Overall, I love the site and absolutely loved the build up to the reveal this year.
I'm really interested to see how they are going to pull off the "ghost" houses. Some of the scarezones look kinda "meh" though in my opinion. Hopefully strolling through them on opening night will change my mind :-)

I will be flying solo too but it will be on Oct 1st. My fiance has this thing with chainsaws so....yeah, I will be flying solo that night.
I will be doing stay and scream with my AP so anyone else in my same boat, shoot me a PM and maybe we can hit a few houses together.

And so it would appear that the final unveiling is nigh upon us. In the preceeding days, let me re-state my words one final time:
As FDR said in his First Inaugural Address: " . . . let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is Fear itself—nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror."
Are there any amongst us who are familiar with the works of the great Bard? I, for one, have always been fond of Julius Caesar. Specifically, Act 3, Scene I, Line 273.
This Plague of ever-mutating speculation makes one yearn for the deathly quiet of a crypt or Catacombs.
A haunted mansion? Sounds like the sort of thing that some might enjoy investigating. Truthfully, effective ghost-themed haunts are decidedly difficult to achieve. Done correctly, though, the results could be positively Legendary.
One may be encouraged to learn that they may have one final opportunity to fly over the cuckoo's nest.
Many have wondered about poor Cindy's fate. She may have been spending time with Miss Hannigan, but all will become clearer as the day unfolds.
Texas may have a peculiar penchant for chainsaws, and the various Meatz may look tasty. However, those dining at the feast of Doomsday may already be dead themselves. Pardon that improperly placed zed.
It may be a labour of Hercules, but one should never turn around to look for Eurydice.
While many have walked the hallowed halls of horror through the years, this year's 20th Anniversary event to unveil the Best Universal has to offer.

At first glance, I definitely thought the camera pic was of TJ.
The close-up pic a few pages back though changed my mind. You can clearly see that this person has a goatee, and TJ would never grow such a quaff on his babyface.
It does resemble the guy in the chair from the video posted above by hauntg though

I just had an idea. That first room in Disaster says "Waivers and Gift Shop"
The waiver part started me thinking. what if this is like a play off the persistent rumor of an extreme house?
Good idea, that would be a nice throwback to the hardcore fanbase

Maybe A&D have created something so evil this year that they cannot control it. Maybe it's already out of control and the A&D PR team are doing their best to not let anyone catch wind of the hell that is about to break loose.

Jaws queue house looks pretty interesting.
I'm not sure if it will involve Cindy or not, but from the looks of it, it definitely looks like some sort of orphanage (no relation to the movie) or children's home/hospital. Definitely some sort of home for unwanted, forgotten or sick children.
This may or may not have been speculated before, but I had some ideas on the possible backstory of this house. I think the backstory will go something like this:
Many years ago, there was an old orphanage that tragically burned to the ground, killing everyone inside. Since then, strage accounts of paranormal activity have been reported at the location which has caught the attention of The Legendary Truth. Enough reports have been made to warrant an investigation and it is our job (as guests, CFO's, CRO's, etc) to investigate the abandoned, charred remains of the former structure.
I'm picturing the first few scenes will be present-day. For example, when we first walk into the house, we will witness burned and scarred structures, and pretty much anything you would likely see in an old, burnt, abandoned building. Then as we progress further into the house, the paranormal essence that still lingers there will begin to manifest itself and we will tour the rest of the complex the way it looked before the fire, with spirits of the deceased filling the rooms (most likely with some sort of transition effect). This would be similar to the way they did the Bloody Mary house (start in present time and then go back in time) but hopefully without having to navigate a giant black inflatable Vag-Wall. This would also explain why there is burnt wood in some rooms and not in others.
If this is indeed an orphanage, the children could still be desperately seeking foster parents, even in death.
Just a few thoughts. This idea also plays on the speculation that someone had a few pages back about the entire event being about Legendary Truth Investigations that we as guests get to take part in (an idea that I really really like).

Especially with the new rumor in the spec thread about there being a "clown" role cast in the location. Maybe the clown will be Jack, and we can watch E saw him in half with a chainsaw :-)

Congrats to everyone that has been cast thus far! I am getting married October 10th and am going to Horror Nights for my bachelor party opening weekend. Not very traditional I know, but definitely right up my alley.

At first glance, I almost thought this was the same van from Psychoscareapy: Home for the Holidays, but after looking back at the pics, that was a 15 passenger van and this new one is a Conversion Van.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the pictures so far. Also, it's nice seeing so many familiar faces here, feels like home already.

Headin to the parks on Sunday with my nice camera to get some "recon"
Don't worry, it will be from public areas only. Hopefully there will be a little bit of street action to report on (I know the streets dont really start rockin until after RTU).
