i jump and get startled in every house i go in(unless it's bad *cough*RoF,Spawning*cough*) but ive been completely horrified a few times. 2005:Skool:this was my 2nd house ever and i was 9, so i was fairly young. this was a neat house and at one point we walked through a classroom where a girl SA was standing holding a bear. she jumps at me and says "wanna play?". that's the first time i was legit scared at HHN ever. 2007:Nightmare on Elm Street: I dont know what did it, but at some point in this house, i bvecame so freaked out i was scared out of my mind. i was completely alone for half the house and paranoia overwhelmed me and i booked it though 2 scenes straight. there's a reason why thats my favorite house of all time. Jack's Funhouse: i went through this house thinking"The 3d looks sick but id rather have some scares thrown in here and there" since i didnt get one scare the entire house. BUT, we get to the finale and on the left is a box with a head on it. it unexpectedly jumps at me and scared the $#!t out of me. 2008:Scary Tales:the friggin bear. 'nough said. Dead Exposure:this whole house scared the crap out of me. i got so many scares in this house its not even funny. 2009:Chucky:the room with the SA covered in teddys was very interesting and completely got me off guard. 2010:Hollow'd Past:I went though on my first run though dissapointed, cuz i didn't see one SA. we reached the finale and i was dissapointed. i turn the last corner only to have eddie in the middle of the hallway carring a chainsaw. i literally flew back against the wall.

ive heard that uni let up a little on the photo taking restrictions. anybody confirm this?

come someone explain how each house/sz tied into BM in 08? i cant connect it. i dont understand the love for 08. i find it the weakest year ive gone (05-11).

how were the lines last night?

i know on thurs/fri all lines at one point were 60-90 min, and yesterday saws hit 100. hell week is known for lines to hit 90-150min and im willing to bet IB or poe will hit 3 hours this year. so i believe its next week.

7 is the most unbelievably amazing SZ ive ever seen(05-11). great eyecandy, excellent actors, and the music choice is perfect. if i had a FFP, id stay here for one whole night:;P

this is really hard this year. i loved every house. i will only be attending once more on the 27th so my rankings may change. 1.Saws N Steam: this house was suprisingly awesome. i had zero anticipation when the rumor came out. it sounded like a copout for an original idea and i wasnt a big fan of the SZ. but oh my god this house blew me away. the effects/scares/sets/everything was perfect. cant wait to do it again. 2.Nightingales/Nevermore/Winters Night: i cant pick one out of these 3. they were all so amazing. 3.BloodenGutz: i didnt think this house would be as good as it is. its the perfect balance of funny and scary. i got plenty scares, the sets were the best ive seen in disaster, and it was just a fun house. 4.In Between/Thing/Forsaken: in between is only this low because i missed every actor. i wasnt completely feeling the thing. it seemed as if the house was lacking in many places. cool house none the less. forsaken was stunning to look at, and the SA's were doing good, but i feel like it needed to improve a little and from what im hearing it did. along with thing, for that matter. also i find it pretty funny noone voted for the thing yet

i dont get the hate for 2010's B&T i thought it was really funny. this years was pretty bad though. worst ive seen.

i tend to let out a small yelp and if its an incredible scare ill give props to the actor and smile into the next room

Winters Night in the NY area at 5:45/5:50, Forsaken in KidZone area at same time. i suggest the NY S&S, then go in a circle doing THING next, then Saws, then Nevermore, then HoH,then Nightingales and finally the 2 KZone houses. its the quickest way to see everything imo and by experience

i feel incredibly lucky, because i saw it on my first run . ont the second run, i went through on the cast witht he black male in the spot, i think this is cast b? anyway, it didnt happen then. it takes a very long time to reset it seems. you really need immaculate timing to see it. i still havent gotten the finale completely i dont think.

yea im a 15 yr old guy and ive screamed plenty of times. i havent shreiked and ran out of a house, but i scream all the time, many times in pretty much every house(DE, NOES, SnS, Poe to name a few).i certainly havent fallen on the ground and got into a fetal position;) also, i scream for fun. i dont scream because im scared, just when i get startled from jumping out at me. then theres the times when i get really good scares and i jump a little

forsaken felt shorter, yes, but i believe the other ones were a little longer this year(correct me if im wrong). you cant deny the immaculate amount of detail in every house this year, even the holiday one. they rarely use a holiday theme. theres no zones in the back by jaws/B&T/tents due to the large amounts of crowds coming out of there. i do agree with B&T though, it wasnt good. could you explain why in your opinion the houses were inadequate instead of just complaining?

i dont get why everyone said 2008 was such a great year. i only loved 2 houses(DE and ST3),liked 2 others(Hallow/Doomsday), the SS's were meh, and RoF was.....terrible.

i dont think the house suffers from the lights. its description says to follow the blue lights, so that could be one reason. plus if it was too dark, you wouldnt be able to see the immaculate detail in the house. and the SA's hide very well so there scares arent predictable. i think its a nice touch actualy so you can appreciate the detail. the scenes with the headstones are very dark and you cant see the names very well.

on thurs forsaken hit 60 nevermore hit 90 and IB hit 75. im sure Bloodengutz was above 60 as well. the times posted ^there are from 11 at night. they were probably much longer a few hours before then.

i think to have a crowd eating show like B&T it has to be something many people know, like RHPS was. it would take out just as much as B&T, dying the lines down a little bit. i think it should be in HMU theater since there's no houses around it to make there lines long, its already a horror themed stage so it wouldnt have to be shut down during the day. the only problem i see with putting a show here are the mel/hlyd/CP SZ's being clogged afterwards, though it wouldnt be as bad as if there was a zone by B&T, where 3 houses plus the show let out.

seeing as i only went one night and left 1 1/2 hours early, i guess i can understand it. if i stayed the entire night, i couldve done WN 3 times and everything else 2 times bsides poe ans saws. if i went twice and didnt do thing the next time, id have the same house count as you except for WN. i probably wouldnt have done it 9 times, maybe 5 or 6. also, did you see any shows/have express?

im never going to poe after 7:30 then im assuming most people go to poe after the B&T's rather than saws due to the familiarity of the author? it seems that way, cuz usually its saws with 90 and poe with 45. i got to poe 15 min after it opened and it already had a 2o min line. that hosue fills up quick.
