What was the concept of The Hallow and Interstellar Terror? I've read about them but I don't see what the scares could've been in both houses

God this year has had so many twists and turns; do you guys think we'll ever see the Conjuring or no?

John Murdy of Hollywood said it is possible everything comes out in August; but hopefully we won't have to do that

*warning extremely unrelated but just wanted to ask* How good was the Nightengales house from 21? The reviews all make it seem good so I'm surprised A&D hasn't wanted to do another sequel considering they fit into any war

From what I've heard it is mostly Evil Dead 2.

The only thing is I don't the GP would really care if it was a fake name. They'd probably say "oh cool" and shrug it off

Ok, yeah I heard it was real and I heard it was fake but it seems reasonable enough Well... I figure if they didn't want to make it seem like we were getting the same ED maze, they would need to change the name so it lets people know it's gonna be a different maze. Since AvED and the 2013 maze are completely different it makes sense they would choose to name it after the show for promotional purposes while also bringing in a new property.

It probably is happening. The people with inside knowledge on both coasts(Legacy & Manics) have sworn by the claims that it's called one but is another. Also from a marketing standpoint it makes perfect sense

Hollywood user here; what apparently happened was we were supposed to get a shared announcement for Ash vs Evil Dead today but the people editing the video didn't have enough time to finish it so it got delayed. Most likely happening this week though Also Legacy pointed out that since San Francisco area is housing the Sci-Fi zone, Festival of the Dead probably isn't happening

As far as I know the zones name will be Festival of the Dead

I don't get the complaints about Jigsaw being at the event because it's based solely on the upcoming film... which is new. I find it odd they chose to do one movie instead of a mashup again. But yeah there's no pleasing everyone when it comes to HHN

I understand the hate for marketing & Universal right now but there will never be a perfect event. This year is bringing us the better AHS seasons, the Shining, and Evil Dead 1 & 2; all of which have been heavily requested yet still nobody is happy. There is a theme, a mascot, original content, and an interactive website yet people are still complaining. There will never be another HHN 18, so it would be useless to say that we need to go back to it and replicate it to the nth degree. Point is, this year may not be a perfect year but it is doing pretty excellent when you look at it from a different perspective. So just enjoy this year for what it is, which is a solid event

Technically Evil Dead & Jigsaw aren't repeats. The content that will be in those houses haven't been at the event, with Evil Dead 1 & 2 being new & Jigsaw being based on the new movie.

Ifrit has hinted that our vampire house will be based on the Urban Legend of the black eyed children. Vampire Children isn't really a good description of the house but it is what it is

The only part that could be hard for them is explaining how you switch houses mid maze(assuming the Conjuring 2 section was already built or even built). This should be a good house and makes a lot more sense than vampire clowns

Ifrit's hints on it were directed to the Vampire-Conjuring replacement house. A scarezone would be good though

To me it seems like they're using the urban legend of the Black Eyed Children. Possible entry in the Urban Legends series?
