HORRORLANDO
My wishful thinking right now isn't much to ask. I know that A&D is the best there is when it comes to making haunt events, and I just hope we get a quality event this year, with 8 houses and 6 scarezones, a nice variety in theming, and a fun build up to September, since that's half the fun! Couldn't have said it better myself...
FlamingBunnies
Not sure if this is possible, but I know they utilized fire last year, and I think it would be cool to see them use a room with a lot of water. Water dripping, spraying, slight flooding (not wear geusts are walking, obviously a hazard), steam, maybe a boiler room malfunction type deal. With electrical wires awry. It would be cool. I think it would be certainly doable. From one of the rumors I've heard, one of our houses might have an excuse to bring in plenty of water. LostAlice
I really want a Bioshock house >_<
FlamingBunnies
I don't think a Bioshock house would ever happen. Unless a movie happens first, I know that the game was extremely popular, and I love it (I own two copies) but thinking of how many people come to the event, and comparing that to how many people are gamers, it just doesn't click for me. Imagine if you'd never played the game and saw Bioshock, or Rapture: Sea of Dreams slapped on a sign, it wouldn't make much sense, some might view it as the biblical rapture. Idk, at this point I'm just rambling.
LostAlice
Its just wishful thinking.. lol Though something similar to Bioshock could be possible. The underwater theme, circa 1960s
Cody
Gaming still has some stigma attached as the sport of awkward nerds and school shooters; even the most artistic games have trouble getting taken seriously because of their reputation. It doesn't help that they get the blame for some VERY bad things. Until that stigma in the media is gone and gaming is truly considered as much as an art form as film, the chances of a house having anything more than some inspiration from parts of Bioshock is just not going to happen. LostAlice
Im just thinking with this theme we have going now, something kind of steam punk related for a house would be really nice. We've had a couple before that had that sort of feel.
QuestionMark
I think it would be awesome if we got a Ghost-Pirate type of house in a soundstage. It could be themed around Davy Jones Locker and the entrance to the house could be a huge Pirate ship. Would be amazing in my opinion.

Although, if you want a lot of water effects it would be better in Jaws.

dante
MY IDEA FOR HHN COMMERCIAL....i know its a bit early but hey why not We see a man waking up, his head hurts like hell. As he rises to his feet and looks around and see that hes inside a casino everything is in ruin broken slot machies and overturned tables...as he explores he finds a single table with 2 cards face down.. over come with curiousity he turns the cards over..Queen of Aces and the Ace of Spades, we hear an evil laugh and he looks around in terror then out of nowhere his hand is severed he drops to his knees screaming and as he looks up the icon asks him if he wants to try again and the man screams in pain then the info for HHN 21 is said then we shoot back to the icon saying do you feel lucky and it cuts off...the end
boogeyman13
I would love to see Esqueleto Muerto come back, this time as a full house. It was hands down my favorite scare zone from last year, and I think a proper house could really push it darker and scarier. Maybe there's a small Mexican town that decided to stop being silly and do away with the old ways, no longer making offerings to the dead. So this year on Dia de los Muertos, the dead have risen to come take the offerings they were denied in flesh and blood. Cody
It also didn't help that the Bill & Ted show was held in the musical stage that year and one of the pyrotechnics set a curtain on fire (video's on YouTube).

JONNYFXM
So, as for wishful thinking, I would like to see a new "futuristic" house, cause I dont think Uni has gotten it right just yet. Something like Jason X kind of stuff. Space serial killer, spaceship feel where you walk through a hallway or a cockpit where you feel like you're looking out into space just as someone sneaks up behind you... Interstellar Terror was one of my favourite houses in '08. They did a good job on that then. I would love to see another house set in Space or with a Sci Fi theme. Futuristic environments are my favorite type of theme. Imagine a house where you're trapped in a spaceship with carnivorous aliens/monsters/mutant space people. Think Dead Space, Aliens, and Pandorum.
