Mark M.
Before the countdown to midnight has started, it’s clear this party has already been crashed, and the streets are running red with blood. You’ll enter what looks to be your typical New Year’s Eve bash until it’s too late. As the ball drops, fanged punks and big-haired vamps will start their feeding frenzy.

happy bunny rabbit
A ball drop would be great. A ball drop only at midnight would be better. A ball drop at midnight with spikes attached to the bottom of the ball that appear to impale some trapped "guest" actors...now, that would be something special.
littlegreenghouls
I think having like a " broadcast " dick clark rocking new year eve. It would funny.
AbeLinkedIn
I've been wanting Universal to do this for a while and they finally did it. I legit screamed when I saw the announcement. Vamp 55 was a lot of fun, and with a bigger area and more characters and set pieces, I'm psyched. This is worth the price of admission alone.
Cody
Very, very few scarezones got as big of a fan reaction as Vamp '55. There's art, cosplay, some people even did a little work on a comic. If the actors can be as good as their predecessors, we're in for a good time.
HorrorUnearthed
Hearing Everybody Wants to Rule The World By. Tears For Fears in the background of screams and possibly confetti falling from the sky? I mean looks pretty, we are obviously going to see some floats too, they gotta make the zone look very eyecatching at every turn lol
Maxmoser
I didn’t experience Vamp ‘55. But I’m really excited for this scare zone! This should be very very good!
WESKER69
Two songs that need to be played in this SZ are.... As a remix of course... Remix not necessarily required and we'll just throw this one in for good measure just because haha...
Dr. D
As a former Vamp 55 Greaser, I am very excited for this zone. A little bitter cause I couldn't work the event as a scareactor this year, but still happy nonetheless.

littlegreenghouls
figures.. is the show scene that the last street missed out on. vamp 55 was all show, and lacked in scares in my opinion.
Dr. D
Other than Vampire Prince and Michael Jackson, this zone in my opinion was... well meh. Which clearly leaves me disappointed. Maybe I just missed most of it, but the dance choreography on the stage was enough to turn me away. The music was A+ though.

I wanted to jump on the bandwagon of liking this zone. I just walked through. I didn't see one scare.. in whole two walk through. I think it needs fog and less dance music. Vampyr
This zone is everything! Applause to the costume designer. I could sit in this zone all night and just listen to the music. I’m a huge fan of anything 80’s, so some younger guests might not really “get it.” Edited September 14, 2018 by Vampyr

Literally everyone gets it.
clash
that is because the 80s had some of the greatest music and movies of all time. you never see strong nostalgia for the 90s lol. or the 70s. the 80s was this magical decade where so many amazing things in music and horror came out from. Dancing the night away to some great music.
