I'm going to opening night with my mom. She hasn't been since Sweet 16, so I got her a ticket.. and I highly doubt she's up for this. Maybe I will stop in and say hi. Or if you see a super tall guy in a vault shirt screaming like a little girl, come and say hi, cause that's me.. haha.

I have seen some pics that may indicate a possible "burning at the stake" in the Coven.

Some scenery has gone up for The Coven. There are dead trees, dome things covered up by tarps, and the big wooden sign post things (how very intelligent of me). I haven't seen anything else knew yet.

Anyone plan on heading out to the park tomorrow? Tonight they should really turn up the street construction and maybe even the entrance

Can't wait till RTU is over so we can see some more substantial street construction. Btw, I've seen the float backstage.. its pretty big.

I'm a fucking trainwreck right now, but life goes on. Just have to keep on pushing and hope everything works out in the end. What doesn't kill us only makes us stronger.
I'm really sorry to hear that. But you have a huge support group here, and we are always here to cheer ya up. =)

I was thoroughly enjoying my chicken sandwhich when I heard a "crunch" and I was like.. wtf? I went to the bathroom and a quarter of my bottom back tooth was missing.. and I brush regularly and all that jazz, so I have no idea what the hell happened... O___o
On a side note, Universal Employee's get into the event free, correct? I've heard mixed statements here and there, and want to make sure I don't show up on opening night without a ticket and them not let me in.. that would seriously blow.

Im so excited! my two best friends and me are going opening night (with parents of course) and its our FIRST TIME!!!!! the three of us should make good targets for scare actors because were only 13 year olds and like 5ft 2 or 5ft 4. we went to howl o scream the other years but this year we are stepping up a level and saying good bye to howl o scream and saying hello to hhn!

I honestly think I may be onto something. I imagine seeing the icons onstage, their expressions grave. The lantern flares up brightly, smoke, light, sound, pyro, lasers, small furry animals flying about and so forth happens and then BANG the icons are gone and FEAR stands in their place. I can totally see that.
Small fury animals? When did we start doing animal sacrifices? Its much more humane to sacrifice small children.. right?

Little fun fact I thought you'd all like to know but I realized recently that Havoc: Dogs of War comes from a Shakspeare quote that says "Cry 'Havoc!' and let slip the dogs of war". Just a little fun fact. Don't know if anyone has said this though.
Yep! A little while back a poster on here (not sure of who it was) posted clues to each house. This line was the clue for that house.
Also, this is just speculation and all.. but the stage set up across from Mel's.. its obviously being used for RTU. But it couldn't be changed after RTU is over, and be for a stage show.. ya know.. "Fear Revealed". Are we sure it's a scarezone? After all, in 2006 isn't this where The Arrival show was? And Hollywood Blvd held Horror Comes Home that year, much like this year's "20 Years of Fear" zone. So, don't shoot me.. Im just speculating, but we I know when I saw "Fear Revealed" on the website, I immediately thought that it was a show, of course, until I came over here and saw that you guys were saying that it was a scarezone. I just don't feel like a sz would be the best to "reveal" fear. We have been wanting another Arrival type show, and afterall, A&D does read this site. Maybe our wish has come true? Maybe im just being dumb, and over-speculating. Oh well.

I took those same pictures today before work. You guys beat me to the posting! In other news, the facade for Zombiegeddon is looking great!
Also, I found it really funny that the regular park guests were taking pictures of the props for HHN. "What's this for? It's really cool!" And the one little kid that said "Look mommy! They added MORE!"

Yes!!!! I'm on my android phone right now and I just discovered that I can change the skin of this board to a mobile version! I can finally read this site without having to zoom in and scroll back and forth
