Hoping we get a huge diverse cast with this one, that can juggle really well on the photo op angle that Horrorwood has done and yet have many scares.

I love that the mix of 80's vibe and Hellgate's Prison, hope theirs some references to Hellgate maybe a broken TV showing bits of the queue video with the warden, ol' Sparky, and the result of the prison riot maybe making a reaper or two who used to be a prisoner. Also 80's references can make me smile while I get scared, and Reaper's are actually all different with different ways on taking their new found prey. With all this and more I hope this would be a great house for being probably the last. Is there any clarification that Fast N' Furious will cause us never to have a house in that location or it's still unknown at this point?

I would love this idea if it was later like say HHN 33 that would be fantastic to see AWIL again, but the house is too fresh in my eyes. Yes the new fans need to experience this masterpiece but theirs been lots of houses in the past that would deserve to be revived first, like Dead Exposure or The Thing: Assimilation, houses even older but made impacts to the event (but maybe that's why we have sequel houses). I'm not really wanting old houses to reappear because that makes any house that's a "fan favorite" house able to come back so soon. But what other haunts has 9 or more houses? Uh all i think is Knott's. But what other haunts has made 9 houses or more without repeats, probably none (please correct me if I'm wrong). HHN will maybe never be like other haunts having almost all their houses repeat and a select few changed like most others (like HOS and other small haunts) so I understand that this was going to happen if we kept adding houses. I just hoped if we did have a repeat of a house identically it should be one let's say at least 8-10 years old. Let's just hope this is the last repeat of an IP house at least? What other IP houses were as good as AWIL that deserves a comeback?

Love that we are getting concept art and of course the Jack teaser that feels like we had years ago was interesting but yes marketing as usual dropped the ball badly. Yes that they are now active on Twitter and saying the same things over and over again in estrange synonyms to Pledge to Jack's Maniacs. Yet feels so hocky like a kid who found out what's hhn is and trying to make a fan page for it and trying his/her best to be scary while knowing barely anything about it. Yes it plays that way for the GP but it's putting the worse message of the event forward, not showing his dark humor side, his immortality to the fans that adore him for fifteen years, his backstory, and why for new fans need to be scared yet excited for Jack. But I understand the GP wants to only go do the houses and doesn't care about backstories and legacies, but when they encounter the icons and they won't have a clue why these few characters are getting photo ops and their own scarezone, they will at the end of the day when Universal gives them their survey they won't care for that zone and they would want to wish it away. So not giving at least some spotlight to why Jack is Jack and The Icons should always be welcomed makes me worry. Finally, you're telling me that it's not about that anymore and only about IPs that control almost half to half of the event, so they have to advertise to that but why not both showing why Jack and the IPs should be greatly anticipated, if only they could that. Wait a year that has Jack coming back as the Major Icon of the Year. With an event that has half IPs and other half being Originals (some being sequels) That has the use of New Line Horror Movie Characters? Yup and can kill this year's marketing team efforts with only a minute and twenty seconds. Shows newcomers how Jack is, explains the theme, and shows off IPs.

Two Questions that always bothered me: So there isn't any unlimited express passes posted so has there never been that option or was this only recently when there's so many people going to the event or is there an unlimited express that I haven't seen? Trying to think if there's an option or my best bet would buy FFP+w/express. The Second, Public RIP tours to those who have experienced it or know very detailed. Is it worth it for a small group who wants to focus on the houses and a good location for the B&T show or is isn't really helpful because there would be guests wanting to ride rides and feeling forced doing the usual rides. Is there any other bonus for this tour? Is the lounge or the lanyard worth it?

With all these shenanigans that is taking place and knowing A&D have never really given us a reason to feel that the quality of the event would be nothing lowered than the best, I'm not really worried at all. I have seen this event for a couple of years and yes some of us nitpick and feel some houses weren't the best as it could be but I never exited a house on my first visit and ever said this house was so half-assed that A&D just needed another house to fit the required amount. Even in my least liked houses through the years, I can feel and see the blood, sweat, and tears that everyone who worked on tried their hardest and admire that. So I won't go to this newly unmarked 9th house as untapped potential but a testament on how A&D does amazing work even under pressure. What I actually hope in this situation, Is that A&D finds in their old idea cabinet of original concept houses that never saw the light of day and used this opportunity to show how flexible yet creative they actually are and maybe have it become a hit or create a new one with the few time that they have but use the overlay that they have. Having the overdone 90's movie ending gimmick, of having the old arrogant high classed man (being higher up management) telling our young but wise creative rapscallion (being A&D) saying that they were wrong for forcing IPs down their throats and will limit them to 1-2 IPs per year and we all win. But I know it's very far fetched but that be an ideal ending to the drama.

I'm guessing this is the real hint and I'm guessing we are getting a tv show of some sort and if it is I'ma barf.

Bioshock for pete's sake... and Nightingales vs Body Collectors: Through Time (including past, present, future)... Also no American Horror Story even with not being at all a fan of the show it will just be TWD with another 3 years taking up our time. Also if only Mary Agana came back with the rest of the icons, and have a huge "Silver Screams/Directors Cut" type house. It would make this year amazing.

i know that. The reason that was lost on you was ideas and ideas only i don't want all of these in one year but separate them throughout I really want to see a full original year that's why i loved 2008 and 2011 houses but I got no concrete evidence of anything original happening. I could make an idea out of thin air and it could be great but more than likely they won't just steal others ideas because they have so much better on their own, so for me it's useless making an idea to put as a post. But im saying is past things that can be altered to make better if they ever want to have a video game house or a music based house again. Yes Saws and Steams seemed a little bit on the Rapture side but I want to actually see how they can pull off a splicer and locations and maybe special effects act as plasmids. I know they might not but this just wishful thinking. Literally most things in these topics never see the light of day.

