Yesss reading this thread has me pumped!!! I knew they were going to use water... how could they not.. and they are going to have snow in Winter's Night. Whats the point of giving "seasonal weather" to your houses if your not going to try to amaze guests with the actual thing. Uni tries to get bigger and better each year so I wont be surpised to see water in a few houses.
I was even thinking they could even have a shallow pool with a bridge to lead us to the ship

I'm getting vibes that the Disaster house is a cabin of sorts, what with the moldings resembling deer and the wicker furniture. :/

All this spanish talk is making me think of the film [rec] and if they recreated that apartment with the vintage spanish opera music and possessed sprinting people everywhere it would be crazyyy.
They could utilize the rosarys hanging from doors in hallways that can swing open and have the scareactors running out and scaring the crap out of you.
But since its a foreign film and not extremely popular in the US I guess it wouldn't work?..

Now i'm hoping they try to do an Atlantic City boardwalk "haunted hotel" type house.

I love ideas that start simple but can be expanded in miraculous ways like what is occurring this year(similar to HHN18's doctors office). Last year I felt the lantern seemed too deep and complex from the start.
Also, on the flash intro, just pointing out how the Queen of Spades is smirking and holding a dagger so I could definitely see her being personified.
Another idea that just popped in my head is if they had two woman icons named Fate and Luck, they could be creepy twins or sisters spreading dismay together.
