I seriously doubt that's how it went down. If they already had it, and already cast for it, they would have just changed the name. I assume that it going up on the site was a mistake.

Until people are in the park and see the final product, that's impossible to measure. We'll see in 2 weeks

Okay. Either way, it's cool to have the Hawthornes represented. I'm really loving the looks of the props this year.

Was the cemetery in Winter's Night called Black Rose? Just curious, because I honestly don't remember.

I'd assume any backstory we get will be Iniquitus based.

So Designing the Fear's new pics basically tell me my idea was right. The whole park will be themed as if the graveyard is rising up and taking over the park. Very cool.

So, looking at the pictures JWFearman put up tonight and it got me thinking. The Winter's Night gate being used and graveyard themed, and the theming around Simpsons is graveyard themed, and then the whole story being "a long forgotten graveyard being unearthed", could we see that motif spread in other areas of the park? I know KidZone has different theming, so that idea could already be BS, just kind of popped into my head and wanted to see what people thought.

Wow, so they are going to be rolling stuff out after the park closes.

And what it is is an event with TONS of love, care, and creativity put into it, no matter if it's IP or not. We get NEW houses every year. None of them are the same from one year to another. We could be like BGW's HOS, which don't get me wrong is a great event, but this year 5 of the 6 houses are the same as last year. Yea, there will be a few changes inside them...but 5 of the 6 are still the same thing, in the same place, with the same theme. I don't think HHN fans realize how good they have it. This is one of the most well funded, creative events for a mass market that you can get.

There's a difference between dropping houses by choice and dropping them by necessity. This year was an example of the latter.

Weird. I figured they would have started with the full reveal. Oh well, I'm still anxious to see them.

1. Gothic - Sets and effects sound absolutely AMAZING. 2. Penn & Teller - Love these guys, and I love the 3-D from In-Between. 3. Dead End - Concept sounds terrific. 4. House of Horrors - I'm interested to see how the flashes/DE-type house ends up. 5. Silent Hill 6. Alice Cooper 7. The Walking Dead - Meh

I have to imagine the reason it's not up is because it's the exact same as the Vampires with different colors. I'm interested to see if we're going to get more story on these guys.

So many people love the Body Collectors, and last year the Nightingales were a big hit. I'm hoping these guys turn out the same way.

Personally, I kind of think of the Iniquitus as the icons. No, it isn't ONE person, but they certainly seem to be calling the shots in the park.

Okay...I have to admit...I liked Nightmaze. It didn't blow me away, but I thought it was neat. I will no go hide in shame. haha Oh I know.

I have to agree. And if we are indeed getting a more interactive street event like it seems, color me ecstatic. Last year was my first year...and the streets didn't impress me at all. The only one I found interesting was Grown Evil, which really just had fog and the trees as theming. So this doesn't bother me.
