  1. If there’s one thing I wanna see at this zone the most is they should do an offering with different experiences on certain nights by bringing out different cast of characters for a bigger roster like if you have some nights for the Icons and others for the Universal Monsters as an example.
  2. What I’m expecting with this zone the most is a “key” person from each stage of previous scarezones for a shift, then Eddie pops up hacking them up with his chainsaw, shifting into their just dismembered body on the stage for more or less than thirty minutes. That’s the kind of spin I wanna see. Not sure how they’d be able to do that without doing it in an awkward way, but it would be a cool trick though. They might change that up with each shift Eddie could go and “kill” one of the performers on stage, and body parts or whatever are put on for the shift, removing the actors to come back.
  3. I’m so looking forward to this! This scarezone is like a crossover between 1984 and War of the Worlds with a cyberpunk theme - and it’s gonna be the most Orwellian zone ever!
  4. Might be a reach, but this house could be a backdoor test to see if Beetlejuice could come back for HHN in future years by bringing in a new comedy show for the Fear Factor stage.
  5. Hill House is one of those shows I’m currently watching since it was confirmed. Orlando is very lucky to have a really good and heavily detailed facade as the set in other photos, and it’s one of those houses that have a more “classic” or straight-up theme like Dead End in 22 and Legendary Truth in 20. This one is right up on that wheelhouse
  6. They sure took the time to put this together, making it a breath of fresh air. For a sprung tent house, I’m very impressed how they pulled it off after watching this video, bringing in a soundstage-level quality the best as they could. The set design looks jaw-dropping, and the costumes looks creepy in a unique way.
  7. @SinfearYeah, that captured the traditional Halloween tone perfectly and the Wicked Growth will be no different when it’s comes to that. As for the Pumpkin Lord, that character sounds like a combination of the Terra Queen and Nathaniel Crowe, which makes that house even more interesting.
  8. Not my most anticipated house, but I am expecting the concept to be a fun experience cause of the old-style detective theme. Add that with Legendary Truth, and you got yourself a combo that could go together if well executed. With it being “Case Files,” you could use it as a method of reoccurring monsters/storylines. I hope they could do very well with the noir feel of the house.
  9. I’m hoping for Candyman to get it’s own house for HHN. Next year will be it’s 30th anniversary, making it a perfect way to celebrate it and you also have a new installment in the series coming. Hostel is another movie IP I want too. I know what you guys are thinking. RUN in 06 was inspired by the series other than Saw, and it’s already been done. But that was a Hollywood exclusive that Orlando never had before but should. I could see them either doing a “greatest hits” approach or a direct sequel to the first two films in the series with a new story by Eli Roth while ignoring Part III.
  10. One thing that interested me the most with this house is where the Monsters story will go from there. The backstory sounds good and interesting enough to get a sequel and more later in the future.
  11. Looking forward to this one cause of the Scary Tales vibes. I had seen videos of it when it opened last year a few times, and I still thought it was really good overall. Can’t wait to walkthrough this house in person, especially the facade from the word of mouth type of feeling.
  12. Welp, with everything revealed after a two-year wait, the speculation and rumors are now over until next year months after the event. It’s been fun, and we should be getting newer threads here soon to chat about the attractions and other things.
  13. That was just a glitch/tease, and it’s ten again this year. As for the plexiglass, it’s possible we may see them due to the rapid rise of the delta variant. But things are different in Florida compared to most states, that and the possible mask requirement for guests to walk through the house are the only aspects we could see related to the pandemic at worst. Looking at the vaccination rate on Google, pretty much 60% of the US population had their sleeves up for one shot or two, which it’s getting closer to 200 million people - and for the state of Florida, the percentage rate is also the same as it is nationwide.
  14. So, it turns out the Hollywood zone is the return of Lights, Camera, Hacktion rather than Run; but with Eddie coming back as the host of it, I’m hoping they could an interesting spin on it.
  15. As expected, we’ve got ourselves a good dump of reveals!
  16. That gave me a “Hmmmmmmm…..” kind of reaction, but I think it’s gonna be ten houses this year. It’s either just a glitch or they’re teasing us for the fun of it. If it does happen, then what’s the most possible location for an eleventh house?
  17. I’m gonna be hopeful as well with my own point of view. Looking at the Delta pandemic that happened in Great Britain, they had a huge surge like it’s going on here and then went down into a quick, steep decline after a rapid rise. The vaccination rate is higher than here in the US, so it’ll reach to a point of going down organically. Other countries made headlines about the Delta cases, and then they stopped cause the cases dropped and hit rock bottom. Weather impacts pandemics too, especially when something random happens. In Florida during summer time, people like to go inside cause there’s no dry air, no humidity, and no heat, which caused the surge. So, I’m hopefully expecting it to plunge down next month when things get more cooler nationwide and the vaccination rate gets higher.
  18. Icons is a showdown house? Oh boy, they’ll be swapping the cast more than Freddy Vs. Jason, making myself walkthrough there more than once.
  19. Don’t forget, next week is rehearsal for all the scareactors and other performers, and have some things up that were rumored but revealed and not officially confirmed yet. Time for a good dump of announcements!
  20. I wouldn’t be surprised if a full reveal happens tomorrow. It seems like they don’t have enough to announce one thing everyday or once a week, so they don’t have really enough time to go with that method - but I can see them revealing icons and characters everyday until the event kicks in.
  21. Some may not agree with me on this. I know it’s likely to get the coronavirus again (which is rare), but I wouldn’t mind having cast members and scareactors at the event who already had it, whether if they’re vaccinated or not - it all depends on their age and health conditions. Who commonly gets it twice? That’s my biggest question.
  22. All this talk about the pandemic still makes me think of the plague doctor from Catacombs who would be around the 30th Anniversary Zone during the event while shouting “Bring out your dead” to scare the guests cause it made a revival as a meme when the outbreak started, but Orlando’s creative team won’t make that happen.
  23. I had some mixed thoughts about it. I don’t think it’ll get canceled cause the values and politics are different in Florida compared to California (which is a big problem for Hollywood), making it as a “break zone” for outsiders during the ongoing pandemic. If you never been vaccinated and/or never had the coronavirus before, you’re more likely to get it around this time. But on the other hand, the COVID-19 guidelines and restraints are more optional over there in business, so the recently signed bills still don’t mean that much for private companies, especially Universal and Disney. I kinda been wondering how the state’s “No vaccine requirement” law had impacted the parks so far. More than half of the US population already slipped their sleeves up for one shot or two.
  24. If there’s one good reason why I wouldn’t want Universal to discontinue Bill & Ted a few years ago is because we would have a ZZ Top tribute coming. Rest In Peace, Dusty Hill.
  25. CryptTV did a scarezone for a night at Knotts Scary Farm, so it makes sense to do it for them at HHN as well. There are some monsters like the Look-See, the Mordeo, and Miss Annity who may not be the scariest characters, but creepy-looking nonetheless that are perfect for the event.
