atigeg Posted October 25, 2010 Share Posted October 25, 2010 I always see people smoking in line. A guy in front of me smoked for a good 30 minutes while in line. I'm one of those people that smoke really affects so I was coughing the rest of the night. Its frustrating. Why tolerate it for 30 minutes if it bothers you physically? Why not ask him to stop? Point out that it's forbidden (it says it right on the map) if he questions you, and get an ops person if he's a real jerk about it. I had to ask several people to stop smoking around me in lines last night, and thankfully all of them were polite about it. It makes no sense to suffer in silence. SpookHouse66 Posted January 3, 2011 Share Posted January 3, 2011 Being a smoker I can see smoking in Line ups, but if you are in the middle of a walk way or near any entrances, that's just common sense. But also from my stand point, if someone in line asks you to stop smoking, what do you do? The polite thing, and just butt it out.
