  1. I feel like Killer Klowns was suffering from opening night bugs and will get better in the upcoming weeks. I went to Universal Movie Monsters at rope drop and my last house at 12:30. I saw an improvement already.
  2. This would be a better zone with more area to spread out. Have to see it once a visit.
  3. I can't believe this is the best scare zone this year. Zero amount of scare, but at least it's fun. Robert Zombie is so uncreative to me but other people seem to enjoy it.
  4. Some of the costumes in this zone were great. The music selection was fun, I wish they played the whole songs. A scare actor putting a mirror in my face trying to scare me with my own reflection is very rude, thank you.
  5. I really hope they improve this zone like they did the one in this area last year (remember the walking hay bales that got replaced?). The digital cloud effect was cool. Zero potential to be scary as it is now.
  6. I will compare it to the scare zone in the area last year as example. Vamp 85 had a great soundtrack, with a high energy cast of characters. There was the MC on the mic constantly reminding everyone something is about to happen so be ready. The reporter was interacting with the visitors and scare actors so I personally felt like I was included in the story to an extent. The attacked stage didn't really do much other than serve as a place to rally around but it was still visually interesting with the lighting and smoke effects. The vampires themselves were interesting and different and the party going victims seemed to have a unique personality. All that being said, Zombieland had none of that. The music, if there was any, was so boring and generic I can only remember The Reaper playing once and I don't consider that to be nearly as fun of a song as We Bite or How Soon is Now?. The only zombies I can remember was the jogger, and the Bill Murray. I can think of, at least, 10 specific characters from Vamp 85 a year later. The horn sound that plays that calls the zombies to the game booth wasn't exciting and the zombie actors never seemed to be ready for it and had to run to booth. Not scary, not entertaining. The stage show was interesting, I guess, but hardly gave off an energetic vibe like the dancing and music of Vamp. I am willing to bet my ticket the HHN team was paid a to do this zone as advertisement for the upcoming movie.
  7. This scare zone is awful, I really hope they make some improvements.
  8. Thank you HHN Gods I got accepted at a new day job that gets out at 3pm, plenty of time for a nap and HHN! Woo!
  9. Am I the only one who doesn't think this sounds really cool? I'm sure after I've seen it once I'll lose a lot of interest but I enjoy a good spectacle.
  10. This is my OFFICIAL prediction for best scare zone.
  11. Last year was my first ever HHN and the idea of it not being a sea of people seems so wild to me.
  12. Woah I didn't realize it would be the 13th this year!
  13. KKfoS was my peak house to be excited for but this one sounds so strange I'm all in. It might be my first house on opening night.
  14. I had a nightmare I missed HHN because when I got there I had to go to a dentist appointment. I should stop reading this forum before bed.
  15. I saw today on YouTube they are setting up lights for HHN in the park! Very exciting!
  16. This is, by far, the most anticipated house for me. I've been listening to the Dickies song on repeat in anticipation!
  17. Not HHN 29 specific but I live in Orlando and some times I see some very spooky stuff. Just think, these could be HHN props!!
  18. Last year was my first ever HHN even though I've wanted to go since the start. Either I didn't have the money or I had a night job. I understand all the money that goes into putting on HHN and it's designed to make money but it's still a bummer that's how it has to be.
  19. The idea of pricing people out of the event seems like such a bummer to me.
  20. I wore a raincoat for going through Poltergeist.
  21. Found this great picture of me the night Slaughter Sinema had NO LINE!
