  1. My favorite legion. Tons of energy and they were getting scares left and right because they blended in so well with the crowed. I also have a favorite. Skinny guy, had a leather jacket on tonight with tight jeans. FIERCE AS HELL. Owned the damn ground he walked on and had such a sassy attitude towards people I literally couldn't get enough of it. The cherry on top was when he winked at me. I'd really like to know who he is because I thought he was just the cutest actor ever. I tried to hunt him down for a picture later in the night but sadly I couldn't find him. I love how he worked his outfit too. He was just so great I could have watched him all night.

  2. This would be #1 for but honestly I felt it relied way to much on timing. I loved the first room with the spirit? on the stairs. The tunnel was cool but if you didn't get it just right you'd miss it. There were just a lot of scares that had longer reset times and unless you went through multiple times you'd miss some of them. That and there were spots that felt a little empty, such as that one hall with the wood on both sides. What was up with that? Was there anything in there in the beginning? No air effects or anything. Just a long hall.

With that said, if you got the scares they were intense and awesome. The sets for were beautiful as well. The effects were also well utilized.

  3. Incredible house. You guys are so awesome. The costumes are so great and the layout of it is also very well thought out. Both times I went through the scares were there. Some amazing effects in here as well but i don't want to spoil them. Wasn't that excited about this house and it ended being number 1 on my list.

  4. I don't know if any of you have actually done special effects make up and such, but a lot of you make it sound like "oh they could just do this and it'd look better". Well, not really. Yeah they're professionals but they also have a ton of actors that have to be ready before the event starts. Makeup is not easy nor is it a quick process. Blending the neck with the mask doesn't just happen in a few seconds. You have to make the color because they don't just have makeup that match masks laying around, then you have to apply which takes a bit of time as well and maybe even multiple layers so it doesn't look bad. Then you have to give it texture so it matches the "skin" on the mask. They don't have time for that. They have a shit load of people who need make up and costumes on. It's just not easily done, and I can see why they'd take the opportunity to use just masks. I'd rather have masks than shitty make up, because I know for a fact that they can't give every actor and awesome make up job. Not to mention the fact that you see most of these actors for just a few moments. It just really isn't that much of a priority.

They could have made masks that have complete neck pieces that extend down under the actors costumes. That would have solved the problem for the most part. I don't know why they didn't do that, to be honest.

  5. With construction blocking the only two paths used to cut across the park easily, how in the world would -you- have set it up. Cause speaking logistically, it was the only way to do it. Its not embarrassing in the least. Just cause you personally don't feel like walking doesn't mean it's a badly executed route.

From the way I read what people were saying it sounded like they were purposely blocking paths. I haven't actually been to the parks since last October, so I have no idea what the construction even looks like. That was my bad. And I personally don't have a problem walking. It just sounded like they were just trying to push the horde idea and limit the walking space so people stayed in their path. Which, if they actually did do that (not because of construction) would be really stupid to me.

  6. This whole "one path" shit is kind of hilarious. Are they really serious about that? Seriously? It's crowded as hell as it is, and the whole having to walk around the whole park to get to things is really annoying. I really hope they get rid of that. The fact they even thought it might work is kind of embarrassing on their side in my opinion.

As for doing houses, I usually do them all by 8 like JW said. I start at the parade building and make my way around the park. It hasn't failed me yet,.

  7. I have strong doubts about the streets. It sounds just like 07 but organized a little better. But the thought of having them everywhere just doesn't seem possible. I feel like it'd be interesting to have them rotating all around the park to specific areas to make them kind of march around a little bit... The lack of props for them to use worries me a bit as well...

I am, however, excited for the houses. I think we've got an awesome lineup this year. Everything seems awesome!

  8. Although I am very curious to see how P&T will be translated into a house, I firmly believe that it can be not only awesome and fun, but scary. Saying that it's a step to far or just not possible is ridiculous, and it makes me question if you've been to HHN before.. lol

  9. I have to agree with Legacy. I feel like they would have given us the teaser site already giving us the theme if there was one. That's how it was for Reflections of Fear, Ripped from the Silver Screen, and Fear... Hell that's how it's basically always been. This year just isn't going in that direction. I'm not saying it couldn't happen, but with everything we've gotten so far it's safe to say that we wont be getting the over arching theme.

  10. Looks like we've got the whole "park scarezone" thing again... I doubt we'll be seeing the flags or anything like that. Just zombies running about. The thing that just doesn't work with this for me is that they're just isn't enough actors at one time for them to have a legit horde of zombies. Maybe they have some type of plan, though... maybe.

  11. I don't think we'll have a problem with copyrights to be honest. We've had the Die-Ins with no problem. If we lose a character, we lose a character. Although it would be neat to see Michonne in the house, they could easily replace her with something else. I do think it's silly, though, that they don't mind Universal having a Walking Dead House but they have an issue with them using the characters...
