  1. Sorry to be one of those people, but the ride didn't even open till April of this year. Soft openings weren't even until like March or so.
  2. I'm not even gonna do houses this year, I'm just gonna go to every food booth to find out if there actually is poutine. Also, I kinda wish I had gone with my original plan to go to NYC and see Sweeney Todd off-Broadway. At least then I wouldn't have to book a hotel since I have friends I can crash with
  3. Like for real real tho, they are showing ads for the fricking Mummy ride on Insta right now. Like what?
  4. I rewatched the movie last weekend and never notice until that viewing that the bear/dog costume is assless.
  5. I'm really excited for this one. I really hope the rumor isn't true that it's gonna be more Evil Dead 1/2, and that it's the comedy house for this year.
  6. Is it wrong that I really really really want one of the Wendy scareactors to jump out and say "Hello, I'm Shelly Duvall "? Also, blowjob furry.
  7. I also expected a little bit more from the fire effect. I mean it wasn't bad, just....meh I guess? Of course the second time through none of the last Michael's were burnt which also kinda ruined the effect.
  8. Ah ok. With the conga line I didn't get a great look at him, I saw him reset and barely start to come out again when I was almost out of the room. I barely even got to see Hypodermic Sally. Also, can I just say that whoever is playing Amazon Eve is a seriously gorgeous guy? I mean he has makeup on so it helps, but still.
  9. Yeah, I thought it was weird that he didn't even have any makeup or anything.
  10. Yes. I think there were a few bursts. I pulled on a few, just not hard. The gat one didn't need to be pulled too hard either.
  11. It was ok. Got a couple of scares. It was more like "point out the season" though.

I liked this house ok. They did a good job of capturing the movie, just wasn't scary.
  13. Ugh, this house is just so bad. There was no "transitions" from real Chance to her theater of the mind. There were no scares. The 3-D was not disorienting, minus the tunnel. It was just so bad. I feel sorry for this house.
  14. Similar to TCM, I wasn't a fan my first time through, but the second time was better. Still not a huge fan, I liked the first Halloween better. But still a really good house.
  15. Really liked this house. Got some good scares. Found the GAT on my second try, but I was told approx. where it was so it was more of trying to find the right vine, lol. Loved all the mythical characters.
  16. I did this one twice. First time was meh, and only the window scare got me. The second time during AP early entry was better. Timing is everything.
  17. I liked this house ok. Due to lines I only went through once. The first half was solid and I got some good scares. Second half, I kept walking in as soon as the vignettes were ending. It was a gorgeous house though, and captured the different seasons beautifully.
  18. Seriously this house was so good. Like I love this house so much. I watched the movie like the night before I left so it was fresh in my mind, and it was such a wonderful adaptation of the movie. And I got some really good scares. Those damn Pazuzus are creepy. Luckily, my nose isn't that sensitive to scents, so I didn't smell much vomit. I did get a whiff during the UTH and it really turned my stomach.
  19. The house from NOES is in one of them too. Shout out to the person who did all the paper art for them cause they're really good! Seriously I wish I could have taken pictures of all the globes.
  20. I just called guest services, I meant to yesterday but got busy at Disney. No refund since I'd already done the tour which I figured. Maybe if I had called right after the tour. Idk. But at least Universal knows how disappointed people are.
  21. You can get pictures of the facade. But the only houses that have a facade you can get a decent picture of is the outside of Halloween and Exorcist
  22. I was on the combo tour today and that was the first thing anyone said. I'm tempted to call guest services or the tour line tomorrow just to see if I can get a refund cause I'm pretty upset. I'm pretty sure they'll say no, but like the entire time I kept reaching for my camera at a cool scene and then my brain remembered and it was like boooo. Ugh. Of course I'm more curious as to what happened for them to enforce that rule. Oh well. At least I got my money's worth at the actual event.
