HHN XXI Website Updates

Does anyone have any idea's what the Frequent fear pass with express might cost? It's just on the website as coming soon. I had one last year and know it will go up but I'm doing this year on a budget and am seriously pinching pennies to be able to come. I'm looking for a ballpark figure I'm thinking in the 180 range. Am I close? Thanks in advance and sorry if it's the wrong place to ask but I didn't want to start a whole thread just to ask that.

Also someone said earlier about playing different casino games to open up the info of the houses and I really like this idea. It's perfect in my opinion. Although each game should have a gory twist of some sort.

Aaron, with the increased ticket prices for this year's event it is safe to say that is will be more than last year. How much more has yet to be announced. But I would say that is might be up to $50 more but am hoping for less of an increase.

As long as it's under 200 per pass I will be ok.

I remember paying like a little over $225 for the Frequent Fear Plus with Express last year with the Annual Pass discount. Last year's prices for the FFP with Express was about $155 for regular guests and $140 for pass holders and for the FFP Plus with Express it was about $240 for regular guest and $225 for passholders. So what the increase will be this year is still questionable.

I had the Frequent Fear with Express only last year and will be doing the same this year no matter the cost I guess but hopefully it will be under 200. I will use it 5 nights and figure I get my moneys worth going with that option. I'm just curious to see how much they go up.

so..what does this frequent fear pass entitle me too seeing you guys talking about it has me curious

Get admission to Halloween Horror Nights EVERY Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday event nights plus the first weekend (September 23 & 24) when you purchase a Frequent Fear Pass.

Frequent Fear Pass Dates: Sept. 23, 24, 29, Oct 2, 6, 9, 13, 16, 19, 20, 23, 26, 27, 30 & 31.

You get into the event one every one of the dates listed. The Frequent fear pass with express gets you in all of those nights and you have an express pass for every night. You can use the express pass for entry to each of the houses and rides that take express once. It's worth it in my eye because I hate waiting in line.

Im highly thinking of this for next year due to the fact that i can only attend one time this year and it seem pointless to get it only for one night......

Well, if you plan on wanting to go on Fridays as well then you would want the Frequent Fear Pass Plus which includes all the days offered by the Regular Frequent Fear Pass but also includes Fridays.

So I think we might be getting an update sometime this week for 2 reasons.

Reason #1- They always update the site every year I'm at the beach. AKA 2 weeks after July 4th.

Reason #2- This was posting on the Official HHN Facebook "It’s time to visit that deep dark place and remember why we all love the blood-curdling screamfest that is HHN…"

I could be wrong though....

It just says forbidden. probably just my computer.

I recieved it as well. I also went to it by typing the URL and doing a google search to get to the url and both came up with the same result.

Try using a different internet browser. That happens to me a lot and I switch browsers and it works fine.

This is a known issue, no need to discuss it further, please keep all further discussion to updates on website.

Thanks :)

Yesterday the HHN FB showed photos from 2006, Screamhouse and discussed the Caretaker

Today they update their status with a photo from 2007 and it states

"Then, in 2007… You stepped through the door of 1428 Elm Street, and found yourself terrifyingly face-to-face with... him. Reliving your most vicious nightmares all while trapped in a walking dream state… does his face still haunt you?

2007: A Nightmare on Elm Street: Dreamwalkers"

Anyone else think we'll have a website update in 4 days? Or am I just reading into this a little too much :P

Makes sense that they count down days to 2011...though with 20 years to work with, you'd have thunk they'd have started much earlier to keep the drumbeat of suspense going from the site launch. I also think we're going to get a bunch of "OMG Freddy's coming back!!!!!!" posts pretty soon

Definitely, Universal just updated their FB page again with a post about Shadybrook last year. All their previous post have been about houses, and they've all been in sequential order by year. Starting with 06 on July 13. All one to one and a half days after the other. This leads me to believe that tomorrow we'll be getting a big update about our event this year.

Plus, Hollywood and Orlando both updated their sites at the same time and Hollywood announced earlier that a big update is coming for them tomorrow. So it only makes sense to believe that they would both update.

As JWFearman stated on the previous page. Please, this is the website update thread and should be used to discuss updates that happen. Please refrain from posting past update days or when you think they will happen cause all it does is clog the thread.

Thanks

I'm thinking that they are going to post one house a day, kinda like the HHN Facebook did. Until they get down to the last house and then we will get a new site. Any thoughts on that?

Way too early. Pretty sure they only revealed the Thing for the marketing purposes leading up to the movie. We might see more about the Icon or some backstory, but I don't think we'll get the rest of the houses revealed until a much later date.

Yeah, I guess I jumped the gun. It's only mid July. Well, I guess it's time to keep speculating until we get another update...
