  1. Yes. 8 and 6 seem to be the numbers. Only other thing we may have gotten is some kind of "Arts & Crafts" house!?
  2. If anyone wants to start posting music information from Halloween Horror Night's 19, get it done! That way we can start creating the HHN 19 list.
  3. This is where we can discuss any updates and changes for the Halloween Horror Nights XX website.
  4. (Merged the two survey threads) I'm cool with it regardless of crowds. If I can just get in 1 or 2 houses that would be ok with me, the rest of the night I could just relax and chill, and of course have some drinks. This would also mean more picture taking time.
  5. If they go this route I hope it don't interfere with any Scare Zone they decide to have in the Hollywood area. With the main entrance not far away, a Scare Zone, and the B&T show crowds.. that will be one busy area. It isn't congested as the Amity area though, so it may be better. You'll probably lack any decent pyro in the T2 theater though, but maybe the screens and some 3D effects if they can, will make up for it!
  6. All done within Adobe Photoshop. The pictures were found on the internet, then I just played with colors, b&w, brightness & contrast, etc. Added some effects and brushes, then the fonts.
  7. Here are some of my latest creations. The Mini-Posters! Halloween Horror Night's XX "Shadows From The Past" Teaser Horror Night Nightmare's Bloody Mary "Wanna Have Nightmares?" Horror Night Nightmare's Bloody Mary "Nightmares.. Nightmares.. Nightmares.." Horror Night Nightmare's Bloody Mary "I Dare You To Say It One More Time!" Horror Night Nightmare's Big Sister "I Wanna Play!" Horror Night Nightmare's Kids "1.. 2.. Nightmares Coming For You!"
  8. Yes. To truly celebrate a 20th Anniversary of HHN we need to go back further than Jack and HHN X! Not many people seem to be thinking like that, including myself due to the fact we've only been going since 2002. I personally would like to see more history of Halloween Horror Nights, with some stuff from Fright Nights through HHN IX though. Does anyone think they will have any Houses and Scare Zone's from anything earlier than 2000? It's not looking to good right now.
  9. I just want to touch up on all the "rumors" going around in the past weeks. This whole "Reunion" thing, or wait.. is it an "Anniversary"? Ok.. Reunion vs. Anniversary. Let's speculate on this a bit! Bloody Mary, Freddy, Jason and Leatherface are rumored not to be part of HHN 20 due to copyright, contracts, etc. Some people seem to be upset by this because it can't be a Reunion without them? Wait.. again, is it a Anniversary or a Reunion. Anniversary.. ok. Just because it's an Anniversary year does not mean we need to see every ICON/Mascot/Host involved with the event in the past be at HHN 20. In life I have Anniversary's come and go, but I don't have a Family Reunion to go along with it! Sure anything can happen at any point in time to have Bloody Mary and the BIG 3 be at HHN XX, but would it matter that much? The BIG 3 were just part of that year's event, not ICON's and not Mascot's! Bloody Mary was just basically for marketing and a house, which was one of the worst at an HHN event for a ICON.. whom you rarely ever saw in the park besides signage and ROF. Maybe I'd like to see Friday the 13th and NOES houses based off the new movies, but would you want them to waste two houses on these non-UNI characters, not to mention the money? Same goes for Bloody Mary. Save the cash, and put it towards UNI's own creations and more Scare Actors. Wait.. it is an Anniversary, right? That's it for now!
  10. We have it on good word that the dates in the first post, but including Halloween Night WILL BE the official dates for HHN XX. Here are the dates; Sep 24 (Friday), 25 (Saturday) - Opening Weekend Sep 30 (Thursday) Oct 1 (Friday), 2 (Saturday), 3 (Sunday) Oct 7 (Thursday), 8 (Friday), 9 (Saturday), 10 (Sunday) Oct 14 (Thursday), 15 (Friday), 16 (Saturday), 17 (Sunday) Oct 20 (Wednesday), 21 (Thursday), 22 (Friday), 23 (Saturday), 24 (Sunday) - Hell Week? Oct 27 (Wednesday), 28 (Thursday), 29 (Friday), 30 (Saturday), 31 (Sunday) 24 Nights Total!
