiful looking houses, but i personally feel like they've spend too much time making them look good and not making quality scares. same thing with scareactors, i wished they would give them more liberties with coming up with scares tactics instead of just appearing out of no where and saying boo. sorry about bringing this up again, im just a lurker that felt like letting out some steam back to speculation

I still remember when i saw Jeepers creeper for the first time, the scene when he is droping all the bodies into the pipe at the church and how he stops and just stares at the camera as they drive by. endless nightmares...

I bet this year's Icon is going to be a humanoid Great White Shark...the ultimate tribute to JAWS.... But in all seriousness i could see this year having a "twisted fairy tale theme" since that's getting kinda popular now
