My friend bought an Frequent Fear Pass for opening weekend and was wondering if it would be possible for him to upgrade it to the Frequent Fear Plus pass. He really wants to go tomorrow, but wasn't sure when he bought the ticket if he could go Fridays. I was pretty sure that you could upgrade, especially if it is switching from one Frequent Fear to another. I guess he called Universal, but the guy said something like it was a 1 time, non-refundable purchase. Any insight on this?
