http://www.coasterdom.com/2010/08/04/scream-maze-may-not-come-in-2010/ no scream maze for 2010 horror nights so u can put the possble idea of a scream maze at all this year as a rumor. an interview with coasterdom is coming sometime this weekend with horror nights. so it could reveal some new details.
That article deals with HHN Hollywood.

UPDATE: Cage - Cast B - Disaster!
-
Ok, I'm beginning to think that each little picture/video is not just for looks on the site, but clues for what is coming this year. One of the haunted houses that has been discussed about in the speculation thread is a military bunker, well in this new "Environment" tab there was a picture of The Thing: Assimilation. That house was a secret military base, very similar. So I'm thinking that each little thing has to do with what is coming back this year.
Red herring.
-
Hearing from a friend at UO that the role that was cast in debate is indeed spectre; not spector nor spectator. The person describes the house that she is cast in as a "haunted mansion" of sorts. Curious...
Cheers.
Hmmmm, where have I seen a haunted mansion at HHN before?
-
does it seem tent 2 always has a military theme?
The Spawning = military?
Dead Exposure = military?
Jack's Funhouse = military?
People Under the Stairs = military?
I would say no, tent 2 does not always have a military theme.
Anyway, back on topic, I think we may see another update to the site before the week is over.
-
Castle Vampyr did have stairs. There was an alternate path for those who could not use the stairs. HHN has also used tunnel type slides in the past. I don't think we'll ever see those back at HHN.
-
I've been secretly planning his debut at HHN, damn you Dr. J for letting the cat out of he bag
Just FYI.... Miroslav Satan is actually a Free Agent and will not play for Boston this year.
-
As big of a hockey fan that I am, I just don't see a hockey-themed house. Code-names are a bitch.

UPDATE: Janitor - Parade Building
-
I have enjoyed past years' Bill & Ted shows and yet did not find last year's version entertaining save for the opening video segment.
The last show I really enjoyed was back in 2006. Here is a link to that show:
It's a 4-part video. -
There was a Blair-witch style movie several years back based basically on the same story...
The St. Francisville Experiment
But slavery... eep... kinda a bad subject. now if you just loosely base it off her...
Well, we had Nazi's.... err "generic German soldiers" last year....

I don't remember which house, I don't know if it was the caretaker's house in 06, But There was a house that had a Room that smelled like dirt really strongly, like fresh dirt, That was my favorite smell, it was really scary too.
I hope they can add the burning smell to the house this year
There was a "greenhouse" in Screamhouse: Resurrection that smelled like dead flowers.

The Mardi Gras actors are cast in the SF streets.
-
And I have heard that Mardi Gras is in SF, could it be a return of Midway of the Bizarre?
One can only hope.

Update from HHNRumors: Crispy - Jaws queue
-
I thought there was a little bit of a debate whether the Terra Queen was the icon or not that year... Because we had the Story-Teller as the marketing icon, but the main attraction and theme among the houses/streets was Terra Queen... Was this ever really cleared up or figured out?
I believe what happened was that Orlando's A&D team planned everything around the "Terra Queen" being the HHN XV Icon. However, the Universal marketing team had other plans and focused the ad campaign around the "Storyteller."
-
Also, I was there 06 but I don't remember seeing the Projectionist at all, or the scareactor with the pig mask, I don't remember seeing that at all
The Projectionist did not appear at the event. The pig masks were worn by the scareactors in Dungeon of Terror: Retold (Jaws queue).

I've had the "pleasure" of opening AND closing each and every night. It really depends on your call-time. Anyway, lets say your call-time is 7pm (usually the latest call-time), you can enjoy the event as a guest from 5:45ish until it is time for you to head to your sign-in location.
-
For those who may not know "The Projectionist", check this out:

Click on the 05-06 drawer, then close the 05 page and finally click on the drawing in the center of the page of the icons.

As far as the Freddy / Jason speculation, there was a room in NOES: Dreamwalkers that was originally supposed to have Jason in it. That, along with the electrified wall got shot down.
-
Did anyone stop to think that maybe the code names are being deliberately used to throw everyone off? They just might want you to believe that NOES and The Crazies will be mazes at this year's event.

I dont know if diaster has ever been entered that why. How was Deadtropolis in 04 entered? Wasnt it similar?
In Deadtropolis, you did have to enter through a garage. So it's possible that we may have to enter through a garage again for this year in the Disaster! Queue.
Yeah, in '04 for Deadtropolis you entered the maze from the Earthquake entrance. And what is that I see in the pictures just after the fence? Look familiar?

Well, I'm not really sure if I can deduce what it is that you are getting at, but if your point is that we won't be seeing any movie-based houses in Orlando this year, than I agree. However, I don't remember anyone ever speculating about a house based off of the movie Scream for HHN Orlando in 2010.
