the horn is completely necessary for the house, with out it the house will be a slight disappointment

since it seems the 3 of the 4 houses are going to be post apocalyptic themed is it possible that an icon could be a mayan priest? since we arent going to get a mayan themed house maybe possibly just a scare zones that has that theme?

do those orange barrels not look like "toxic waste" to any one else? seems like we are going to get A LOT of disformed, melting faces, zombie like scareactors this year

just be in the park before HHN and go to the holding places and you can be the very first person in the house, i did that for the foresaken last year and i ended up behind a wall and did a lot of zig zagging in the bigger rooms....a lot of "is this the way to go?"..."nope theres a bunch of creppy people over there so im going the other way" lol

my source told me 2-3 3D houses this year due to how popular "In-between" was last year

is it possible this could be a duel run house? we get an exact copy of hollywoods house last year and than get the "new" one? idk probably just hopeful thinking since the the welcome to hell in 3D sounds really cool to me

from the HHN website the walking dead seems to be the "big" house their promoting and during comic con they had a one of the nurses in full form holding a HHN sign...my guess for right now its going to be TWD dead type of icon and more specifically that creepy nurse (someone posted the pic a few pages back)

its mostly alrenative rock (the offspring, incubus, shine down, etc), with some hard rock (five finger death punch, godsmack, three days grace, etc) and some 90's alternative (nirvana, sometimes van halen, kinda stuff) splashed in could this be the "dante" clue? 7 rings of hell, each one getting worse and worse? hopefully orlando gets that as well id rather get a "new" AC house than our spin off of "welcome to my nightmare"

it makes since why universal would of wanted to make the announcement by the end of the weekend knowing AC was doing a web chat.....but i dont think AC was supposed to say that lol

so legacy and dr. jimmy (or any one else in the know like they are)....are you guys hearing that there are some more big obstacles coming about or is this a legal issue that stopped the announcement? since it seemed to be it was either an alice cooper or penn&teller announcement

i hope they dont announce P&T or Alice Copper...just because it seems to be the trusted members have already said those are gurantees...i'd rather them announce something we arent so sure about, street show, water/firework show

I don't see how anyone could not like the idea of a P&T house....magic has always been a dark art, now put the great minds of HHN with the great magicians that P&T are, ummmm that makes for a DARK TWISTED house, something like their magic tricks aren't tricks they are actually real and now the dark spirits are going crazy in them? how is this hard to see as a great house? personally im less excited for a "gargoyles" house because for the normal HHN fan they've seen it over and over again....and for the years ive been going i can think of a single "magician" "magic" house

i know nothing about TWD but that sounds like it would be an awesome street show

basically imagine it this way, you go through a house with all the old time monsters than you go through an identical house with the new age monsters......the house has the same theme but is different

i talked to my buddy today and he told me that he is still very out of the loop on whats going on but he did say there is going to be 2 3D houses this year, he didnt know which ones, but due to all the love the one got last year they are going to have 2 this year....for me thats finally some good news we can all like

ok a couple things P&T as an icon could work, they're magicians, they cut people up, they stab people, they fill rooms with bees...sorry but all that stuff is scary, 1 scare zone...what if the whole back of the park is the scarezone, also only 1 sz puts more of a chance of a HHN style parade also as this year may be looked at in future years as "bad" lets remeber just how much construction is going on and how many changes ALL of USF is going through, not just HHN as im with most people, im not excited about HHN as i used to be, but lets be real HHN is what you make it, good friends having a good time with some good scares is why we all really go,.....and of course the 10$ splash of alcohol drinks lol so lets be real, yes a lot of us are not happy with the leaks that are coming out but 95% of us will still be there mulitiple nights and 75% of us will enjoy it like we did all the others

i think everyone cares about the sz's....as we all agree the houses are more important, not having sz's is jus unacceptable

did i miss it somehwere? why did the mayan house get scrapped? was it supposed to be in ss44? because that would be an awesome house, human sacrafices, crazy gods, all around crazy people, and it wouldnt offend any one since there arent and descedants of the mayans since they jus dissapeared

o yea we were deffintly held (nice enough to give us a happy hour though ) and yes by "prep people" i meant the techincall entertainment jus wasnt sure what their title was.....and they really will sell that much in alcohol in jus 30minutes? since that is the case than obviously my simple solution of better quality of jus opening 30 min later isnt going to work

i have an AP and last year was in the park before and stayed through till HHN opening but deffintly dont remeber it being 2 hrs..thought it was 30min-to an hour....but even that with it being already 2hrs whats an extra 30min to give more prep time to everyone? and i see why the extending the hrs later to compiate wouldnt be an option, and my arugement more to push the 30min later opening would with there being 7 houses you dont need as much time to do everything in one night with the lack of a house. also yes they would be paying the "prep people" an extra 30 min but they would be paying all scare actors and house security and vendors 30 min less....so with from what i read the new company is a money hungry company this would be a something they would like, yes we as a customer is "losing time" but personally if i only lost 30min for them to spend that time preparing everything better thats a sacrafice im willing to make happily

ive been trolling through the forums for past 2 weeks or so and im shocked at ll the insider knowledge people have, i thought mine was pretty good but this is just amazing...but on the note of sz's the major issue seems to be the parade and time to set up a sz, where would be a problem of starting 30min later? if i remeber correcly during HHN nights USF closes about 7 and HHn starts about 7:30. And personally i think 30 extra minutes of prep time would be HUGE and i dont think fans would be upset about it or even really realize thats its an hour delay instead of 30min. Also if corporate is afraid of losing revenue during that 30min is there a set rule/law that HHN has to close at 12? why not on the weekend (fridays, saturday) stay open till 1 or even 2? And as far as houses i dont blame new management for the lack of the extra house, it was SUPPOSED to have 8, something happened (we will probably never no the real reason of why) and its rumored that there will still be an 8th house, either a dual run, or another SS....but my thought is why cant they level the ground that was ss44 and build an outdoor maze? would that require a permant to put up the baracades to build the maze? that to me would be a very simple fix to giving us a 8th house if they see the upset about through these forums (we do al know they watch these forums to see what the die hard fans want and probably get a good amount of ideas from the forums) these are just my thoughts and im far from in as much know as a lot of your are.
