I think it definitely would be a tough effect to pull off. I expect it to be like the store in WD last year. Maybe inside and feel like it is raining blood outside the window. Perhaps even a backlight outside to simulate the cabin burning to be able to definitely tell it is raining blood without it actually raining blood.

I know many think quite highly of me, but I am hardly perfect.
Sometimes Dr. Jimmy makes mistakes. Sometimes I make a BIG mistake.
I have reported here earlier about my many encounters with the wonderful fox-masked girl, to be specific the one with the dark brown or black hair. From other's encounters with her, I have learned she is using a character name of "Rosie".
I had not seen her for a few days since she last stormed off when I had failed to notice her watching me eat at the Monster's Cafe.
Last night about 1:30 AM or so I was heading down Hollywood Blvd with BSquare near Mel's when I was confronted by the Fox Girl standing in the dark with the same crossed arms pose that I had seen before.
I asked her "Are you still mad at me?" She nodded.
I offered her a piece of candy in atonement "I'm sorry Rosie, would you like some candy?" She recoiled and just glared at me.
Slowly she reached up and pulled her pig-tails out of the shadows into the light.... they were light brown with blonde highlights!!!!
I gasped and sputtered to Bruce, "oh my God the wrong hair color that's the other Fox Gi-"
Before I could get the rest of the sentence out she exploded:
HOW RUDE!!!!!!!
I think I may be doomed.
I think there is more confusion. I can tell you that the one with the black pig tails IS IN FACT ROSIE. I believe you are having great interactions with both. But Rosie is the one with the black pigtails.

Seriously, thank you to traditionals and vampires, everytime im out of work, always amazing. Especially the fox girl traditional with black pigtails, even back to EP I remember you being crazy and amazing, always talking about random thing about mom and such, other traditionals should take notes from your craziness whoever you are! I still see you with the same energy from EP, so thank you!

I feel as though A&D created Nightingales as the next "Psychoscarepy" franchise and came out with HR Bloodngutz, maybe just my opinion, but i feel as though HR will return before Nightingales, if the fans have thier way but hey, who am i?

I was beyond excited, I definitely wouldnt have cared if my ASM/SM was behind you, that was too much fun! And i do have long legs haha, tell uncle Fred "sorry for sitting on him" somehow i think he'll forgive me

I was one of the last few through the house, and if you can't tell, I miss it dearly. H.R both casts, you guys were great! Every room was killing it. Gatoralex, I enjoyed your different takes on scaring guests. Every time I went though the house you got me really good. Ho Ho Homicide room was going crazy. Really the most memorable part of the house next to re-election. This house is easily high on my all time list and officially my favorite Disaster queue house. Also, early Halloween night, what was the reason why the house went down for technical difficulties?
I appreciate you, I miss it so much already! When is next year?! It should get here quicker!!

Aw thank you, i always love to hear my scares are working, im trying to be a little more creative and give the people who come back different scares, ive got a repertoire of about 3 or 4 now, so come back through!!

Thought this house was great! Kudos especially to Abe who scared my wife while George acted as his wingman and came at me with the hatchet. Gotta love the dead presidents!
My only complaint: There was a shift change that walked right alongside the line while we were waiting in the queue and we got an unexpected (and unwanted) preview of the characters in the house. It did detract from the experience a bit. I wish they would change out the scareactors out of sight of those waiting in line. I think it's especially important in this house because a big part of the "charm" is the costuming for the different holidays.
There is no other way for us to take. Trust me, i would love to walk by and not have to hear the stupid guest comments. I wish there were.
And yes the button in the Presidents room to confirm with Tman, does absolutely nothing, our effect in the room is completely on a timer that is spread way too far out, hopefully you catch it when you come through.

Can i just say that the antici-pation(sorry had to) from when we see construction taking its final shapes and up to EP is fricking horrible! It seems like from about Saturday to tomorrow is torture! But this construction is amazing, i definitely havent been this excited since 08

Sorry if i offended, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, i never said they weren't. I said in the post i was sorry if i offended, just as you guys wanted your entitlement to your opinion, so did i. Hush says it perfect, just don't look up, that's all i wanted to say, it came out a little more technically. I don't think i need to chill out, i wasn't even freaking out, i was just typing a thought, but whatever. I'm done, its moved on.
I definitely think im most excited for this house. Im a big lover of sets, i cant wait to see it. For me this house probably my favorite storyline, i love when they take a real event and twist a house off of it.

