How do they make **** smell back in Physco in 03. Didnt they have to close one of the resturants because of it.

I keep hearing TCM in California has a bacon/old leather smell. I remember HR last year had smells, I remember the Thanksgiving smell perfectly. My first house ever was NOES in 07, when you walked in the tent for the dream well or whatever it was called you smelled a foggy type smell. Any smells this year?

F'**** its crazy I swear on my childs life I was going to say the contemporary trick. I worked there for 4 years. Just go to Conetemporary and say you want to eat at the "Contempo Cafe" Boom!!!! Free parking baby. Contempo Cafe is on the same floor as the monorail line. Back to Universal though, what if we go around 2 and say we want to see a movie??? We plan on doing that and get out around 430 or 5 then wbe first at the gates for HHN, will that work???

When our group goes we park a few cars in Walmart, I have a friend who lives in Metro Place apts so we park some there if needed, Valencia is very creepy beacause at 3am they will be 4 or 5 cars randomly in the lot. I know because my cousin lives in the townhouses across from Valencia so I cut through there on the way home from the club. I did park my 04 Crown Victoria on 22 inch rims ( yea a "rapper" car) a car that sticks out easy at the Walgreens across from Universal in 2009 and rode with my dad to HHN and only paid one car to park. Car was still there nice and sound not towed. Hmmmm I cant think of anymore.

I hope it is like that on Oct 5th. I dont mind waiting a hour max, seeing as HHN closes at 2am that night.

I did not make it to opening with my parents and lil brother this year due to my new job and its bi-weekly checks bs. I noticed it rained all day in my neck of the woods. It must be a tradition for HHN opening night to downpour.

What time do people start lines to get into HHN

Last year on opening day it poured. Walking into Nightingales I turned into Frosty The Snowman.

Thanks for the info guys. Its funny because I just came back in this thread and told him meet me at Valencia at 5pm and from there we will head to Universal. Do cars line up at 5 or will I be able to get to the gate by 530?

This was my worst. HHN 20, it was three of us. We are all Valencia students so 2 of us parked at Valencia ( I only did it because all three of us are students there and have Valencia parking stickers on our cars) but we all ride together in one car we got to kirkman rd and universal blvd at 655 roughly, we did not GET IN THE PARK until literally 8:40ish. I dont know why or how it took this long. I actually never knew universal parking was over that one bridge lol. Anyway we only saw one house that night which was the Twenty Years of Fear house. Money down the drain. I wish I knew what night it was but I know it was in the middle of Oct and on a thur or fri. I can only go those days due to my job.

Im looking forward to this, I am in the group that likes seeing vids of what we are about to get into. I mean damn if Im paying $80+ plus parking, drinks, churro,etc I would like to know as much about the event as I can. If that means I have to watch walkthroughs of the houses 2 months before opening then I guess thats what I will do.

My cousin and I will be going on Oct 5th which is a friday. It will be the second week of the event will we be able to do everything????
