Trevler
Nice video. A suggestion though- next time you do a panning shot like that, turn your phone on the side so we get a wider field of vision!
Grindhousehero13
Ok I know we all feel the same way about them but where the hell are the SAW twins? there usualy tons of Construction videos by now looks like Freak's the only one getting his hands dirty this year. Hauntfan
It seems like everybody retired. They're probably all burnt out on HHN from all the time they invested in it.
Trevler
Or.. perhaps they're all turning 18 and auditioning?
Hauntfan
^Quite a possibility, but they all seemed younger than 17/18. 15/16 maybe. Or maybe I'm wrong.
DTH316
It seems like everybody retired. They're probably all burnt out on HHN from all the time they invested in it. That's what I was thinking But it seemed like there was a lot of drama last year between updaters, with the park, during the event and etc.. So maybe that's why. Hauntfan
^I vaguely remember that. Is that when they were getting threatened to be banned from the park if they take pictures of maze construction? If that's why I could see why they don't really do updates anymore. That and they're burnt out! Edited July 17, 2012 by Hauntfan

Batwithtusks
You said in the other thread that it looks like the Shrek queue has the La Llarona facade going up, but I can't see that in the pictures here. Was there more that you didn't grab a picture of, because I don't see much of anything going on in your pictures. Do you mind giving a bit more info on that? Hauntfan
^He means the way they put up the chain link fence. As far as I can remember, La Llorona was the only maze that did that.

If you look in the then you will see that there could see some similarities to each other. The way the walls were set up at the front were very similar to what I saw. Hauntfan
Freak, the facade looks like it might be the side facing the Starway based on what John said on Twitter. Looks that way on the pictures too. Somebody should ask him on twitter. From the photo it looks like it could be either, lol.

Hauntfan
^Ah, now I see how the 3D will work. It looks nice, even less intrusive than HOTC.
Freak
^Ah, now I see how the 3D will work. It looks nice, even less intrusive than HOTC. With the combo of LEDs and UVs, I think it will make the 3D look far better than Corpses when they only used LEDs. It made it look more blurry than 3D; nonetheless it was just an experiment and they should have it perfected this time. Another thing that kinda bothered me about HoTC was that only the first 1/3 of the house was good in 3D while the last 2/3s just didn't bode well with it. Since this is an original concept, they have free creative reign on making their own scenes fit the theme and make it work for 3D.
Hauntfan
^Definitely. I'm excited to see this. And you're right, HOTC was only in 3D because of the murder ride, so the glasses seemed to detract from the maze after the murder ride section.
