I just went outside to walk into my backyard forest (with a fairly big moutainous hill) at 11:00 at night. I had no light with me, yet I was able to see 1,000 feet ahead of me. Wow.

I love the way you conceptualize everything. On the otherhand, I'm just excited for HHN XXI to come! Whether it be a warzone, pirates, Chance, classic Halloween, or whatnot, I'm looking forward to what A&D will think up!

Like BloodyBulldawg said, the house with the helmets was Terror Mines, but Cold Blind Failure was in 2005 (not 06). Since more people are starting to talk about a classic/origin/history/traditions of Halloween theme, who do you think the icon should be? (Samhain, my idea of the Headless Horseman, a pumpkin king, ect...)

*It's a mix of Cindy's XX Theme with The Hallow (replaced Samhain with The Headless Horseman). *By the way, it says Raven's Halloween Haven since that's the name of my home-haunt (this is the theme for my home-haunt this year).

I just read them all. Great job, love the details of the backstories that you put into it! I did find a small typo though. "During a 1940 re-release of his all-time favorite horror film, Lon Chaney Sr.'s The Phantom of the Opera, Browning engaged in a scuffle with a rude theatergoer." ...the trunks containing the missing teens from Dr. Oddfellow's carnival: I wonder if A&D meant for these (bottom left and right) to be those trunks, or simply just some set dressing? -
About all this Knotts and Universal copying: I agree with you Sweeney, most everything has been done before, so nothing is really copied or original. But, I thought it was pretty funny how HHN Hollywood had the tagline "What Fear Fears Most", with Universal's tagline being "The Only Thing to Fear is Fear Himself", along with the Knotts behind the scenes videos having tons of flames in their videos, and I think Knott's tagline had something to do with fear. I've had this thought for a while now, do you think it would be interesting if there was a maze where the majority of it was fully lit with lights?

Traditions/Origins/History of Halloween Theme But yeah, even though Hades was my lowest-ranked house for XX, I would like to give it another shot (just with better sets.... and Hades).

Even though silicone masks are fairly expensive, I don't see why didn't use a silicone mask for Fear. (Just a thought that popped into my head.)

^ I agree with your post Fallow (for the most part) Yes, new human icon. Yes, an overarching theme. Yes, the removal of the third-party vendors. Yes, kill the "you are the victim". Yes, proper finale. Yes, roofs (where possible, due to fire hazard) Yes, special scares and gags. No, new locations (I think they've finally figured it out (no Kidzone zone). Ops will be ops. I want an origins/traditions/history of Halloween theme!!!!!!! (pretty please A&D... )
