  1. That's also what I heard. I heard Halloween night the lines were 60-75 which is slow to us, but long to normal guests. My cousins were there while I was at MNSSHP and they said it was very busy. Then I talked to my friends that go often and they said it was dead. So there's that. Tonight was quite quiet though and it was nice to get a few last runs through some of the houses without waiting long.
  2. But doesn't Express also play a factor? If there's a lot of Express people, they can make the line even longer. However, if there is less than the standby line is going to move faster. It just seems like a variable that can always change so sometimes the line could be less than posted but it could be more if not what is posted.
  3. I haven't been on here in awhile but I could've sworn a few weeks ago there was a post about the ravens in the houses. Did we ever determine if there's one in every house?
  4. And it's all over...final house count for HHN23. Cabin in the Woods: 17 Resident Evil: 20 American Werewolf in London: 17 Evil Dead: 26 Walking Dead: 23 La Llorona: 28 Afterlife: 20 Havoc: 18 Bill & Ted: 30 Rocky Horror: 1 Nights: 28
  5. They probably should've had two projectors, one on the back wall and one for where it is now. So at least you'd be able to see the whole video if you were in the back switchbacks.
  6. They didn't discount most of the merchandise last year, which I think might be because it was so popular or because it was IP-related. Hoping to get some stuff discounted this year though. They usually sell the leftovers to employees for cheap.
  7. Went in last night. Got in line around 11:40, posted at 50, probably took about 40. We were in around 12:20 and the house had less than 10 scareactors in it. Kinda stunk since it was my friend's last time going into Cabin for the year. Felt bad for the people behind us that waited that long for an empty house.
  8. There's some Wifi channels you can connect to. That's how I've been keeping up. It took me a few weeks, but I finally got the wait times to work and load. They're only updated every 30 minutes so they aren't always accurate, depending on when you check them.
  9. Rocky for 2am close - 7:45, 8:45, 9:45, 10:45, 12:00, and 1:00.
  10. Very true statement. Wanted to go to it shortly around 11:40 on Wednesday and it was posted at a 60 and all the switchbacks behind the SS were filled. Needless to say, we went to Kidzone where TWD was 55 and LL was 5, so we finished with LL.
  11. For the Finnegan's S&S, it's AWiL. For Kidzone, it's TWD. I heard rumor of a Hollywood S&S as well (but it's small apparently?) and they would get to go to the front/Cabin first. For a bit, Finnegan's was releasing to Resident Evil but they ended up changing it and now Resident opens at 6:30.
  12. For 2am closings, B&T is at 7:15, 8:15, 9:15, 10:15, 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30. For Rocky, it's 7:45, 8:45, 9:45, 10:45, 12:00, and 1:00.
  13. My boyfriend expressed interest in doing one of the tours for his birthday, so I secretly booked it. Will be doing the afternoon tour on November 2nd. Super excited, but sad that it'll be the last day of HHN...
  14. No bobblehead, just the vinyl. I guess someone else just assumed it was a bobblehead. I picked up two yesterday afternoon at the Production Central Kiosk by Rockit.
  15. Cabin in the Woods: 11 Resident Evil: 13 American Werewolf in London: 12 Evil Dead: 14 Walking Dead: 16 La Llorona: 17 Afterlife: 13 Havoc: 11 Bill & Ted: 14 Rocky Horror: 1 Nights: 14
  16. Yeah, the wait time thing is unstable. I've tried two nights and it says I'm not at Universal. My boyfriend and I ended up finding all the ravens in the houses. Was fun to do.
  17. Got lucky and on the final night, we got to see the cast change. I definitely wish we could've seen it sooner. Made the house loads better.
  18. Last show was lots of fun! I think I liked last year's last show better, but this one was still really good. A nice way to close the event.
  19. Fun night! A thank you to my grey child friend in Silent Hill that abducted me from the 'conga line' and took me away... Also, another thank you to my Phantom of the Opera friend in House of Horrors for also abducting me. We had a great time with the Traditionals. Had some interactions with Rosie's "twin", Chloe, and Zachary as well. Twas a good time. Props to the traditional that made me empty my entire purse to show that I did not have any candy... It's been fun this year! Can't wait for next year.
  20. I was so excited to hear that the stuff had been marked down and was totally ready to buy a lot. Unfortunately, not much to pick from. I ended up getting an AC shirt though. Guess I understand now why they didn't mark the prices down earlier...
  21. My final count: Welcome to Silent Hill: 32 Gothic: 33 Dead End: 32 Walking Dead: Dead Inside: 27 House of Horrors: 35 Alice Cooper: Welcome to My Nightmare: 32 Penn & Teller: Newkd Las Vegas: 33 Bill & Ted's: 34 20 Penny Circus: 3 Nights: 26
  22. I like the article cause it mentions me and my house runs, lol. The article is a fun read though.
  23. So sad that the end is already here. Feels like preview just happened and now here we are, at the end. Tomorrow will be fun - doing all the houses one last time, then lining up for that last Bill and Ted. It would be lovely to get extended, but I severely doubt it unless there is some crazy crowds (again, doubtful).
  24. I'm anxiously checking the price tags every night. They're definitely taking their sweet time this year since there's a lot more people coming to the event.
