  1. That's perfect Legacy. Hahaha Hey that's a plus I suppose. You could loose wait if you were scaring in other houses/zones too I suppose
  2. Yea, um that would be hard for me. I would be so hungry by the end of the night.
  3. Milkshakes would work. Just use a straw.
  4. BloodeNGutz will forever be one of my favorite houses. When I say this people always freak out. to me it wasn't necessarily about scares in that house, but the idea was so refreshing and unique. Plus it had such a great feel to it.
  5. Haha. Walking Dead is getting a bit old but hopefully this house will be good (and the last).
  6. I think that would be really cool. Something different for a change.
  7. Both HHN and HOS are inspired by each other. Throughout the years, many ideas have been shared by these events. For example, HOS tried roaming hordes and then the year after HHN did the same. There are many other prime examples of how HOS/HHN are inspired by each other's content. A&D probably did this zone for two reasons. The first reason being that they really liked the idea and felt they could do a lot with it. The second reason being that it worked for HOS and people really enjoyed it, therefor Universal can make money off of it.
  8. Wow. I never thought of this! That would actually be really cool if they did this.
  9. I would love to see that character finally make an appearance. The mask is so creepy looking!
  10. If you are an annual pass holder, then you can get in early through the annual pass holder events that they have the first few weeks of the event. If you are not, then you can get in as a guest if you know someone who is an annual pass holder. I do know that Universal waits to release some of the ticket packages and add ons until closer to the event.
  11. The masks look very detailed and the idea of how the people got the doll faces is so neat!
  12. What if the queen is over by where the burning bodies were last year? That could work.
  13. that would truly be a shame if this house ended in a similar way as La Llorona. Let's hope that this "surprise" turns out good.
  14. I'm on board with you man. I'm super hyped for this house. Any house that is loosely based off of history makes my mouth water.
  15. Oh how I like your thinking! Having something like the flying monkeys would be awesome!
  16. Opening weekend is always fun. The crowds aren't too bad yet and like JDW said, the actors are still getting into the groove. It's interesting to watch the event evolve over the course of its run time. If you pay close attention, you see subtle changes week by week.
  17. We shouldn't worry about the size of the house. There have been other small houses in the past and they have turned out just fine. I'm sure that A&D are compensating and adding more scares in each room.
  18. I really like your scare zone idea. But what I think you are missing is the fact that icons, the website, LT, commercials, etc. are what help the fans connect to the event. You can't dismiss those elements from the event. There can still be strong focus on houses whilst having continued focus on icons, the website, LT, and other elements. Just my take on things.
  19. Those were some of the best zones we have ever had. Hands down.
  20. Oh good lord. Lady Luck 2.0. I wouldn't be able to handle that. Such poor execution with that in 2011.
  21. I feel like marketing is keeping A&D from implementing an icon...
  22. What is with everyone thinking that EVERYTHING is to throw us off? Stop over thinking things.
  23. I personally don't think it is walking dead. The reason I think this is because of a small detail from one of the scenes in terminus. I recall a pile of bones laying outside when Rick and the others were on the run from the inhabitants of terminus. The bones were perfectly in tact. They were not crushed or broken. Now I might be looking too far into this but if that machine was to be used to kill the victims in terminus, then the bones of the victims would be crushed and broken. But even then, I don't see why that picture couldn't be from TWD.
  24. I believe that they tried it back in the day because IOA was a fairly new park and they wanted to show it off.
  25. I believe that they are rubber belts. Similar to the belts that would be found on a car engine, machines often have belts in order to move their various pieces/parts.
