I was in the park last week and they still have the Viinyl from last year on sale!!!! So if we get a Vinyl this year, what character would it be? Another Jack? Freddy? Jason? Maybe even Chance? Do you guys think we will get a new type of merch? You know, something different other than shirts, lanyards, etc....?

So I was driving on I4 today and noticed that they already have the billboard up! I don't know if anyone has already seen it or mentioned it, but I'm surprised that the billboard only displayed Jack (that's right, no Freddy, no Jason, NO WALKERS!). It looks really beautiful, it has those vanity mirror lights around Jack. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture, I was driving and by the time I reacted and told my sister to snap a picture it was too late!

I'd like to see a Michael Myers. Can Universal still use him this year though? (Sorry if that questions sounds a bit dumb.)

I've been thinking about this since we first found out we were getting a Freddy vs Jason house. What do you guys think the facade will be? I'm curious to hear what you guys are imagining.

My first thought was that the tent would be used in the first room / part of the facade, but I think it might also be used as the last room of the house? Maybe have all the icons under the tent to give you one last good scare or something like that?

Omg, yes! I'd love to see Fat Amy this year in the Bill and Ted show! I'd also like to see or think most likely will appear: Jurassic World Minions Caitlyn Jenner Taylor Swift in some shape or form (probably the song "Shake It Off" ) Donald Trump Inside Out Magic Mike XXL Madonna's fall or one of her songs (Living for Love, Bitch I'm Madonna, etc.?) Demi Lovato or her new single "Cool For The Summer" The blue/black white/gold dress Left Shark

We will probably see the same characters from the Horrorwood Die-In back in 2009 ("The Strangers", the girl from "The Exorcist", The Old Lady/Witch from "Drag Me To Hell", Norman Bates dressed as mother from "Psycho" , Frankenstein monster, ......I can't remember anymore.) What modern movie monsters/characters we haven't see do you think we will see? I'm guessing a purger from "The Purge", The Wolfman, Chucky and Tiffany, Freddy Kruger, Jason, Dracula, ......?

Reflections of Fear was my first year and in my opinion the best year (that I've attended obviously). Bloody Mary was such a great icon and you could feel her presence throughout the whole park. Almost all of the houses that year were amazing (sadly, the ROF house lacked....it didn't really give BM justice.). I could seriously go on and on about HHN2008. I would love to see Bloody Mary back at HHN someday (I was excited to see her in the. Hallow'd Past back in 2010 and her head made an appearance in Leave It To Cleaver back in 2009 if I'm not mistaken) , but if they can't use Bloody Mary then maybe they should just use Dr Mary Agana (Agana is blood in Latin after all).

I feel...or hope that we get something from Pitch Perfect 2.

Ah, that's right! I forgot about the whole 3D concept. So they probably will have new costumes...but I'd really like if they had the same ones from the scare zone!

Twenty bucks that the vortex tunnel is our transition down the rabbit hole.

I'm pretty sure they'll have the spine ripping scene. I mean, it's kind of the first thing that pops to mind when I think Body Collectors. You can't have BC without that scene!!! Maybe we will get the spine ripping scene...but with a new twist? I sure hope so! If they pulled it off in 2011 with "Winter's Night" I don't see why they can't make it snow in the beginning (or at any point really) of this house.

BloodNGutz presents Holidays of Horror (house from 2011) (Mike confirmed that the holiday presented in this house will be........Christmas! 5. Gothic (house from 2012) Things I'd like/wish to see in this house: 1. S.S. Frightanic (house from 1998) 2. Scream House ( house that first appeared in 2002, has had a few sequels) 3. Dead Exposure ( house from 2008) 4. Leave it to Cleaver ( house from 2009) 5. Catacombs: Black Death Rising ( house from 2010) Mike did say this house will be as long as the TWD house last year, but I think it may be even a bit longer so who knows what other things will appear in this house! Do you guys think we will get scare zone representations in this house like we did with Hallow'd Past? Maybe "Treaks and Foons" (2002), The Coven (2010), Esqueleto Muerte (2010), Se7en (2011), Bayou of Blood (2014).....?

I wonder if they'll use the same characters/costumes that they used in the scare zone back in '08 or if they will "upgrade"/"re-image" they characters/costumes. This was one of my favorite scare zones back in '08 so I'm kind of excited to see it as a house. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint!

To be honest, the base looked kind of yellowish/greenish.... I couldn't really see the color that we'll from where I stood. I'm almost sure it's the blender, Part of me thinks the Jack show will be in front of Mel's and that they already have the blender out because they have a short amount of time to get the stage ready after RTU, but at the same time I wish/hope they have the show somewhere else cause it might just take away from the scare zone (the crowds and noise from the show might overshadow the scare zone). Anyone who attended HHN16 and/or HHN17, can you please mention your experience with having a show in this location and how it affected the scare zone in CP?

So I'm in the park again and I came to the stage in front of Mel's to see if it really is Jack's Blender....and I think it is. It it has the shape of the blender and if you look from behind (not show in the pics) you can kind of see a greenish base (if I recall well Jack's blender had a greenish base). But I also think it would be too early to have a HHN prop on stage ?

Yeah, I noticed this too when I was in the park. I think that the hole in the gazebo will have a fog machine inside to make it seem like it's on fire....maybe even a sound effect of fire cackling? Don't really see how the winching rope could be used for something other than moving the prop, but I could be wrong. Can't wait til the even t starts and we get to see all of this in action!

You are very right! They could possibly include her in the zone and just not make it official (for obvious reasons). Guess we will have to wait til the event starts to see! Now you got me hoping we see her in some shape or form at the event this year, either in this scare zone or the anniversary house. I remember seeing her in the Hollowd Past house back in 2010, that made me really happy.

So now that we have those pictures of the banners with the icons on them in Hollywood Blvd, do you guys think the zone will be more like "Se7en"/"Face Off" (each icon having a mini stage and having minions roam around) or more like the "Fear Revealed" Boone back in 2010 (icons having their own mini sets/props ) ? I'd like it if they did a la "Fear Revealed" but included the minions/henchmen. And for the record, everytime one of you guys mentioned how Bloody Mary was obviously not going to be there my heart broke more and more. ROF was my first ever HHN and Bloody Mary is personally my favorite icon. Just wish we'd get to see her again in future HHN (but the most likely won't happen).
