  1. It's certainly quite interesting that he has 186K points but no badge for 100 wins of the Baccanoid game. That seems...highly unlikely. Perhaps he figured out a trick to cheese the Cerebin game? That would have the highest points over time yield if you could solve it every time.
  2. So where's the badge for losing the Cerebin game 100 times?
  3. What's the password?! Serious question: We have yet to see exactly what the new HHN app will contain, but I was wondering if they had considered the possibility of using a mobile phone app for a Legendary Truth style game in the future? A game app created prior to the event would increase automation (less people needed to run the game) and presents the opportunity to make it a source of income similar to the VIP Lounge (via charging for the app). EDIT: Oh, also I guess, "Is there going to be a VIP Lounge this year?" Would be nice to know for sure.
  4. Did anyone else have the House return to a much earlier state after completing the two latest games?
  5. It's in the audio clip. An aircraft has issued a distress call and Air Traffic Control responds by telling them to either land at the Norwegian Research Base or return to the airfield. The pilot unfortunately decides to land at the Research Base...
  6. Also, the House is far from complete. Several sections are still missing. The real question is, will we somehow be able to get the other half-tokens all at once within the next week, prior to the big reveal? Or is this something to keep us occupied throughout September?
  7. Is there anything specific to indicate that the house takes place then? I know the ship is from that time period, but I always figured it would be a "ghost ship" scenario, where it shows up again some time later with a dead crew...
  8. No, there's more cards. Just not many. Am I the only one thinking that there's too much left for a single update? Lots of sections of the House look far from complete. I'm betting that we'll need to collect the other halves of the tokens to finish it.
  9. Someone more knowledgeable than me can check the code to see how it actually works, but I believe you simply have a chance on each cut that your sword will break. So it doesn't really matter what order you pick ropes in, as long as you're lucky enough to avoid 2 bad rolls of the die. And can keep the stupid cannon from exploding, of course.
  10. Okay, as long as it's the same for everyone, then the standings wouldn't change even if it was fixed. I get to keep my impressive 87th place. Woo! EDIT: Aaron, with 180 tokens, the leaderboard will only show you as having 150. Since the bottom 6 entries are 150, it's probable that it's not showing everyone with 150. In other words, you might be #107 or something.
  11. Just out of curiosity, am I the only one whose entry on the leaderboard is 30 tokens below what my actual total tokens are? It's been like that since the start for me, no matter how many tokens I earned.
  12. That's more like it. They also appear to have made The Machine more difficult to complete. I think you have 1 or 2 less mistakes you can make before running out of water. I'm sure the Lady will be pleased with our newly-reduced chances of winning...
  13. I'm still not sure why they didn't just have it remove 30 tokens at the start of the minigame, and then award 60 if you win. That would've prevented the refresh exploit from the get-go. Not that I have anything against people who've exploited the refresh bug, mind you (I'm guilty of doing it, too). It just would've made things based more on chance and the leaderboard would more accurately reflect the 'lucky' ones. EDIT: Or just the ones who play The Machine a lot, because man it's easy to win.
  14. Gerry's been posting pretty extensively for a long time on the Facebook page...
  15. We also learned that LT is currently in possession of the Lantern, which is...troubling. I thought about asking whether anyone had attempted to combine the Lantern and the Portametus, but I was afraid one of them might actually go and do it and then we'd be in an even worse situation...
  16. If you haven't seen it yet, Universal's HHN site is starting to change...
  17. Haha, the lines are being drawn already! This year is going to be very...interesting.
  18. To go a little further with Jimmy's theory, if LT was eliminating Mary to aid in Adaru's summoning, and Thorncastle was (openly or privately) against the summoning...it would explain his apparent nervousness when speaking to the Collective back in '08.
  19. In no particular order: Jack Torture Truck People Under the Stairs Eddie Midway of the Bizarre (x2) Screamhouse: Resurrection Caretaker Festival of the Dead
  20. Just out of curiousity, did anyone check the code on the LT.com site after the hijack? They know from last investigation that certain members of the community like to delve into it to discover passwords and such, and I'm wondering if maybe Ryan/Goth/whoever hacked it left messages in the code? EDIT: Excellent (and very convenient!) idea, Dr. Jimmy!
  21. Man, I go out to see a movie and while I'm gone all Hell breaks loose! Possibly literally! Can anyone explain to me how it was determined that Ryan Richards was the unnamed LT Cell Director? I'm digging through all the Facebook posts that were made while I was gone, but I haven't found it yet.
  22. Yes, I know that's you, that's why I'm trying to tell you here where the Torture Truck photo goes since I can't post to Facebook right now. EDIT: Also, People Under the Stairs is definitely in the wrong place, or at least rotated wrong, since the outside line doesn't match up.
  23. Blargh, why does Facebook want my credit card number or a mobile phone number in order for me to post a comment? Anyways, Rob, I was trying to post to tell you that the Torture Truck photo goes on top of the new photo of the girl with a rat in the image you posted. It contains a portion of the fifth symbol.
