Thats not the wing outline I'm seeing.

I'm seeing a wing folded forward.

Keep in mind that Harvest of the Souls is the Soul Collectors house. So it could be corn or a wing but either way the house is gonna have scarecrows and collectors

That also has me thinking though. My inside lead said that both Insidious and IT were on the promo Poster so that means one of a few things.

    1. They're lying.

    3. None of my sources know what they're talking about and the blumhouse/insidious/IT speculation will rage on until september 12th.

    2. They're not lying and both mazes are coming this year. But that means one of a few things too.

       A. It's where blumhouse is

           a.Unlikely

B.There's a ninth maze and we're all being dicked around by the greatest facade that Universal has ever pulled.

         a.Even more unlikely.

Did he say Jigsaw was on the promo? He's most likely lying since John has already confirmed 8 mazes and we're certain Jigsaw and Blumhouse are happening

  3. Just so you guys know I've heard rumors about IT coming in 2018, I know it's too early but we already know some properties that could come(if you're curious the others are AHS guaranteed, Twin Peaks(not sure how that'd work), and The Conjuring)

Quick question but do Hollywood scareactors know which maze they're working for by the property name or a codename? Orlandos workers are told a codenames so I'm wondering how Hollywood does it.

  4. Is anyone else still figuring out how they're gonna fit all of those facades into Ash vs Evil Dead? Like I get scaling but that maze looks like it's gonna deliver. Hopefully they add more to the maze facade though, it seems to be lackluster at the moment. My favorite facade right now is Jigsaw's; it looks exactly like the warehouse/barn/whatever it is from the trailer.

It's just hard to imagine 'Chapter 4' coming. Leaked lineup aside, those all are solid points to make towards it coming (probably a bit more solid than Neibolt because that was the only N I could think of). What if he brought 'Insidious' to the event, had a moment from '4' and tackled  more events from '3'? That way he could still bring it back next year (like I think should happen), and it can still make an appearance this year.

The facade and first two rooms being from the new film and being scenes from the teaser, and then a transition to the Further, after which we see the apartment complex and the Man Who Can't Breathe? That's the only way I can really see it happening.

Well, to be honest at this point, either way it goes down I'm definitely going to be there (already bought my tickets). I'm hoping 'Insidious' focuses less on 4 and more on 3 as I feel they neglected the apartment in the Further by having the Man Who Can't Breathe solely and none of the other residents.

However, if It does come than I hope it's treated the same way. It has more forms than Pennywise and I hope Murdy gets the chance to show that.

If Jigsaw comes, I hope it's just a disgusting maze that really forces the gore onto us like 'Evil Dead: Book of the Dead' did.

If Blumhouse of Horrors comes, I'd like less Purge and more Split/Sinister, being that Purge has been so active at the event since the first film came out.

    Since they haven't been announced yet, here's some speculation on each of the houses;

Blumhouse: Rumored to have 5 properties and be in PC, said properties are The Purge, Ouija, Split, Sinister, and Get Out. If I had to guess Purge is the finale and Split will be the shortest section.

Jigsaw: Rumored to be another Saw mashup but with Jigsaw stuff too.

Insidious: Solely Chapter 4, expect to be confused by some stuff and see the Lipstick Face Demon, as his lair's fence from 2013 & 2015's mazes were spotted outside the maze.

It(if it happens): Probably just be Pennywise and some of the children's fears, basement scene would probably be in there too

So in light of all this speculation madness, I messaged 4 different people. One of them is a scareactor and day ops lead, the other is a returning ops supervisor, the last two are returning scare actors. The response I got from the first scare actor was that Insidious, Jigsaw, and blumhouse are what he's heard. The other two scareactos said the same thing. THEN I asked the supervisor, he said that IT was on the official promo poster that hasn't gone live yet. 1. I trust this person more than anyone I've asked. 2. He's the more reputable source who is friends with last year's event coordinator. So I'm pretty torn. On one hand, Insidious makes more sense. but on the other, a supervisor with hella tight connections confirmed IT. I think that what you need to do is provide an argument for why it is IT. I feel like "Nsidious" is too easy in in your face.

To be fair, Charles & The Big Chill were pretty easy codenames to solve too. I trust you a lot so I'm also torn on this. On one hand, Insidious props were seen outside of the maze so SOMETHING in JP has to reuse that. Also, the facade doesn't connect to anything in IT at all. I would love for IT to come, but it wouldn't make much sense with the next film coming out next year; they would have much more content to work with by then. Additionally, with Blumhouse & Jigsaw basically confirmed by either sources or their facades; wouldn't Insidious make more sense? John wrote 2 extra mazes, one being AHS: Asylum, Coven, & Roanoke, and one for ToT. Going off the leaked lineup and what John has said, the only property replaced was The Conjuring, which would mean Insidious would still be there. Writer's Block/JP will most likely be announced next week(since Jigsaw is rumored to be announced this week) so we should know by next week who ends up being right.

