This year is the 100th anniversary of the Titanic sinking. Perfect year to bring it back IMHO.
This is also the 100th year anniversary of Universal Studios proper. They've announced doing something at the park for the celebration, but I wonder if it'll bleed over to HHN as well. Maybe a "Best of Universal Horror" or something. So maybe we'll see the return of Frank and company, or Norman Bates?

There's some awesome stuff here! My first year was 2010, and I was only able to grab the lanyard. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it down last year (my wife and I live in Chicago, so getting down there takes some planning/saving), but a good friend of mine goes down every year. He picked up a deck of cards for me, and I was able to score one of the Facebook media kits off ebay, which I took a photo of:
I'm anxiously looking forward to seeing what's coming up this next year! And hopefully make it back down there again, of course!
On a side note, if anyone happens to have a media kit from HHN XX that they're thinking of selling, I'm looking for one. My wife and I flew down to USO and HHN for our honeymoon/one year anniversary, so it has special meaning. I'm trying to find one as a token of our trip. It's a long shot, but I figure it couldn't hurt to ask.

I haven't really been following up on the speculation (shame on me, I know ), but is it possible that it's WW2, and not 1? If it was 2, it could be vampire candy stripers...

I would love to see Esqueleto Muerto come back, this time as a full house. It was hands down my favorite scare zone from last year, and I think a proper house could really push it darker and scarier. Maybe there's a small Mexican town that decided to stop being silly and do away with the old ways, no longer making offerings to the dead. So this year on Dia de los Muertos, the dead have risen to come take the offerings they were denied in flesh and blood.

Hey all,
This is completely random, but all this big band/speak easy talk has got me wondering. Is it possible that we may see a return of some sorts of Zombiegeddon/Zombie Gras? Zombie Gras especially would fit well into this theme if they did a prequel zone or house, perhaps during the initial uprising (did they ever say when that was)? Last year was my first year, so I don't know if they really look to sequelize the "funny" houses, but of all the scare zones and houses last year, it seems to me to be one of the easier ones to adapt to this new theme...

Hey all! While I'm an Orlando HHN attendee, I've been following this thread due to my love of Trick r Treat. Regarding this Steven business, is it possible that they could be doing something with Super 8? It's a 2011 film that definitely has horror elements, and Steven Spielberg is a producer on it (J.J. Abrams is directing).

I would love to see two parks come up again. And since Poe has set a precedent, I would love to see a H.P. Lovecraft-centric house focused on the return of the Old Ones, signalling the end of the world (tying it into the whole 2012 thing). Set it in Innsmouth or Arkham, give me some Deep Ones and an animatronic Shoggoth or Mi-Go, and I will be a happy camper.