If your so focused on the roofs then your missing the main points. So many people put so much hard work into this event, including the SA's. I know i lost about 10lbs last year from the work i put into the event trying to scare. Our creative directors spend thier whole year thinking up these crazy, insane, fun houses for us and all we can think about is the roofs? its sad that so much hard work is being put into the event and the roofs is the discussion. I can tell you from an SA perspective that the Creative Directors and other teams are proud of the work they put in in costuming and set design, and they work so hard to make sure everything is perfect for US, the fans. Its sad that they cant see and just appreciate the hard work in front of them rather than petty things like roofs.
Thats all im gonna say on the matter because #1, this is the wrong thread for this, its taking away from the anticipation of The Forsaken and #2, im going to enjoy the hard work that has been put in. I mean no offense from this post and sorry if i pulled someones chain, its just what came into my mind.

Actually, them mentioning Masque gives us four confirmed stories plus the three other potential ones on the graphic (The Black Cat, Annabel Lee which the poem in the newest picture, and the Fall of the House of Usher). That's seven, plus highly probable Cask room would be eight. One room a story, one intro room featuring Poe, one finale featuring anything, ten rooms.

I dont think you should worry yet, i mean in previous years they have waited until AFTER RTU, so if RTU is gone and were closing in on EP, then ill start to worry.

I am really not exactly sure what to expect with this zone, I think of the concept and the pictures I've seen and I just think of lame. I'm not passing that judgement now, I'm going to first rely on the expertise of our show directors before officially judging.

It's probably possible and would be great to see in place, but see the problem is, carbon monoxide is odorless, and it's a "silent killer." Carbon Monoxide poisoning has no obvious symptoms; all of the symptoms are vague and could point to many different ailments. Prolonged exposure can cause serious permanent damage, or if it's in a great enough concentration, it could cause fainting, convulsions, comas, even death. It could lead to many lawsuits, guest injuries, etc if one of those systems failed or was inadequate. Not to mention, they'd probably have to get tons of various approvals from OSHA before being allowed to try something like that. There's only a certain amount of carbon monoxide and a certain amount of carbon dioxide that a worker is allowed to be exposed to in a certain period.
I'd love to see it, and I never get scared of chainsaws unless I smell the 2-stroke oil burning (something about it makes my spine tingle with excitement) but having live chainsaws in an enclosed environment like that would lead to way too many problems. Legal, AND potential health problems.
I see, that makes since, we definitely need to protect SA's and for some reason OSHA slipped my mind too

Is there no system they could develop to help deal with the fumes? I mean my first instinct would be some sort of fan system to keep a draft going out the top and with the breezes it seems it might would shuffle some of the fumes out and they could use chainsaws, is this not achievable?

I know it's been said before, but I think it's amazingly awesome when people complain that an actual entrance to a warehouse doesn't look like a warehouse.

On a separate note i saw you come through our house like last week sometime and i knew it was you because of your picture here and you were with Mark and Jen right? but by the time i realized it was you, yall were in the next room.

Thanks for the review, i (being cast in the DE room in Hallow'd Past) agree that it only needs one room, with 3 actors in the one room its so BA but then you put one in the second room and it kinda is hard to make it as awesome. But what you called Ship of Screams is actually Frightanic, and i believe its from '97(confirmation anyone?)

omg, that is bull poop for people to do that! I know I hear a lot about scareactor abuse, but 11 times? Now that's really scary. Are you in one of the DE rooms? If one of them tries at you when I'm around, bowl them over with a hanging zombie, then I'll rent another wheelchair and finish them off.
Yea it's unbelievable but yes I am it's fun till people like that cone through.

I lurk all of the time and do not ever post. Also, this will be the only post, i will not respond but my only thought is that i hope they do not allow filming for the media event next year. I think the media event is an awesome idea i just hope they dont allow filming next year.
