Er... the quote about the teacher was directly in reference to "Teach," a member of the forum whose post was including in the numbers of today's clue. Teach was the original hint to link you to figuring out the numbers were posts. But then we were given the additional clue of Heather's post number, thus making this unnecessary. That being said, your spec about Alice Cooper could be true... it just doesn't pertain to this hint. It was just making the 2806 portion of Heather's post more obvious to help us solve that riddle. Where is this from??

Everything else in Clue Three has pertained to Silent Hill. I believe 26 > 2 is still a detail regarding SH. And you're not the only one doing this instead of work...

As stated in the clue that featured Heather's post, this was provided as a key. An answer key. So those posts were selected as being on the right track. My thoughts: Clue One: Obviously the Victorian house, rumored to include Legendary Truth. Poltergeists could easily be included within a house featuring LT. Clue two (the vortex CD) was a follow-up to Clue One. We know this house will include a Vortex, but Leotta is a further hint to the significance of the vortex. A seance, perhaps? Clue Three: Silent Hill. This one is going to require more work, but the featured posts point out a few important factors. 1) He = he and Fe = female. Male and female. 2) 26 > 2. This obviously has significance. But what? The answer wasn't provided, so we haven't solved it yet. 3) Fe=86 was our hint to make us see Rn, to further connect this clue to Silent Hill and the nurses. 4) The other elements were tied to spelling out Silent Hill. SO. I think if we can solve the 26 > 2 portion, then we might have resolved that clue. He = 2. Fe = 26. Male = 2. Female = 26?

^^ Remove 288 and you have it. And Wesker doesn't know any more than the rest of us whether or not this is legitimate. Either way, it's certainly feeding my need for puzzles, and I'll continue trying to solve!

Sorry! Ran away to lunch. I'll give some hints to help you guys along. First of all, go back and read the quoted section from JustChristy in my previous post. I already gave you a clue to start, but I'll take it one step further. The quote was "Where do we feature?" and the answer was: "Just follow a Teacher." This is the first hint... I happened to quote our member "Teach"'s post earlier, so the name was fresh in my mind. So... follow Teach to start. This isn't true... There's more information, we (as a group) just haven't put the clues together yet. This will make more sense soon, once the latest hint is solved. Yes. You're on the right track. Yes. Exactly.

Okay, I have to disagree here. The third clue was for Silent Hill, and the following two photos were attempting to guide us through the riddle. In fact, this latest clue pinpoints exactly that. I actually solved this latest riddle, and I'm pretty damn proud of myself. You found the first step, but you haven't solved the significance yet.

In thje past when we've received clues of this nature, the goal has always been to help. It would be counterproductive to give us a symbol so easily recognizable just to confuse us. This is one case where overthinking will kill you. It happened to me a couple times last year with our Mutual Friend, but generally - the simple answer is correct. You have to do your homework to solve the riddles, but in the past the clues haven't been purposely tricky just to eff with us. At least I hope that's still true! This! This seems like the best explanation I've read so far. But what about the He? Where does the 26 > 2 portion fit? Oy. My brain hurts.

Again, I think the Silent Hill symbol as the obvious clue was to signify that this picture was meant go with that house. Combining houses or icons into one clue would be convoluted. Could be entirely wrong, but I think Heather was onto something regarding Fe and the Iron Lady.

As an update, heard that CP (Carnation Pink) - will be our Vampires. Didn't get a location update, but last I heard, the Vamps would be in Hollywood.

Agreed. I think the Silent Hill mark means this picture/clue has to do with Silent Hill. Although, I've never seen Silent Hill, so I'm taking your word for it! LOL. Okay, that Rn business is kind of brilliant, actually. Nurses!! And your FERN/Nerf gun made me literally laugh out loud! That's how I feel during speculation sometimes. I think you've earned a nap!

Icons do not necessarily always have houses... Fear and Lady Luck may have had backstories which tied into the houses (albeit loosely), but neither had an actual house.

We're assuming it's for a house, based upon the similar teaser pictures we received last year. Plus, the caption mentioned the previous four houses as a give-away that this was a hint for a house. Also: There's a new picture on that Instagram account that contacted JW today. Picture is here. Comment underneath says:

I'm a fan of the snark as well. To keep this on topic, I think we'll continue to get these little photo teasers about our remaining houses leading up the the full reveal. I think they're done making individual announcements for now.

I've heard rumors that an icon may actually happen, but nothing substantial enough to have me convinced. If so, it won't be the marketing-style Icon like Fear or Lady Luck. Our website has already shown that we won't be getting that kind of Icon. Whether or not A&D has created their own Icon remains to be seen.

Girl, you're gonna give yourself a headache with all these connections! His riddles have been solved, so I'd save your energy for the next batch! But, you do prove a point that you can create connections between almost anything if you want to. We won't be getting Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Orlando will only have 7 houses this year, so we're awaiting the announcement of the final three. Even so, we had Texas Chainsaw Massacre in 2007. I know not everyone had the chance to see it, but I don't understand how the fandom switches from: "I want all original houses! Original houses are so much better!" to "I want IPs! Give me all of the repeat houses!" so quickly. LOL.

I think you've picked up on an important word choice... see more instead of hear more. Does anyone remember the twitter/facebook pictures we received last year as clues for the houses? Perhaps now that we're done with IPs, we'll move into that kind of reveal leading up to the website update. Hahaha! I wish! I didn't get a hoodie last year... I'll be crossing my fingers for their return!

Just to clarify, SS23 is not being used for Horror Nights. I'll be the first to admit, I'm horrible with the Soundstage locations. So if that is indeed SS23, then sorry... that's not HHN construction. We're looking at SS22 and SS20 being our Soundstage houses this year.

I must admit, my heart sank a bit when the announcement came yesterday. Our Dead Exposure/Classic Monsters house could easily be this Monsters Remixed based on that description. My only hope is that A&D has been reading the forums, saw our excitement over a Dead Exposure-like house, and was like: "Crap! Scrap the dubstep! Grab some UV lights! DE with Classic Monsters? Why didn't we think of that??" (And before I start anything, that's a joke). Monsters Remixed (or whatever it's called) could be the DE house we heard about, but featuring dubstep as a soundtrack. Guess we'll know soon enough.

As Legacy has emphasized, we might still get games. And if the rumors are true, these games will be far better than the website interactives we were given last year. Patience, my friends.

I'm not quite sure where the confusion happened, so I'm not sure what you're referencing when you say "infested." But, I have not heard of Sting Alley being a specific location for a scarezone. Doesn't mean it won't be fair game for zombies or other roaming groups, but it doesn't seem to be a main location.

This clue was not for an icon. It was for someone we've seen far more frequently than any icon... That being said, I've still heard no information about a potential icon. I've heard rumors that we may still see one, but no further information has been revealed yet.

Not necessarily. This depends on if we're getting roaming hordes or stationary groups. That remains to be seen. The Halloween zone could be in an area of the park that would allow props. I just laughed so hard! I'm a Norse Goddess? Sweet! Also... Perfect casting with Wesker as Loki. Not with the Ghost-type SZ...
