I do agree two houses would be more profitable.... but I don’t care. I honestly think if the house is the mega house they can fit all content in, I mean did you see how long AHS was last year?

We haven’t talked IT in a while... would y’all rather a house based on only the first film as is rumored, or would you rather HHN wait, do a house based on both parts in a year or two, and give this years spot to an original? Personally I would like for them to wait solely because I really hope The Thing comes with huge puppets and effects and I would rather they save the budget for that and better SZs this year instead of IT rights. Another original also wouldn’t hurt.

If they do The Thing, it would be cool if they removed the spider leg head from the HMUS queue and made it look like it had escaped, and feature it somewhere in the house (far away from guests' touch)

most of the time they scan Inside Universal, which has a lot of overlap with this forum(including me)

Recently, I've been hearing horror stories of SAs being abused and/or struck by guests, because of this do we think we'll ever see drinks leave the event or be noticeably scaled back? or have they already been placing precautions and I haven't noticed?

I imagine to have any competition at all with Disney's event they'll need to make it VERY clear that this is a seperate event from HHN, maybe even try to avoid concurrent nights

so like a running event? um, okay... Also the "kid friendly sister event" just makes sense, throw it in IOA and let the cash flowwwww, just it'll take some effort to shed the image of HHN that's so heavily connected to Universal.

I just watched The Thing last night. It wasn't really about that. It was more sneak assimilating them. Fucking amazing movie btw, the effects actually left me speechless. Anyways, It'll more likely be an original, sounds like a pretty cool idea.

I hope not, it would draw less crowds than pretty much any of the rumored properties, and doesn't really sound interesting. Also, I doubt it'll even be out by the event and we all know how preview houses go

VERY true, when I hear about a repeat house that I haven't experienced before I feel bad for the vets, but I'm personally happy because now I get to go through it
