I just want to say, although it may be off topic, I can't friggin wait to get my LegendaryTruth badge, I'm gonna look so cool.

I guess Saws N' Steam will be our CDT SZ this year? It would make sense >_> EDIT: Also, it's been pointed out that they misspelled "Orphanage" and spelled it "Orfanage". After listening to the conference call I think I have a theory as to why. I think they spelled it OrFANage to let us know it was for the dedicated HHN fans. Because no one in the GP knows who Cindy is, but all of us do. Idk if it's been said before, but that's what I think

Ahhh, I just didn't get it at first, they're so far apart and all. That makes sense. Also, I think I read somewhere that there was an excess amount of bodies of victims who died of the Plague in Paris that contributed to the large number of the Catacombs. But the Catacombs were not created for the victims of the Plague, that I knew. But thanks for clearing that up!

My most anticipated house is definitely Catacombs, then Psychoscarepy, then maybe LT the rest all seem really intense too. I said it before but I don't really know why the said Marseille and Paris, they are on opposite ends of France. But none the less, the Catacombs are a real thing in France and they look amazingly scary. They go on for miles. More specifically, one hundred and eighty-five miles. In fact is it illegal since 1955 to go into some parts of the Catacombs, people have gotten lost and literally gone crazy. As for scarezones, I don't speak a word of Spanish, only French, can someone tell me what the Spanish one is, it looks fun hahah. I think one word is death, it looks similar to the French word for dead, morte. Saws N' Steam actually sounds cool and frightening. The other one I'm really looking forward to is The Coven. I think Psychoscareapy could have worked really well in the streets, the patients have escaped you know.

Okay, why did they pick Paris and Marseille (Pronounced MAR SAY) for The Catacombs? They are on completely different sides of France. Marseille is in the south right on the edge by the water, and Paris is up north, almost all the way up north. In Paris there are miles and miles of real Catacombs from the Plague, but Marseille is just so far from Paris. Anywho, I think the house will be great, from what I've seen and heard about the real Catacombs.

I think they're kind of hush about BM because they know that she is Fear's pitfall. To be completely honest, Bloody Mary is scary, she looks like she could kick ass. She has no fear, and the main icon is Fear. Sooo I see why they wouldn't talk about her much.

LOL I love how in the conference call someone mentioned Bloody Mary and it went down something like this. "So can we expect to see Bloody Mary?" "...................................... uhh." "Yeah can we expect to see Bloody Mary?" "Uh..... I stand by my original statement.... heheh." Hahah that was amazingly awkward.

I may be dreaming here, but how cool would it be if they made an Art Deco book for the public with all of the house renderings, photos and concept art from the past twenty years? That would be *orgasmic*. But it probably won't happen. But still, I can dream.

Someone mentioned that it looked like an Alien, and that is ALL I see now. Do you think the creature will walk upright and humanoid? EDIT: By Alien I mean the movie "Alien".

Ohhh I saw that! At first I was like... I see nothing. But then I saw it, it's kind of creepy!

Also there's like a flashlight effect and the text seems tilted on the homepage. Can't wait to see what they do. I'm so giddy for the update now!

Is it Hallowed past, or Hollowed past? Is there a real difference?

Personally, I think we should let old icons die. Otherwise it just turns in to bad rehash ideas. For example the Nightmare On Elm Street Series, the last ones SUCKED. Freddy's Dead was just... you know you saw it, you know it was bad. Anyways, I think if they don't bring back any icons it keeps them in that really good condition, like if they keep bringing them back, many people of the GP are not going to be impressed. But cameos this year might work, (not really small parts, but significant ones) in case people haven't seen an old icon. But really from what I've gathered, they've been saying they're using all of the things from the past they've learned and using that to create something new, right? Idk, I'm probably making no sense right now, but it's late and I can't sleep. EDIT: This probably should have been posted in spec.

I just talked to IH she said that the reason there has been so much activity is because of August 26 getting closer and closer, I'm guessing we can expect more updates coming.

I was at blockbuster.com and saw something interesting. Fangoria is doing Fright Fest, they're releasing some movies and blah blah blah, but they're using a zombie thing that looks a lot like the Usher, Idk it probably shouldn't be posted here but I thought it was interesting. Is the Main Network Access (MNA) password and actual word or is it, a bunch of numbers? When do we usually find out, do we find out at all?

Just wondering, when do the media items usually get sent out? You know like in 2007 I think they had the Jack In The Box, 2008 had BM's Jewelery Box, and 2009 had the popcorn box. I'm guessing this year it will be the Lantern filled with whatever goodies Uni has up their sleeves.

"Freddy's Dead" was a horrible movie. SERIOUSLY. I think it's best we don't acknowledge it.

This is a bit off topic, but I read some spec a while ago about Medusa not being a Gorgon, I was always taught differently growing up. Medusa was the prettiest of the three Gorgon sister (the only mortal one), but when she had sex with Poseidon (some sources differ whether it was consensual or not) Athena cursed her with the face and body of of a Gorgon, and anything that would look at her face would be turned to stone. Idk, it seemed like a good idea to type this up, but now that I think about it.... Waste. Of. Time.
