Trevler
2 notes. One of which Im gonna apologize for, but its a huge, huge pet peeve of mine. The past tense of cast is just cast. The other is, Firecrew is called Talent Pool in Hollywood. Return to what you were doing.

kingundisputed_
For the sake of conversation, any scareactors have any particular preference on where they would want to be placed? I know we don't get to choose, of course, but if you could, where would you choose to be?
Arsik_22
For the sake of conversation, any scareactors have any particular preference on where they would want to be placed? I know we don't get to choose, of course, but if you could, where would you choose to be? I really would love to play either Leatherface or a character in the Alice Cooper Goes to Hell maze. What about you ? And when do we find out where we are? During orientation or after that ?
Trevler
Orientation or Costume Fitting. Which ever comes first. When the fitting schedule comes out, if you PM me your name, I can probably tell you what location your in, though not your exact role. How tall are you? If you're not over six feet, I wouldn't count on Leatherface.
Arsik_22
Oh alright, sounds good I'll definitely PM you when that comes out. I'm 6'1, do I have a chance ? lol
Trevler
Yes. thats certainly in the range. bonus points if you're heavy or muscular.
Arsik_22
Not heavy though, weigh 174 pounds. Muscle wise - I have't worked out in a while so I'm pretty average (skinny-ish) dude right now >< lol Whatever they cast me as, I'll be happy cuz I can scare, all that matters. Haha
Ghost
Tram or streets. both are fun!

DTH316
How tall are you? If you're not over six feet, I wouldn't count on Leatherface. Leatherface was a bit averaged height & chubby in the original. Do ya think they'll still go with the tall and muscular look anyway because that's just naturally more intimidating? Trevler
Gunnar Hansen is 6'4" so I'd say... yes. (Edit: According to IMDB, he also wore 3 inch lift heels... so in the movie he was 6'7"!) Edited August 17, 2012 by Trevler
DTH316
JESUS. Never noticed his height. He seemed to be on par with the teens at some parts. I always thought remake Leatherface was a giant though. Any idea how tall he was? Now I'm gonna go back and watch the movie, just for his height haha. kingundisputed_
My top three would be (in order) Silent Hill, Alice Cooper, or TCM. The only two I don't really want are the WD maze (the tram would be okay) or Monsters Remixed. Anything else, streets included, would be rad. Trevler
Possibly. There are some short chainsaws.. but.. trust me. You don't want to be a chainsaw!
KosmikLOL
Possibly. There are some short chainsaws.. but.. trust me. You don't want to be a chainsaw! whats so bad about it? i've always wanted to be one
Trevler
This is just my opinion, but... it gets boring pretty quickly, and its such an easy scare that you become prop-dependent. I would def. recommend not using one your first year, so you can learn good habits. (Also, the fumes made me sick.)
Hobbz
Nope wrong on the chainsaw issue. I know that it is your opinion but I've been chainsaw for the past three years, and I LOVE IT!!!! It does not get boring in the least, trust me there are times that you can't use the saw due to a variety of reasons....gas runs out, the chainsaw goes down, whatever, I've experienced it all. During those times it becomes a prop just like everything else, but much heavier. It is hard to be part of the chainsaw crew, there are more safety issues that you need to be aware of. If you get it then I guarantee that you won't get bored. As far as the fumes, it really is not that bad.
KosmikLOL
Fumes? as in the gas smell? idk if im weird or not but i kinda like the smell of gas especially knowing its so expensive it makes it better LOL
Trevler
I've done chainsaw too.. for about a weekend in 09 before I begged to be taken off of it. Some people really do like it, but I still feel that EVERYONE should learn to scare without one first. It really should be a second year thing.
