  1. okay... newest update... heh.. This should clear up everything - Houses: SS20a, SS20b, SS22, T1, T2, Disaster, B79 (although this could've been an unconfirmed typo since it would've been SS44 originally. So this should be SS33 from what we know.) - Scarezones: CP, CB, LP, BY, DG, SO, Z (zones), LG - LG is listed under HOUSE rehearsals. So while it is listed as a sz, it is labeled as a 3rd rehearsal time on the same nights as houses. - Costumes are rumored to being made per person. Maybe not for all, but at least some roles. They pushed for people to have proper clothing sizes. Apparently it was said that if you get there & it doesn't fit, YOU WILL BE CUT & they'll find someone who does fit.
  2. Alright.... just to throw this whole thing into more chaos... a friend of mine said this about their audition sheet: - 8 street locations and 7 house locations were listed on the audition sheet. - But here is the weird thing, B79 (Parade Building) was listed as a house. - my sheet had 8 scarezones listed. In two groups of four.
  3. Run: Hostile Territory was not a dual run house. Where Evil Hides was not one either, it was the same house built twice, completely duplicated because it was supposed to be "popular" SS Frightanic WAS a dual run, but the Disaster queue cant do that now due to the over-sized queue props that cant be removed. Museum of Horror was also a dual run (1998, same year as Frightanic), it was located in SS22. It was originally supposed to be 3 separate houses, but was cut to only two (classic horror, modern horror). So for those wondering... yes.. SS22 could have a 2nd house (which has been mentioned several times already), but its unlikely.
  4. what exactly are you basing this off of? The park itself always closed at 5pm (thats plenty of time to enjoy the park during the day) They extended the event hours back in 2010 to accomodate the bigger crowds. Lets take a look back at HHN 2002... (which started an hour later than HHN does today, since they open the gates earlier) Event Hours: 7 pm - 2 am Friday and Saturday nights (except Oct. 4 and Nov. 1) 7 pm - 12 am All other event nights Here are the event hours for 2007... Now lets look at the 2010 Event Hours And of course, here are the 2011 Event Hours If they have done anything regarding the hours, its extended them to maximize your time. Why would they "close earlier" as use claim? That would be stupid for business since the longer you're there, the more money you'll spend. And there were quite a few nights from 2006-2009 where they stayed open an extra hour, so it allowed many of us to see the last B&T show and hit up a few houses another time before leaving. If you can't experience everything that HHN has to offer, that is just poor time management skills (with the occasional long ass line thrown in). The event hours certainly weren't any shorter than previous years.
  5. to illustrate what Jeramy is talking about, I made sure to get a pic while at the park yesterday. At the bottom of this pic you can see some of the road looks to be torn up...
  6. Location: San Francisco Theme: Apocalypse Fire burns in the nights sky... fog fills the air... the sound of chainsaws drown out screams of terror... Demons from hell wreak havoc... the street is filled with chaos... Will you survive the Chainsaw Apocalypse? Set design: - flame throwers - knocked-over power-line - wrecked vehicle(s) - hanging debris - fog Scareactors: - 6 Chainsaw wielding demons from hell. - 2 victims with doomsday symbols burned into their skin *Due to San Francisco's small size (width) this zone could also be relocated (NY) to incorporate 2005's Bone Chopper Rider motorcycles (at least 3) which would be ridden by demon. For safety, prosethetic makeup (horns, symbol marked skin, non-vampire fang-like teeth) would be used (same for those with chainsaws)
  7. Keep in mind, these are just ideas that haven't been fully processed yet. Location: Hollywood Blvd Theme: Hollywood Premiere The searchlights are shining in the sky, fog fills the air, the paparazzi are nearby. Hollywood's elite dressed in tuxedos, and glittering gowns... Its the night of the big Hollywood movie premiere. Its a night full of glitz and glamor... although something isn't quite right, all of Hollywood's finest are "dead". Its like a scene straight out of a horror film... Do you dare take a trip down the infamous blood soaked red carpet and mingle with ghosts of Hollywood's elite? set pieces: - search lights - spot lights - velvet ropes - movie posters featuring the other houses/scarezones Scareactors: ghost-like, some bloody. not zombies.
  8. SCAREZONES I couldn't decide which design i liked better...
  9. HOUSES Never got around to adding a Jester image The logo & house entrance concept
  10. Alright, so I had a few house/scarezone ideas a few years ago.... Initially I created these ideas back in post-HHN 2005/early 2006. I used to have a few designs that i actually hand drew myself, but unfortunately I don't have them anymore. Then sometime around late 2006/early 2007 I decided to photo-shop logos for my ideas. I figured with a logo, it would help flesh out the concepts swirling around my brain... While some share names with past past houses/scarezones, they are my own interpretation, so don't expect something similar to what was actually done at the event. All 7 house & 8 scarezone logos below (except for 2) are "animated". If there is a specific house or scarezone you'd like me to do a write up for, I'll try to remember what was originally thought up/evolve a concept for, then I'll do so. And yes, I do have a few other ideas not found within the logos posted below. I'll see about writing/creating something for those as well if interested. Note: These logos were all created before the 2007 HHN event was teased/revealed... They have not been altered since I pulled them from my old hard drive.

Why do I think there's gonna be a lot more sexual innuendo here at HNN now?
