I heard they scrapped the male nurses because there were complaints that they showed too much cleavage.

So... that means... there will be NO MALE NURSES in the Silent Hill house!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then I suppose there is no need to continue speculating on these clue, if they are simpily pointing to known elements of the event. Creating riddles and clues to tell us that nurses will appear in Silent Hill seems rather unnecessary and, in my opinion, pointless. I will let others work them out. If it appears that something more substantial is being hinted at, like a backstory, connecting theme, or icon, then I may return to speculating. Until then: Has anymore info been figured out about the scarezones? I've never really been a scarezone person. I prefer the houses unless I'm in the mood to people watch. This year, however, the scarezones have me very interested. It may be the increase in scareactor numbers or the fact that were may get more simplistic zones this year, but I really can't wait to find out more.

A couple posts have been hidden or edited for content in regards to a "Archive" website. This site is not an affiliate to us, or has a proven track record of providing false and untrue information. The site has also changed names and content about 20 times in the past year or two, VERY UNRELIABLE. The owner is also know to start trouble with other sites and Universal itself in the past. I don't give much credence to that post from Archives. It stated that there have been "no major leaks" this year??? Really? I have never had more info leaked to me about HHN as early as this year. I've been told about some things before they had been approved just minutes after they had been proposed.

I'm sure a lot of you feel the same way as i do about this time of year...you need a HHN fix somehow and in someway! today, mine came to me unexpectingly. As i was driving threw the small town of Brooksville (not sure if anyone on here knows where that is, but its a 2 hour drive west on 50 from orlando) i came a across an army supply store. I know what a lot of you are thinking, so flippin what?! Its not the store that caught my eye, but the set pieces surrounding this tactical supply army store. They literally have almost all of the set pieces from War of the Living Dead....i know what the duece! The pieces theyve acquired are as follows, all of the walls that looked to be destroyed by friendly fire, the huge a** bunker that housed the flame throwing zombie on top of it, and also a couple of sand bag bunkers! this literally mind f**ked me (pardon my language but its the only way to describe how i felt). they also have a couple of army jeeps but i dont believe those are from hhn, just army jeeps! i have off of work thursday so im gonna try to swing by there and talk to the owners to find out more info about this, and also maybe snap a couple of pictures so everyone on here doesnt think im a mad man!

So, assuming we get a full reveal the 30th, gives 23 days for game playing on the site or whatever they have in store. Also, FB has been updated with a bloody "22" as the picture.

Short answer? Because they're not aiming to please us, the psycho addicts who need games and puzzles and clues....they're aiming to hit the people who don't know wtf HHN is even doing this year beyond simply existing. Sucks lol

The survey did say the Walking Dead was the theme this year, but it also mentioned the infamous "games on the site" which currently don't, and probably won't exist. Hell, an intern probably wrote that survey for all we know... With the way updates/information are being handled this year, I would take anything and everything you hear with a grain of salt (even information from the horses mouth, in particular this survey). Until it is represented in a piece of artwork, media release, or officially plastered all over the site, I ain't believing nothin!

I'm going to play devil's advocate on this one and say it's not real. The grammar is off, which automatically makes the source lose credibility in my eyes. That alone is enough for me to think it's fake, but beyond that, as stated, it conflicts with some things we've been hearing. UGH I want a reveal. IMO, this doesn't show us anything new...it's practically the same layout as the website. They HAVE to feature TWD most prominently...I would put money on the fact that it's probably in their contract with AMC that TWD house be the most featured. In the world of Marketing, size matters.

Eh I'm positive there is not a dual run house. OK 99.99999 (so you don't know ) Hey at this point I guess anything is possible. ... and "dual" not "duel". Although a "duel" house would be cool. But please Uni.. prove me wrong I'd be happy on that one.

Everything else in Clue Three has pertained to Silent Hill. I believe 26 > 2 is still a detail regarding SH. And you're not the only one doing this instead of work...

As stated in the clue that featured Heather's post, this was provided as a key. An answer key. So those posts were selected as being on the right track. My thoughts: Clue One: Obviously the Victorian house, rumored to include Legendary Truth. Poltergeists could easily be included within a house featuring LT. Clue two (the vortex CD) was a follow-up to Clue One. We know this house will include a Vortex, but Leotta is a further hint to the significance of the vortex. A seance, perhaps? Clue Three: Silent Hill. This one is going to require more work, but the featured posts point out a few important factors. 1) He = he and Fe = female. Male and female. 2) 26 > 2. This obviously has significance. But what? The answer wasn't provided, so we haven't solved it yet. 3) Fe=86 was our hint to make us see Rn, to further connect this clue to Silent Hill and the nurses. 4) The other elements were tied to spelling out Silent Hill. SO. I think if we can solve the 26 > 2 portion, then we might have resolved that clue. He = 2. Fe = 26. Male = 2. Female = 26?

