Well just as the reviewer expressed an opinion, I believe others are entitled to thier opinions too. Hence creating a discussion. A good debate is always healthy, the cleaned thread now shows more of a debate.
And Kim you are correct, I remember this person fromthe vault too.

I don't think I can agree with a statement more that that last paragraph JW. But it all cones down to, why do people like that waste their money? When a-holes come through my room doing thier a-hole things, I don't scare them or anyone in thier party, so thier whole party wasted money, stupidity!
And since this is the ran thread, can I express my hatred for iPhone spellcheck? For making me edit my posts three to four times because they replace wrong words, guess I just use off-the-wall words here

Last Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
I was actually trying to pin down the times because even though we are inside, the daylight deems DE room useless because either they can't see us or it's so bright the strobes do nothing to hide us.
-
Since HHN 14 there were many rooms that were far more creative. I could list a ton from memory, and if you want I will, but the chosen rooms were not scary, were not even actual houses (Treaks and Foons, really?), were not scary (Treaks, Dead Exposure), etc. It's sad that the warehouse section was far more scary. The tunnel was a waste. In the Scary Tales room the strobes and concentration on Alice made the other actor(s) barely visible.
Ok, I disagree but you are absolutely entitled to your opinion, thanks for your review.

On your Hallow'd Past section. Did you want houses that were the most creative or scary? I mean there were some creative houses that werent scary, if we used those then we would hear about how things werent scary, but when we use scary we hear about how its not creative? I mean i think all the houses were well done, i think all the hard work that goes into design and then actual building all the way to the actual operation (ops and scareactors) really could be a little more appreciated, i mean dont get me wrong i love to read reviews, so thank you.

This is an awesome house. You guys do awesome with what you have (in relation to needing more booholes and no ac). I have been through so many times after I sign out on peak nights and I love it! Awesome!

There are going to be many people (around ages 18-20 from what I hear) that are from correctional facilities in Miami at HHN on Friday.
I smell a lot of call ins, not me, but I see a lot coming those two days
-
well it shouldn't bother you because technically both are correct. And the way I was using it is correct.
Affect - is to alter feelings or emotions. I was referring to the feeling of fear in my house.
Nevermind, read it wrong
-
^^not sure if it was spellcheck or by your own accident but I think you meant "effect" as opposed to "affect". Sorry it just bothers me haha.
And Luita it sounds like you did hit Hallowd past on a cast change, sorry about that.
Awesome review though I live to read these.

Every time I went through, he wasn't it in there..
I REALLY wish they put a roof on the DE scene.. I was so excited for that part.
What times did y'all cone through the DE room??
-
^^agreed, I'm not sure what happened with you but the crowds are DEFINITELY there, ive noticed that and were not even near hell week yet
-
gatoralex - I think it was you who had the staredown with me in Hallow'd Past DE room and then said "nice shirt" to my HNN shirt
That was, i actually remember that, because i laughed, im horrible at staredowns its a good thing you couldnt see me laughing so thataway it looked like a serious staredown on the outside.

You're still awesome! That was you?! Should have said something
Ha yea it was, and i should have........and honestly i knew andrew, chris, red skull with me, and i recognized yall
But ill definitely have somehting for next time yall come through.
-
Hallow'd- Shoutouts to SHOE, Body Collectors scene, Chris and gatoralex.
Haha sorry im not as entertaining as Chris, ill come up with clever things as the event goes on. But i dont know if you realized it but i was with yall later on, three of us were going to zombiegeddon and we saw Chris and yall so we joined up.

Please JW don't let a few incompetent TM's ruin your whole event. It sound like you encountered some horrible people mixed with you just having a very bad luck day. I will tell you what you want to hear, it is the truth too, and that in all those situations you were justifiable in your actions. I like to kill myself every night acting for the hardcore fans like all of us on here, don't stop going!!

.
I wonder what do the Actors think about this?
I wonder if it bothers the actors when people have those, or do they like people having them?
I hate them too, I sometimes won't even try to scare them because theyre so bright. No matter how scared they looked I rarely scare a blinking cup person.

Opening night we did this...
Orfanage -> Zged -> Hades -> Psychoscarepy -> Legendary Truth -> Hallow'd Past -> Catacombs -> Havoc
Got in at 6, finished by 9:30. Even lets you go through all of the scarezones. Afterwards you'll have a couple of hours to do shows if you desire or hit houses again. Why on earth would you hit SS houses first, or hit Havoc before doing Hallow'd/Catacombs?
Idk that's just what my family and I do every year and were done about 8 every year. Also scream early always escorts you to a SS house so we just always start with them. Which we always do scream early or stay and scream.
-
Thanks, this is a good plan as well. What do you think about hitting up Hallowed past first then backtracking through the coven scarezone to legendary truth then doing the rest?
Not suggested, SS houses build up quick and Hallow'd past takes a little longer to build a line. I always say LT, Hades, PS, then hallowd, we finished all houses by 8 on a Saturday.

Hope this isn't too late but you definitely need the credit card to access the tickets (at least that is what my email says) and the kiosks are located in front of USF or IOA.
You are correct, you need the credit card and the confirmation number, can't forget that either

Just had a couple quick questions before i go to the event this friday.
One- This is my second year going. Last year i didn't really get scared so i was wondering if i wore a HOS shirt or last years HHN shirt if i would get 'targeted' more for scares?
Second- I just turned 21 this year and was wondering about prices and stuff for shots and drinks. How much do the shots usually go for? Or drinks? and do i get a wristband or show my id each time? and are the shots really worth it because i spent $10 on a shot at HOS and it was not good.
The things I look for most are Nightmares shirts or Vault shirts, I suggest one of those, you might get a few "extra" scares too

everyday....
haha i have never seen so much confusion as i have seen with these two zones
-
This is an awesome idea i wish they would have, JW if you make one i would buy it!!! At least a ZAP one def, i love zombies!
-
Yea i never posted about this zone............just wanted to let you know, in every year that i have gone to HHN, this is my favorite SZ of all time. We are all entitled to our own opinions, and that is mine by far. And it is every single character in this zone the interaction, the makeup, the sets, and of course fear himself. However i do have to say that Cindy is the one i was looking forward to seeing the most in this zone, i got pictures with all, but she was top on the list. The Cindy i encountered was amazing, her creepiness is off the wall, loved it. So if shes on here, thanks for the conversation you gave my family, they were very creeped out, and finally understood the storyline and description of Cindy that i was giving them. And if shes not on here then Kim, can you please tell her shes doing an amazing job, didnt get to interact with the other cast Cindy but im sure shes fantastic too.
This is the one i interacted with in the photobucket album below

you say that now until you get decked in the face and you NEED one of them.
also, they usually tend to be attraction attendants/leads.
edited to add: I'd talk to your ASM/SM about any problems you may have, including ops. I had to in Cleaver last year and it was fixed pretty fast.
Haha its funny you say that because i was punched this past Friday and what do you know, no ops person near.......i went to the exit and handled it w/o ops and i know some in our house have gotten hit and ops just looked surprised that they had to do something, and the SA handled it.
And our ASM hears about it, and she talks to them but you know how it goes.
EDIT: I was not always the anti-ops person i am. I used to say oh yea theyll be great, but i have heard nothing but bad and now ive experienced bad and i kinda converted.
