We had them before.. LT, Winter's Night, and most resently Gothic.. We have had A LOT of Dr. Who stuff in the past few yrs Hell the Nightengales are based on them...

Do you realize that most people who go to HHN one didnt go in 2003, plus they wont go 'Oh they did that in 2003!' Im just saying 13 might be really big this yr in Haunts.. We just dont know.. Its still early. Then again I have I think the dates for like 13th Haunts for this yr already lol

Just wanted to say some stuff.. Ever since I started my website I've seen a couple trends in the Haunt world... 2011 the BIG thing was 3D houses, well we got In Between that yr. 2012 the BIG thing was Zombies, well we got TWD. (I actually saw some Haunts not due zombies cause they want to be different then Haunt down the street from them). So you must be asking what have Haunts been hinting about so far this yr? Well granted its still early but I've seen some teasers and hints and it focuses on the number 13. Now the Haunts arent celebrating 13yrs (I bet some well be though), its just the year is 2013. Now in 2003 HHN did celebrate 13yrs, and had some stuff based around the number 13 but at the same time they didnt.. So could we see something that deals with 13? Like a Superstitions house (Last one was in the late 90s), and keep in mind HOS did one last yr. Im not saying the number 13 well be a big role cause its still too early to tell.. Carry on with your wishful thinking

I understand in southern California Murdy has to fight getting crowds to his park cause you do have some MAJOR Haunts in California.. However here in Orlando they really dont need to do that since we really dont have compention outside of Home haunts and small haunts (HOS really doesnt count).. I would love to see a MAJOR haunt here in Orlando.. HHN might step it up in scares.. We got the details down and storylines down.. Now they just need to focus putting the scary/Horror park into the event.

Yep but remember Universal Productions could have it already booked for May - Nov.. Universal Entertaiment actually has to rent those soundstages to Universal Productions

I love all these things about the number 23 but if Hollywood gets there way again, 23 wont mean anything.. Like Last yr, the only thing with 22 on it was the hat.

You want to see how a MAJOR Haunt does casting.. Look below, its not based on looks like HHN Knott's Scary Farm *EDIT* So on the Universal Orlando Resort website it says 'Let Loose Like You Mean It" for their Mardi Gras celebration... Why do I have the feeling for Universal's Halloween Horror Nights - Orlando (OFFICIAL) 23 it will say "Get Scared Like You Mean It"

Yes the Traditionals were actor based but your not guaranteed to have the same cast back.. Let alone they might have something NEW up there sleeve that might 'Wow' us.

Gotta remember they get the same budget every year for the most part.. Magic shows might be cheap for them to do.. All your paying for is the talent , techs, lightning, and audio.

The opening scareamonies were all part of media.. The Stage show it self was just a show during the event.. But now that Transformers is coming near the only spot they can do a show. Then imagine the cluster f*ck that will be there. I want to see them spend the money on actually hiring SA then having so much dead space in the park and in the houses.. Tone down the hype a little bit to, the only compintation HHN has is HOS. Its not like California where they got so many Haunts in one area,

I dont see marketing helping out in any shape or form with LT or HU