I've been following all this and not saying anything or participating in my own Google-fu, but now I can't help myself from saying that it would be AWESOME if the ifrit turned out to be a complete hoax. I love puzzles but nonsense puzzles are even more awesome. That said, even if the clues are legitimate it is easy to go overboard and read WAY too far into it. Obviously this is the spec thread so that's allowed, and may even be necessary, but I think it's going to be something far more basic than advanced number theory that cracks this last clue. So we need to notice the very simple basic things. All those numbers are 2 sets of 2 digits that begin with 2 and are even numbers. This year is #22. Lots of 2s. Duality as a theme could be spot on. Also the way they are broken up into three sets makes me think of street addresses on neighboring streets. The 2600 block and 2700 block. The 5 is crossed out for some reason. Maybe this is information mapping out the event. I'm a crazy HHN Fanatic but someone way more familiar with the park than me is going to have to speculate on that. Maybe whatever the 2500 block is, it isn't being used? Maybe that's got something to do with a mobile horde? I don't know. But I don't think it's a cryptographic cipher for letters or words. Those kinds of messages don't look like that. Especially when you factor in the psychology of the creator of the image: the whole point of giving a clue is that the clue can be solved, and if this is a letter cipher it would take far too much effort to find a solution without much more data. It's too even. For what it's worth I also think these numbers aren't just made up. That is, whatever they are, they come from a source. Lists of numbers people make up look different. I'd get into geek math but I don't wanna. Edit: scratch that. Could be letters.

Hey why not? I'm kind of glad I'm not supposed to speculate on these... I have a few ideas but for the most part all these clues remind me of all the puzzles in the Silent Hill game. I tool them over for 10 or so minutes and then I go find a cheat sheet I think he's reffering to the Halo of the Sun. IT's not Pi (well I don't think it is). Silent hill uses Székely-Hungarian Rovás or hungarian runes. Many of the letters also contain characters of the Nordic Alphabet from the Elder Futhark set.The very bottom symbol it the signature of Lucifer... It is still debated on the exact translation of the Halo but essentially it is a pact with Lucifer.... more or less... not that it helps you solve these puzzles (a t least I don't THINK it does). If you really want to know here is a good break down. But it's seems pretty much neither here nor there for our purposes.

In thje past when we've received clues of this nature, the goal has always been to help. It would be counterproductive to give us a symbol so easily recognizable just to confuse us. This is one case where overthinking will kill you. It happened to me a couple times last year with our Mutual Friend, but generally - the simple answer is correct. You have to do your homework to solve the riddles, but in the past the clues haven't been purposely tricky just to eff with us. At least I hope that's still true! This! This seems like the best explanation I've read so far. But what about the He? Where does the 26 > 2 portion fit? Oy. My brain hurts.

Maybe the periodic table and notes are from a lab, a mad scientist's lab to be precise. Could be something to the jekyll and Hyde theory.

This guy looks mean as hell... I see that they call him both "Hammer" and "Bogeyman." Its my understanding that he comes from "Silent Hill - Downpour." I am not actually familar with Silent Hill series so please correct me if im wrong! From what I have seen of Silent Hill, this guy and Pyrmid Head are actually the same thing, just different incarantions of evil.

FE = 86 86 on the periodic table = radon (symbol is RN) If FE = female and RN= Registered nurses.... then FE+86+RN=female nurses. To me this makes the most sense....IMO.

Could be some misinformation going on. Uni was doing it with the Florida Transformers project for the first few weeks of demolition/construction. I had 3 sources that are usually incredibly solid saying it wasn't a ride at all, and a few saying it was TF.

I've been hearing conflicting info in the past few days from fairly reliable sources. I now am not certain if there will be an icon or not, and am leaning more and more to not. I have also heard very different things about the Beasts. That they are one thing or something else entirely. Furthermore I am getting conflicting reports on whether the "Victorian Mansion" will be a sequel to Wyandot or not. As all of these various sources now in conflict with each other have been right before... I'm not sure what to think.

Quote from The Ifrit: "I'm feeling benevolent so I'll gift you one more: sometimes the shorthand isn't short for the ore." It appears the message is saying Fe is not representative of iron, but then the picture gives us quotes from the Iron Lady. It's confusing.

Ok, New map. The only thing I didn't change was the Prisoner scarezone. I still think putting it in front of MIB is a stupid idea and highly unlikely. I can MAYBE see it in the area between MIB and Simpsons but I still think the end of World Expo, were Canyon was last year, is a far better option.

Man I don't understand the dislike of the Gargoyle idea. The blink characters were such a hit and everyone loves them... basically gargoyles. Eveyone liked the In-Between... Albeit bright... but similar to a gargoyle. The living statues are alway a hit too. But it boils down to a monster in a castle or cathedral. Creepy monster... Creppy place. Check and check. Plus you have the ablities to have flyers... glowing friking red eyes... awesome mirror visuals gags... and a ton of mistaken identities (what is an actor and what is a prop). I mean maybe it's just me but this... Is an awesome costume. (From Netherworld)