  11. I really hope they have them again this year. I'd like to see them expand it again with the "Museum" of sorts, which could have a lot of things from all the previous years for us to check out. Maybe even bring back the 3 hour tour which included the discussion with the A&D team.
  12. Sounds good, I'd love to see the older footage! I can do Hi8/Digital 8 tapes as well, as I have access to an older Sony Handycam if anyone has any of those, so I'll add to my accepted list. - MiniDV Tapes (up to 720x480) - Hi8/Digital8 Tapes - DVD+R or DVD+R/DL (SD, DVD, HD, as long as it's unedited) - USB Stick (Same as above)
  13. I'm looking for Halloween Horror Night's video footage, it can be from any years past. The only requirement I have is it must be original unedited video. I'll accept MiniDV (AVI) and AVCHD. Please put all your footage on DVD+R or DVD+R/DL discs, for Mini-DVD I'll accept footage on tape as well. So if anyone is interested in sharing there footage with the Horror Night Nightmare's community, feel free to contact me. I have some things planned for any video footage I get, and the footage I use will be credited to each person who shot it as well.
  14. Maybe they will only charge $25 on top of the FFP for he FFP Express, who knows? The price packages they gave you on the Survey seemed to be random/or based on the prices you put in for how much things should cost. I noticed this cause, Jenn and I got two separate package price lists on all the options.
  15. Ugh! Jeramy just spoiled the day! Although I agree that between the regular express, unlimited express, and the FFP express that it will make the express lines longer. However last year was so busy, even on FFP nights. We only got to do some houses once because we refuse to wait any longer than 30 minutes. Most trips through were done when it was still light outside, thus not getting the full effect since your eyes are rarely adjusted. To us adding the express to the FFP would help if HHN continues the trend of getting busier and busier on FFP nights. This will assure us of at least making it through the houses twice each night most of the time without trying to rush before the lines get long. We can even relax and enjoy some HHN drinks knowing we can still make it in some houses.
  16. The 2010 Survey's are starting to roll out to an email near you. Didn't get the email? Here is the direct link. If you are not signed up for Universal's Survey's. just fill out the quick information (name, email, etc) and then choose the Halloween Horror Nights Ticket Development Survey. http://www.visitorsatisfaction.com/surveypanel/default.aspx -- Alright, so I just took the survey. I do like the FFP Express Pass they are thinking about, which is basically an FFP with an Express Pass for each FFP night included. You can use the EP 1 time per house, per night which is pretty awesome. The rest of the ticket "packages" seemed to be geared towards one or two night visitors, which I really had no interest in since all I want is my FFP. Give me an Unlimited Night FFP w/ Express Pass! I'd hate to see how much it would cost though, but how many of you would buy one? I'd like to hear others thoughts on the survey.
  17. She works at Universal Studios, yes. Not really a mole however, she is just stating rumors and other ideas that are floating around out there, and at the park itself. As everything we have right now is rumor and speculation.
  18. As Chip said, it does seem to include most FL Halloween Events, thus making it nothing official from Universal. I'd like to see more information on it though, even a cover and back cover.
  19. I really doubt it will be open the entire month of October. Just think of the costs it will be to operate the event for 38 nights, if it runs from September 24 through October 31st. Not to mention the staff and actors it would require to pull it off, because I don't think to many people would like to work for 38 nights straight, specially in those Houses in the "Hot" Queues (JAWS and Disaster).
  20. Thanks, and glad you enjoy the site! :)

  21. Just like Eddie, she wasn't added because she was never "officially" an ICON, although in most of our eyes she should of been!
  22. Well, seeing as they wouldn't let you record the show, your not going to get anything that great. If it's not on any of the video sites like YouTube, etc, your chances are pretty slim. You have to remember this show crosses the line between copyright and parody, that's why the no video recording started in 2007.
  23. If you haven't voted, or your one that wants them all or none at all (a new ICON), I've added two new options for you.
  24. I haven't seen any decent footage of the 2008 show from Orlando, however YouTube has the Hollywood version which is similar.
