  1. Yes, that is what I meant to say, the skoolyard.
  2. I think that the hearse could very well be in Mel's where the the actual Skoolhouse was sitting, you can see the small fence in the bottom right. I also notice a tall truss beam, don't know what else it could be other than to hold a light.
  3. Saw: Game Over: Creatures: Leave it to Cleaver: Drive-In Concession (v1):
  4. I wouldn't make Mr. Fell a facebook. For if Universal decides to make him an official one, his name will already be taken. But there are several names to call him: Mr. Fell, Mr. Gabriel Fell, Gabriel Fell, ect.
  5. Does anyone know where I could go to find the password to type into LT's 08 MNA page?
  6. Does anyone remember the password to type in for 08's LT MNA page?
  7. When I was just looking at my tree I realized something. I guess since the top looks cut down, it could emphasize that the tree was much much bigger. It really only shows about 3/10 of what the tree could have been. Build around that for the scarezone's backstory. EDIT: "well maybe not a general insect maze for this event, but a spider maze would work." I guess I could do a spider, bat, raven, and black cat house.
  8. Last year, Silver Screams used just as much space as Scary Tales. So yes, the Parade Building has potential to hold one big house. I think that the Parade Building will host the one house that will feature the past of Horror Nights. Since there is a vortex (or at least that's what it said on the permit), I'm highly expecting that you enter the house, go into the vortex and go back to the times of Fright Nights and build your way up to XX. Also, I doubt that there will be a 3-D/funhouse this year, since the vortex is being used in the Parade Building.
  9. I really love Dr. Phibes house idea! I'd love to use it! And it's could be considered the dark humor house aswell. I just down't know about a mutant bug house. It could work for sure, it just doesn't sound like a great house for the classic/traditinal halloween. I know not every house will stick to the skeletons/devils/witches/ect., but I just couldn't see that. I do really like the Salem Witch scarezone. And with the description of the scarezone, I can now see it as a house. But if this is going to be a classic/traditional theme, we would need to see the green, hag witches somewhere. I guess they could be in Central Park, like the Witch Hut scarezone that a described a while back. It wouldn't be as big as the Salem scarezone, but it would be a place to see the traditnal witches.
  10. Really, I can look at any object and it can remind me of HHN. I have a brain that can so to speak "side-track" often. Example 1: my computer mouse reminds me of the Rat Lady wich can remind me of Cirque Du Freak, which could remind me of how one of the Vampaneze got on all fours and ran towards a guest (scaring the bejesus out of her). Example 2: my floppy disc pencil holder reminds me of my teacher who made it, and he had a movie poster of the Dark Knight, and the Joker lived in Arkham Asylum, which reminded me of Shady Brook, which reminded me of the YouTube video C_D uploaded full of cast pics. Does anyone else think like that? With all this talk about fog, I got out my fog machines yesterday and started messing with them. So I thought I would be cool the pour some fake blood in with the fog juice to turn the fog red. Well... the blood was thicker than imagined and clogged the small tube running from the fog juice contained to all the gizmos that turn it into fog. So now my brand-new fog machine is "broken".
  11. I can't seem to find the photos on the LT website. I've seen the 3 polaroids on HHN's site under "New Terrors are Developing", if that's what you're talking about. But the email on the LT site says: "Take a look a the photo images attached. A close look. Can someone please help me out?
  12. Does anyone know the password to the "Main Network Access"? If you click on the MNA tab at the top of the page a place to type in a password appears. I'm also glad that the lantern will have more to it that just on picture on the website. I had a feeling it would, I was just woried about getting flammed by others because "they have a reliable source" and are suppose to know everything.
  13. I'm supprised how the list didn't include Katy Perry or Lady Gaga. I know that that list could very well not include all roles, but with all those roles, they aren't listed. And I truly wouldn't be supprised if they choose a girl to do Justin Bieber.
  14. With the website update I was just able to check out, due to being at camp for the past two weeks, I'm back in spec mood. I just read/saw in the website update thread, that the wall elevation plan matches up exactly to the Shady Brook facade, (I had a feeling I saw that set of windows somewhere). Anyway, on the "New Terrors are Developing" page, it shows 14 photos, which as stated, would make sense to correspond to the eight houses and six zones. And that makes me think: Shadow Creek sounds exactly like Shady Brook, which can be nothing but "suspicious". If the house with the plan similar or exactly like the Shady Brook house is one attraction and the attraction than has the concept art drawing of the Shadow Creek sign is the same attraction, why would their be two pictures for it if their are only 14 spots for photos? Kind of hard to explain, but I think you get the point.
  15. In my opinion it could very well be some new concept created by A&D, the website does say "New Terror are Developing".
  16. It has been on the site ever since the second major update (from teaser to more detailed teaser). And the picture on the screen is a photo of the facade in Frankenstein last year. By the way: I think the new site update is very neat, I like it it!
  17. If it is Scarepy, why not use the old van with the pre-existing Shady Brooks logo, instead of spending money on a new one? That's why I don't believe it has anything to do with Scarepy. EDIT: Apparently the van has been sold.
  18. As much as I would love to see Home for the Holidays return, (I even listed as one of the houses I would like to return in XX on that board/topic/whatever), I don't see it happening. Diaster has a reputation for being one very hot houses, and Home for the Holidays is set during Winter. Also, I'm guessing they still have the Scarepy van, so why buy a new one?
  19. The only house in detail yet is Trick 'r Treat. But eventually (and hopefully) all the houses will have a detail run-through. After all the mazes are complete, I will start to draw them out. I can probally knock out one maze drawing per day. But I won't do it like Universal does. They have a drawing for every wall in the entire houses, no matter how big or small. I might draw out two of three wall elevations if they seem important enough. I will do an elevation of all of the facades though. And I'd love to help draw elevations, concept art, and maybe even floor plans for the large and main props in some scarezones, (if I have extra time). *breathes in, exhales slowly* haha
  20. The movie house. We should name the scarezone and the icon house differently, so if won't get confused with the movie house. And sure, you can do the icon house.
  21. I have the full house of Trick 'r Treat. Have some ideas for a witch house, though no run-through. And Diego is working on a demon/devil house. "Does this story sound good/scary: It's midnight. Four friends (Dan, John, Ryan and Eric) dig up a grave at a cemetery to retrieve a ring they hear is worth thousands of dollars. They decide to let Dan keep it at his house until tomorrow when they can cash it in. Dan hurries home only to discover that something else is waiting for him." What is that for?