For the love of god and everything holy - please no.  I don't think anniversary dates matter to them.  I am over the whole TCM thing.. it's been done and done.  The Exorcist house was a shit show.  Halloween was awesome, but I don't need to see it again for a long while.  Give us stuff we haven't see yet.  Phantasm, please

They really don't care about anniversary dates; if they did The Thing wouldve(and should've!) been a house this year

Just got rehired to be Maze Host for my 3rd year! I even got to pick what maze I want to work in lol If you get casted to scare in The Shining and see a small maze host wearing skeleton gloves... You're in good hands lol :)

Congrats! A maze host is the person who scans the passes in front of the maze, watches security of the maze, and lets people in right? Which mazes did you host for in previous years?

Again, we don't know if 'Jigsaw' is coming to the event. Until these properties are announced, it's all speculation. Once they are announced, the conversation will change, but until then we should really keep a more open mind and not be so odious to one another.

Somebody in the Orlando forum even confirmed Jigsaw; every source and everything in general is pointing to a Jigsaw maze.

So, we should not expect any new announcement until the full reveal?

At least we don't have to wait too long for that.

The IP's wouldn't allow them(Jigsaw & Blumhouse) all to be announced at once since one might overshadow the other. I'd say an announcement this week(Jigsaw), one more next week(Blumhouse), and the full reveal next week after the last IP is announced.

Spoke to murdy after panel and said Titans of Terror was planned from the very beginning. Big Chill he said was going to be in Parisian Courtyard.

He would be contradicting himself considering he said on twitter that Big Chill was in WW and that Uber Fan was a replacement for it.

So, the images from the Hell-o-Ween Scarezone coming to Hollywood look awesome! Same goes for Urban Inferno.  If either one comes to Orlando I will be so excited! The costume designs are amazing!

Also, the fact that Hollywood has released basically their entire lineup minus the shared IP stuff is blowing my mind. We normally have all of our zones and originals weeks before they do.

Hollywood's getting 8 houses this year, with 3 being exclusives(TWD Attraction, Titans of Terror *basically All Nite Die In minus Micheal*, and Insidious Chp 4). So far there have been four mazes, the tram, and the scarezones already announced for them while y'all are stuck with 3 mazes announced. Hopefully the higher ups can start green lighting more IP's; we all know Jigsaw & Blumhouse are coming so they might as well announce it.

hey wow i wanna know if there were any queue videos that were going to be in your haunted houses. both for your hollywood and orlando event

So for the queue videos for the originals, it would explain the backstories behind them; for IP's it would show clips and famous scenes from the shows/games/movies

For the Orlando one there would be queue videos for every maze, which to remind is:

    - Bioshock; SS22

    - The Silence of the Lambs; SS23A

    - Scary Movie(3&4); SS21

    - Hellraiser; MIB Tent

    - Sinister; Parade Building

    - Urban Legends: Black Eyed Children; SS24A

    - Devil's Awakening; SS23B

    - Dollhouse of the Damned: Beginnings; Sprung 2

    - The Spawning(reboot); Sprung 1

    - Nightengales/Catacombs Crossover; SS24B

For the Hollywood Event the queue videos would be in every maze(besides TWD) as well, which to refresh is:

    - The Thing: Biohazard; Waterworld Queue

    - AHS: Asylum, Freak Show, Roanoke; SS747

    - The Conjuring; JP Queue

    - Outlast; FTDT Area

    - The Hills Have Eyes; Mummy Queue

    - Salem: The Devil's Playground; Parisian Courtyard

    - The Usher Presents: Classic Horrors; Metro Sets

    - Where the Bad Kids Go; 747 Queue

    - The Walking Dead; TWD Attraction(no queue videos)

But we don't know if it's from the new film or not? The only image we have is of Elise in a hallway with static hair and a girl.

The date was pushed back twice, the first time to April and that was announced earlier this year (when the image came out), so it's been long known Halloween 2017 wasn't the release, giving ample time to Murdy to change it up. I honestly don't see any evidence it'll be 'Chapter 4', and would be shocked if it was considering all the facts against it.

I have some evidence... it's called the leaked list
