  1. Hmmm, just imagining a Jack cameo in a Killer Klownz house, now... And I CANNOT WAIT to see what SZ's eventually find their way into the London streets. Imagine a new Body Collectors SZ set there, or a proper Jack the Ripper SZ. Isn't the new Dracula series NBC? That also takes place in London...
  2. There's still one more night of reveals after tonight (12-16). At this point, tomorrow night's reveal could be anything. Maybe the commercial?
  3. I'm really looking forward to this house as well. I think this could end up being one of my favorites of the season. While I never got to see it, I heard the 3D worked well in The In-Between, and having this be a thematically darker "sister house" with 3-D could turn out well. Very excited to see what's in store for us.
  4. Goo, the thing you're glossing over is that the market changes as well. What the average customer wanted two, three, or five years ago probably isn't what they want today. The Walking Dead brought in serious business. And there will be seven other houses for people that aren't crazy for TWD. But zombies are still hot right now, as is TWD. While it's a bit unexpected that they went the route they did, it's hardly surprising. This move may go against what Horror Nights is to you, but the event revenue shows that a LOT of people think it's fine as-is. And today's average customer is tomorrow's superfan.
  5. It'll definitely be Evil Dead, given that the blu-ray with the flyer drops tomorrow. And then we can probably expect Walking Dead to be announced this weekend during SDCC.
  6. CC = chainsaw circus/chainsaw clowns Why not? As for Rum, I'd love Forsaken or just some pirates in general. Especially if they make something that resembles parts of a ghost ship or something.
  7. I'm pretty sure that "goat" on the website is nothing more than seeing a pattern where there is none. Much like seeing clouds take shapes. But I do like the idea of a larger Mexican folklore/ Day of the Dead house!
  8. I actually thought to myself this morning that it would be funny if the "they" PS mentions in the video are the Spirit Seekers from 2010, since no one knows what happened to them. I'd laugh pretty hard it that turned out to be right.
  9. I 100% agree Jeramy. Which is why I think that it's probably something that sticks out if you know what you're looking for, but not at all if you don't. Of course, that's also assuming that Goth's statement about seeing new things on repeated viewings was legitimately a clue. All the investigating so far this year is feeling very obtuse and disjointed. We have three sources of info, and they're all apparently focused on different, unrelated things. And none of them are being very open. And if they're not all connected, it's just going to confuse and frustrate the community. I'd like less commentary about how spooky it all is, and more evidence to point us in the direction we need to go.
  10. All of this very much feels like we're spinning our wheels right now. We've all missed something in the first video, but I don't know what it could be. And if Goth and PS aren't connected like she keeps saying, then it actually moves us backward in our PS investigation, as we now have no idea where she could be. At least with the Goth connection, it gave us a region to look at with PS.
  11. This theming has me very excited, honestly. I'm just hoping it's more decor than last year's. We need more than ten tombstones and two crypts.
  12. I tend to agree with Mystique on this one. I think the houses won't be connected, but much like last year, the streets and larger theming will be, and that's where LT, Goth, and PS come in. Aiello said that the houses won't be interconnected, but they weren't last year either. The ads on the blog also make sense, as they're very clearly trying to reach a larger audience with LT this year, and putting up ads like that is basic web marketing to drive interactions. It's a double edged sword. On one hand, it means a less underground feel to the games, and more involvement by Universal proper. On the other, it hopefully means a larger budget for A&D to play with things and give us new experiences (like the merchandise and expanded RFID campaigns). It's only July, and the games have really just barely begun. Last year was a lot of fun, and I'm not expecting differently this year. We just have to let it play out a bit. I'm excited to see what A&D has cooking for us.
  13. I agree. I think we've seen the theming and "icon" already. The woods are a great way to go, and I think pretty much all of the houses can be tied into them somehow. It's possible that PS has already been there, given her first video.
  14. I think I went through this house about 8 times over the course of 4 nights. It was by far my favorite one. The casts did an amazing job in this house.
  15. Now that's an interesting idea! I need to watch the video again to see if the other couple items she pulled out match up.
  16. Of all the IP's, I think this one may be the one I want to see the most. I'm also VERY curious to see which HHN nasties from the past will make appearances, since they are confirmed to be in there. I'm also really hoping the Scarecrow folk pop up, as I love me some spooky scarecrows.
  17. I believe the tweet started with Truth or Dare, so now I'm actually leaning a bit towards CiTW being first.
  18. This is my guess as well. Man, if they are fully tying the legions back into the event this year, I will be a very happy trick or treater. Bring on the first reveal!
  19. Well, I'm intrigued as well. See? This is what happens when we don't get LT updates. We start trying to solve other mysteries. Like who ate my cookies?
  20. Not sure what the "modern" war thing is about. I assume it would be? And I never mentioned them needing to survive a plane crash. The plane (a small one), if tied to their release, could crash into the building holding them (but not right on top of them, or at least not all of them), letting them spill out into the world. Or if they're in cells, it could crash into a control room, causing their cells to unlock. Or maybe they're being controlled with computer implants now, and the crash shorts those out, making them go crazy again (similar to the Z.A.P. zombies). There are a lot of ways to go that doesn't directly tie into them being in, on, or anywhere near the crash site itself. If it's the "middle of the battle scenario," then it could just be something brought down in the combat, and not directly related to them. However, if the LT spec that's been brought up is right, then the idea that the wreckage could be the future of the plane that Goth keeps mentioning would tie the house into the LT investigation. Again, this is all assuming that the plane will even be used, of which we currently have no confirmation.
  21. Possibly. Just trying to think of new ways to present the Dogs of War. We've already seen them in the lab, so trying to imagine new concepts for them. Seeing fully armed soldiers in a battlefield scenario seems like a good way to go, either as a full war situation or as a training exercise gone haywire.
