I like how everything we have been speculating about is summed up for the first post. Sorry a little off topic! Back on topic for speculation......... I think that since the Superstar Parade is such a big hit they will continue to do it through October and just move the props into place like the used to do in the past. They will probably have Despicable Me opened as well as Rockit to help control crowds, (Well I'm hoping because the crowds have been getting a little ridiculous) As for the house in SS44, I think they will just move the scarezone from Shrek Alley to a different location possible in between Shrek and Despicable.... Although with Despicable Me possibly being open during the event that would cause a major backup with exiting of the ride...Also with the exit of Rockit. And I guess with the entrances of the SS houses in front of the Stage. When I went to Uni a few weeks ago they had walls up where you could walk through Amity you just couldn't see construction. Depending on how far construction is on this area they could keep it the way it is and have it be dead space, or they could possible make a scarezone out of it... Just a thought. But if that area is completely blocked off then the area of the park with MIB and B&T would get extremely packed by the time the huge rush of guests make it back there.

I would have to say the guy in the wheelchair in Dead Silence from 2007. He looked like a dummy and sat so still. They first time I went through that house I walked about 2 feet away from him and was like "nahh it's fake," he then jumped at me and I ran out of the room. Every time I walked in that I room I would always get scared he would run after me. One of the best moments I have ever had. Plus I loved that house.

Normally they have a soundstage that holds 2 houses in it and the other soundstage only has 1 house. So they could utilize the other half of that soundstage to hold another house. Plus, like others have said on previous pages, Herc/Xena soundstage but I think its all messed up inside. Also Nazarmans. Or they could have both parks like they did for HHN 14: 2X The Fear and not use the Herc/Xena soundstage and use the Sprung Tents

HorrorOrlando likes this one too , so I'm not alone . But I really liked this house. It followed exactly how the website unfolded and that was awesome to walk through each scene that you read about online. Loved that house. I want to see it come back.

They had all the barriers up because they were fixing the roof of the boathouse scene, not because of HHN Construction :/

They are saying thats evidence for The Thing because they used a pool table in the first house. (The Thing: Assimilation, I think thats what it was called)

Yeah, I guess I jumped the gun. It's only mid July. Well, I guess it's time to keep speculating until we get another update...

I'm thinking that they are going to post one house a day, kinda like the HHN Facebook did. Until they get down to the last house and then we will get a new site. Any thoughts on that?

Try using a different internet browser. That happens to me a lot and I switch browsers and it works fine.

So I think we might be getting an update sometime this week for 2 reasons. Reason #1- They always update the site every year I'm at the beach. AKA 2 weeks after July 4th. Reason #2- This was posting on the Official HHN Facebook "It’s time to visit that deep dark place and remember why we all love the blood-curdling screamfest that is HHN…" I could be wrong though....

Yeah, I want to see the website built like 2007, and you can play different casino games to find out what the houses are for this year.

This will be my first year auditioning. I can only go for active backup though cause of my class schedule for the fall semester.

Whenever I try to go to the website it says "You don't have permission to access / on this server." EDIT: never mind. I think it was because I was using Google Chrome cause it worked when I used Firefox

I'm aware that they would have to sign a waiver. But IF they were to use an extreme house then I'm sure they would plan it for a couple of years to make sure that everything is safe as possible while seeming like it is unsafe. (if that makes any sense)

Every year we talk about an "Extreme House" but we never see it come to life. The closest thing to an extreme house that we have seen is the Alone house at HOS last year. And IF Universal decides to do something, it will be very similar to the Alone house. They will never be able to do a house were the scareactors can touch you, the liability would be way to high and they wouldn't want to put the company in danger.
