AsylumSB
Thanks for providing VIP as an "official" topic for the event! The mods are definitely on top of their responsibilities and get better each year (like a fine wine...or bad cheese). Ha!
Freak
Man, I wish I could check it out this year. So expensive.

Don't worry, everything will work out ffffiiiinnneee..... That being said, why is everything this year so darned expensive? This for $200 and FOL for $120?! I guess there will be less people cutting the lines this year which is a good thing for us General Admissioners.

Doctor Jeffula
Ticket prices are ridiculous for FOL and VIP this year. If i spent the amount of money for FOL this year on last year i could have taken another guest with me! and its STILL not unlimited line passes for FOL
DireBrian
I'm doing the R.I.P. this year. (I refuse to call it anything but that). This will be my first year doing it, but I have to try it at least once in my life. Just got my tickets for the last Friday before Halloween. So stoked. DTH316
If there were any year to do it, this is it! Anyone else get a Delusion kinda vibe from this? Sounds very interactive with a lot of show elements from the way Murdy has described it.

DTH316
Do they do trial runs of VIP on Employee Preview night?
Arsik_22
I don't believe they did previous years but It never had this kind of interactive element before. So let's hope they do- but I doubt it. Lol Edited August 30, 2013 by shark23
JillValentine
Took the plunge and bought my VIPs for 9/28 - an evening's entertainment for two cost more than the hotel room for 3 nights ... Sooooo painful! But I know it'll be worth it (I hope!).
jek
For those who've never done it, it's well worth the expense--even without the new interactive element. I've done the tour for the past 2 years. The ability to repeat houses front of the line all night... awesome. Orlando only offers this with the private RIP tour starting at $1250! The private lounge is also a nice perk and you'll actually use it. In the past it stayed open all night (couldn't tell from this years description) and I stopped by frequently. Also, in the past, the buffet was light appetizers and desert. This year the description reads, "extensive gourmet dinner buffet and desert", plus two glasses of either wine or beer if you so choose. On the outside, a decent meal with drinks alone would set you back substantially. So if you need more reason to justify your decision, subtract that from the cost. Finally, the event is becoming so crowded (like Orlando), I wouldn't go without it on a Friday or Saturday if you're from out of town like me. Financially, it's a stretch for me to go, but I've never regretted the decision... Edited August 31, 2013 by jek

DTH316
I'm watching something posted by HHNPhantom. It appears pretty creepy, but I expected something a bit more. Then again it is dark so there may be something more I'm not seeing.
