I believe it was Dracula, however!

I checked the threads for last year, and those spawning guys had the trophy...double check me, for sure.

      It was Dracula. I was in Cast B, that's how I know. : )

  2. is trying to find an archived version of the Vault. Specifically, the photo contest from HHN19. Can anybody recommend where to start looking?

I would recommend the "wayback machine" but most images never get saved by it.

  3. As many people have discussed in the various forums here, Universal is a business and profit is important in the end. Projects like the LT ARG have a cost to the company, whether it's direct (like a staffing headcount, cost of supplies, etc) or indirect (it takes up mental real estate that could be focused on the "official" projects). One of the interesting stories that came out of the lecture series revolved around the covert origins of that first Terra Cruentas ARG. It sounds like it's taken them several seasons, but the A&D team has finally proven the legitimacy of an ARG to the powers-that-be. This past year's VIP Lounge and Lecture Series seemed like an experiment to gauge the event's fanatical fanbase. I would have to think that the turnout of the weekly lectures has proven that the numbers of LT fans are high, they're motivated and, importantly, they're potentially profitable. As we've seen with the proliferation of bars, the carnival games and the palm readers, if something is profitable to the company's coffers, it's going to stick around. I can see LT (or something of its ilk) sticking around for a long time, so long as the fans keep coming out and supporting it. I
  4. needs someone to tell him what the House of the Year and Street of the Year were for HHNXX. Can anybody help him out?

  5. Not to take his thunder away, but I spoke to Nick about this tonight. He was aware of the outage and is in the process of bringing the site back online. It sounds like they should be back up relatively soon.
  6. i've taken a lot of photos at Halloween Horror Nights, but I think this one may have been one of the most popular:
  7. For what it's worth, I'd love to see a new version of Ghost Town, Demon Cantina and Hellgate Prison. Heck, throw in a new Deadtropolis and I'm a very, very happy camper. I know there's a lot of argument over the whole original vs. retread, but I think an earlier poster is correct. Well-designed houses establish a particular universe. Subsequent houses can explore other locations and themes within those universes without being a carbon copy of the original.
  8. I love riddles and rumor-mongering as much as the next guy, but honestly, why does it matter who the guy (or gal) is? He/she has already established their trustworthiness, so why not just drop the whole thing? Besides, if you end up figuring out Belasco's identity, you might just cost them their job . . . and any future clues he/she might be willing to drop.
  9. recommends the horror photography of Joshua Hoffine. If you've never seen it, check his work out.

  11. Thanks, everybody! It's a genuine pleasure to share my photos with you guys, and I can't wait until next year! Happy holidays!
  12. I posted these to Flickr during the downtime, but figured I'd share 'em here anyway. This is my last batch of HHN XX photos. I'd like to give a big thanks to all the wonderful scareactors who allowed me to take their pictures this year. See you guys next year!
  13. Welcome back, HNN!

  14. Yep. It's actually a combination of two exposures. Fear is in-focus in one, while the background is in-focus in the other one. I merged them to make that image.