IP ideas, why because of the whole trying to be all hollywood we have to keep our eyes open to the possiblility plus we don't have any concrete evidence of any original houses till the summer) No celebrity based houses. EVER Rock/metal musicians they are good but keep changing it up. I had a lot of dislikes in A.C but if they have better speakers, good music, and good scares i'll be first in line. Walking Dead hm as a fan I should say yes, but no i won't, yes the prison would be awesome to do a house on but other than that we won't see much for me as a fan the reason I love the show is because of the people but it'll feel repetitive for just having 2 locations to go on (Prison and Woodbury) but maybe give it a year or two when there about to do season 6 then yes they have more to work on. I would still go support my idea of Collectors vs. Nightingales(Even if it's not an IP it's a past idea that would do great) as you see them doing battle in different time periods as they do last throughout the years. So it'll be cool to see them during the American revolution (a lot of games are pro-america now) to the 50's (always a fun time to reck havoc) to the future. But that just me. I would love to see another "Survivor Horror" Video Game Series in a house but like before change it up every time like last year Singapore's Resident Evil and also the favorites I always hear Dead Space and Bioshock!! (One of my usernames was Andrew Ryan) Or they can go to a recent horror movie and place a good bet in for the remake of Evil Dead (as they did try it out in 09 unofficially) but no other horror movie recently makes me want to see a house on it.

And you can tape in Knott's Scary Farm too? Are we the only place that we can't photograph or record our shows and houses. Why can Hollywood being right there in the door step of every movie studio can film but we are the same company with a less tamed approach to other companies movies(not saying the avengers name) and t.v. shows (it took me long to know we had a Game of Thrones joke). Someone please explain why we have this penalty and every other haunt with a comedy pop culture show even within our own company can film, but not Orlando? Did we dig up Walt Disney and disturb his cryogenic sleep?

The Infamous Jock (Cast A in School's Out Room) of Alice Cooper! Easily one of my favorite experiences in that house and maybe it'll be the only one i'll miss the most to get another personal scare. (After you scared my kid brother who wore glasses) He asked me last night if I was apart of Nightmares and I said yes and ill see him soon, where here I am. Because of you and a batch of actors (carnage your included here, the doctor, the redhead nurse of black widow, and the mother are all here as well) with great music is the saving grace of this house if any of those weren't there it would be another run-of-the-mill house. Thank you and I hope I can say goodbye on halloween. I know i haven't given much appreciation yet but don't worry after halloween ill post all the scareactors who made my nights ever so memorable.

This show is great in the first viewing through but it's still good just because of the magicians and penny as the show is very scripted and ruins the fun if you know the script as well(watched it 3 times and feel like im done) so if you haven't watch it at least once please do.

This is for the Gargoyles, that are winning the hearts and guts from most HHN fans I've seen Cast A: -The Gargoyle on the roof, just stared at me as I made eye contact and he activated the effect and almost grabbed my face an easy trick but he/she did it amazing. -The last Gargoyle, as I was looking at the flying Gargoyle that goes to the window, this one starred at me and made me his target and startled me when I saw I was hunted. Nicely done Gargoyles. Also before I leave I forgot to thank again the "showman" Alice at 10:20 I believe but I think it was our very own carnage that dipped his head starred at me and gave me a maniacal laugh that left me laughing and creeped out at the same time kudos.

Any specific slot machine or buttons to press? I believed it did happen to me but i don't know which one it did.

Have to check that one out. How does the GAT work in the slot machine because I think i did trigger it but I don't exactly know which button or lever to hit exactly. So anyone confirm that there are one GAT in each room? I would love to know them.

I don't know if she'd be here or not but I have to because it's another memorable scare as it involves a walker in TWD scene of the department store that is a female walker on the right side of the register. I don't recall her name but I remember her last year as we always go to the NY pin and go to Winter's Night once as she was a scareactor at the time being one of the nightingales so before her house opens she did this house with me and then she goes to her house and dawn her nurse outfit. Now for the memorable scare it was Thursday around 7 (sorry didn't post it sooner) and along came her who focused her attention to me and only me she then approached me and hold my shoulder without loosing our gaze and then she went to the right and giving the look of "I know who you are" and left I was scared as all hell then i was thinking who else i knew who could be in that costume and made a list of 3-4 people and then after doing the "Trial of Triad" again I was back to the house and then the same walker grabbed my arm with both of her hands and I thought she was going to try and chomp me and ill be turning into a walker soon after then i whispered, more like a plea saying "Who are you?" and she brought me closer and said "Nightingales" and right there I got a sudden blast of realization and recall last year's events with the "Saw finale song when they reveal the twist of the movie" was playing in my head. Then i ran back to my group and I still can't forget that small gesture turn into something memorable. Much appreciation and wish I could remember your name but I do suck in names.

The top hat alice is in back of the room next to the exit and strobes are standard with the left of an insane patient in a straight jacket and a guillotine next to him and i just focuses on the other patient to my right and he put his head in my face and to me that's just creepy. Also I believe your the "bald father" in the kitchen scene am I right? Tell her she's doing a fine job. I hope I get a scare from you very soon. Also It's a late entry but it still spooked me till this day! My Horde! Traditionals/Morphans two of your scareactors around 9 in friday at world expo needs some much needed appreciation. The young lady who screamed out my B&T shirt of 2010 ("Most Bodacious Dude!") and till this day I remembered that tone and how scary you can be. And the other who offered me her candy bag and i grabbed it by the handle and you pushed it away really fast and skipped away as another kid asks for some candy and she screamed no and ran off. If any fellow traditionals read this please tell them how amazing they did because i barely get scared or remember it for this long even though it was a small thing it left an amazing impact, can't wait to see you guys thursday!
