Treaks & Foons and Seeds of Extinction are coming back? That’s some heavy hitters right there, but I’m not sure what the Evil Dead house could be if that turns out to be true. Will it be based on the first three movies or Rise? That’s my question.

If there’s one good reason to miss the MIB tent is it helped to flow the crowd around the park. New York and Production Central are the most the crowded areas cause they’re right next to the soundstages, and they could be even more pack over there.

This was recently added at the new Tribute Store.
The years between 1885 and 1992 are underlined in the article. This is the “Reopening” 40th anniversary, meaning 97 years had passed between the first and second opening. It’s a Easter Egg that may or may not have to do with HHN. I’m starting to get the Usher vibes right now, but that’s a stretch.

I think the best thing about Halloween at HHN in Orlando that it always moves up on a location scale every time when it comes back. It started off as a tent house, then a parade building house, and most recently a Shrek theater house. Though it was unintentional, but Halloween kept going until it became a real soundstage house like it happened last year with Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

I think that comes last after a complete announcement. As for another return of Halloween, while I could see why it keeps coming back too constantly, but at the same time it makes sense to happen this year cause this is the event’s 31st year, and Halloween is on the 31st, so a pun needs to be intended.

If the Weeknd turns out to be true, then I’m waiting for a huge uproar of negativity and rockism to happen on Facebook and Twitter for some entertainment and eat popcorn.

This was posted a few days ago, and we’re very likely to get another announcement this week. I’m guessing The Weeknd is next, but I doubt it’s Stranger Things again.

I dunno about you guys, but with only one house announced for this year, it actually builds up the hype for both the event and even Epic Universe too (If the rumored Monsters theme area is true).

Well this sucks, especially considering the fourth season easily had the most to offer as a house. But it could come back next year with the inclusion of the next season though, so it’s not like the last one where it could be now or never situation on doing it. There’s only one more season to go, and there’s still a chance they could do it next year as a megahouse- 1

If you’re waiting for H.R. Bloodengutz to come back. Well, here’s some good news for ya. I’ve recently done a sequel fanmade idea inspired by one of the best houses from 21. I hope you guys enjoy it.

Already read HNN’s transparency on the spec maps. It’s weird year to speculate compared to 30, but not a lot has changed, which is interesting. Guess everyone in the HHN community - me included - were just whispering at each other ear to ear.

A new permit has been filled for one of the parade buildings.

Whatever night is a good night during the event, but from my experience last year on opening night, the crowds were very crazy to handle, since everyone wants to do everything and see every show. My older sister and brother-in-law wanted to come with me, and I was the only one in the group to walk through all the houses with my express pass while they only went through three and got exhausted instantly cause of the crowds. After the first week, it looks and feels more calm with less attendees before it gets crazy again.

I’m still not giving my hopes up on the Pumpkin Lord as an icon, since we should see him have his own scarezone.

There’s been some talks floating around that we may no get a Wicked Growth sequel at all, but another traditional Halloween-themed house will happen in some form this year that revolves around Witches. I’m guessing it’s either a spin off of WG or the Coven scarezone from 2010 will be getting it’s own house.

A new HHN-related permit has been filed. It’s about those tents in the extended queue lines for Fast & Furious. They’re removing some heavy stuff for a couple of months before putting them back after the event. It’s really interesting how they’re implementing this punching bag meme attraction as a house location.

Working on my next house idea that is a sequel to fan favorite.

Whoever gets the most “wins” during the entire event should face against Frankenstein’s monster later in the future for a “Champion Vs. Challenger” Monsters house.

Finally! The first house announcement, and it’s exactly what I was expecting all along!

An announcement on Tuesday isn’t bad as most would think cause it somewhat extends their engagement cycle, especially for the IP’s. If that happens this week on that day, then you get it with a blog, then PRs published on media sites on Wednesday, a documentary/Behind The Scenes on Thursday, and finally everything is double-tapped on Friday. It would possibly be a four-day cycle than a two-day.

Apparently, at least as far as it goes right now, one rumored house has been “leaked” with another Universal Monsters House at Hollywood called Legends Collide that features not only the Wolfman and The Mummy like it’s rumored, but also Dracula too. I’m not sure this is exactly what Orlando is getting (If it turns out to be true), but another showdown house is a must!

Nah, It’s just seems like that Mark had forgotten to make a new speculation thread months ago until this was finally posted. Late but at least it wasn’t never.

Seeing the Wicked Growth coming back as a possible sequel house makes me hope the Pumpkin Lord is an icon this year. Not Fear material, but I could see him being one though while still keeping the IP’s as a top priority like how they handled with Bone back in 27.
Since this will be the event’s 31st year, I’m expecting a lot of traditional Halloween aesthetics as a reference to the holiday’s date, which sums up very well why we could see Michael Myers coming back. I’m picturing each zone location will have some sort of traditional theme other than the scarecrows at Central Park like the Witches at San Francisco, The Pumpkin Lord at Hollywood, and the Trick or Treaters at New York as examples.

I hope I’m not the only one who wants Vamp back again as a scarezone that sets in a different era. Here’s my fanmade scarezone idea called Vamp Gen X!

Halloween Horror Nights 31 Speculation

The first one needs to happen, but my gut is telling me it would be Rise cause it’s coming to HBO Max.
