Yeah nothing special, just a placeholder site. Lets hope this is the last time (for at least 10+ years) we will see these icons. I couldn't tell ya for the parks during the day but the first 2 weekends of Horror Nights crowds are on the slimmer side. Personally I ONLY attend Horror Nights the first 2 weekends and the final week. Anything in the middle of the month is bad news.

Seriously? Listen I love Horror Nights for the stories & depth but sometimes you have to realize it's just a Halloween event. Which icons are dead or what they're doing at this exact moment... it doesn't matter.

Yes I'm aware the codes aren't for the houses specifically but there still codes non the less. But yeah I'm done this isn't going anywhere. Plus you mentioned Dr. Raymond Holmes Inc. so I'm really out now.

I think the whole Greek thing is a stretch. Every year since the permits have been discovered they've given codes to throw us off. Yes most of the codes are somewhat related to the house that took place in that venue. But this year (of all years) is so black and white. We have 8 icons... so there for we will have 8 houses. I'm not trying to be a kill joy but it's something we go through every year.

I just wanna ask I question to everyone. You guys do remember a scarezone that popped up on the final weekend of the event right? And you do remember the characters involved with that scarezone right?

My first year was Islands of Fear (2002) and I was literally in awe the entire evening. I wouldn't shut the hell up the entire ride home. First house was Maximum Carnage and the only house I didn't get to go through was Fear Factor (blessing in disguise).

I love how everyone over complicates every bit of info we get. I know it's a little slow on the Horror Nights news front but don't speculate just to speculate. That permit list is just code names for the houses. They don't have any significance.

A&D should take a page from the Hollywood system by putting 3D at the end of every house title. Body Collectors 3D, Scary Tales 3D... In all seriousness I enjoy 3D houses. But just one every few years.

Because maybe some people didn't get to experience them as much as me, you and other fans who have gone the past 5+ years. I'm all for "originality" but you’re living in a dream world if you think every year single year is going to be 100% original. This year is unavoidable, everything is going to be returning.

It's great to have each individual year have its own story but I really don't think this year needs one. You know the story is going to revolve around all the icons showing up because it's the 20 Anniversary (a la Sweet 16). 8 Houses Eddie Cindy Caretaker Storyteller Director Jack Usher Bloody Mary Terra Queen is highly unlikely and don't even mention the Cryptkeeper or I'll slap you. Scarezones Midway of the Bizzare? Treaks and Foons? This is (for me) the only mystery left. I think A&D would pick obvious classics but who knows maybe we'll see Containment 2. Shows Rocky Horror Bill & Ted Icon Show That's pretty much this year in a nutshell. Houses are way to obvious, Scarezones are 50/50 and I think a lot of the unknown stuff this year is going to be all the fan events (website games/in park events). Then onto Halloween Horror Nights XXI - Digital Terror with Bioshock and Splice as 2 of the 8 houses . In all seriousness next year lets start from scratch.

There really isn't much to spoil this year. We already know it's going to be a reunion theme.

For the past 5 months I've been searching for the song used throughout the park during Reflections of Fear. Thanks to mz_'s organized music list of past years events I have found it. The theme to Salem's Lot by Christopher Gordon & Lisa Gerrard. Now I can burn my first Volume of Halloween Horror Nights music.

Who did they have to pay to get the rights for Bloody Mary?
