His father, an esteemed archeologist of his time, traveled around the world going on excavations and studying various ancient cultures. Even though his father would go away for months and months, he would always send letters to his son. One day, William came home to his mother crying. She told him that his father had died while on one of his expeditions. Days later one of his father's fellow archeologist stopped by his house. He gave him the last letter his father had wrote to him and a mysterious box that layed next to his dead body. This letters was not like the others; It was full of jibberish and unknown symbols an drawings of what looked like ox that was given to him. Convinced that this box was somehow the cause of his father's death he never opened it. Years later, William got a job at his local museum and eventually worked his way up to being the museum curator. Unfortunatly, at the time he became curator, the museum was in desperate need of guests ans money. He decided to open the box in hopes that it contained something that could bring in more guests. The box contained 6 artifacts and William would soon see what caused his fathers death. After the he opened the box, WIlliam began to have strange visions pertaining to the artifacts in the box which eventually drove him mad and made him have an unhealthy obsession with the artifacts. On September 15th 1998 WIlliams body was found hanging from the ceiling in the main hall of the museum holding the box with strange symbols etched into his skin. Other employees who worked that night were also found dead with their bodies mutilated presumably at the hands of William Sinclair. The box traveled to various antique stores until it was picked up by a prop master and put into the Universal Studios prop house. Oblivious to the history behind it, the prop master opened the box releasing William's insane soul that has now completly been taken over by the dark presence previously contained in the box.
