as a person who is an ops lead this year, a majority of guests have NO IDEA what ops go through or how ops, well, OPERATES, this includes probably 90% of people on these forums. Respect your ops and don't bad mouth them. They are your friends and are there for specific reasons; More so than just standing in the house. We're told very specific things and it is drilled into our brains. Unless this is a thread that will give kudos or criticism in a manner that is respectful, I would like to see this thread locked because right now I'm just seeing "OMG, OPS SUUUUUUCK" also, thanks to the few who know what it's like to be a house operations team member and gave some kudos, specifically Legacy.

it's a lighter material, which is perfect for Florida. I've never been a fan of huge jackets unless I'm going to New York, in which case I'll just layer up.

I don't like how HoS doesn't mention Poe specifically. Yeah, they have house of Lenore and ravens and blah blah blah, but they never mention POE anywhere. Odd.

scarezones make the event for me. Plain and simple. If the SZ's aren't doing well, I don't have much as a fun time. When every house is sitting at a 60+ minute wait, I know I can get some really good scares out in the streets.

ASM's and SM's don't exist yet; Nobody has received those titles, yet. Or if they have, they're not giving the calls backs and there's a very small amount of management at this point. It's actually people in human resources giving those calls backs and it's typically the same team members giving those calls.

There was a pool table in The Thing: Assimilation. There was a scareactor in there with a pool stick as well. I remember this specifically because before I was in NoES, I was in the Thing house as a scientist right before that pool table scene.

I'm not denying that they do/have, but they at least need one portion of those roads back there open so they can get to the Hollywood break area/front of the park, to the tents and the Parade building with no issues at all.

don't forget, they can't block off the road 100% because it's a fire route and for traffic. I don't foresee them making a bunch of doublebacks in the road.

what would be the difference? Why lower the ticket price to raise everything else? It's easier to raise admission and keep everything else the same.
