  1. Also finally thought of a way to incorporate K-Fee in the haunt.

     

    Just simply have it as an exit scare. Like, you don't need to add much detail to the exit, just standard leaving the soundstage stuff...but you hear that classical music playing, and on your left you see a crashed white car, with a bottle of K-Fee spilt from the crash. Whilst you are distracted from that, a Ghoul or Gargoyle creature emerges from the other side, chasing you out.

     

    a fun idea i've been thinking of is, at very very rare occasions...you get the "lite" version of them (i:e a teddy bear, a low budget demon mask...or just some guy saying boo."

    "Panda Cheese - Any commercial" - not really horror per say (besides the uncanny suit), but like....come on, it'll be amazing to see a room where the Panda is wrecking an entire room, and scaring you with a Panda Cheese in hand.

    If you're not ready for Halloween, you should probably head down to the Spirit down the block. They've got all sorts of things, costumes, props, decorations, the like. Unlike most Spirits, however, the local store carries a curse. It's connected to a realm where all the decorations are really monsters, and mortal souls are considered valuable. Step into the Spirit after hours and see for yourself, however...

    Watch out for Jack.

     

    This might actually violate some kind of marketing law or something, I don't know and I don't care. Many animatronics are replaced by actors, and some may be in the wrong theme simply because I feel like they'd make a nice fit.

     

    ROOMS:

    • Facade: Poppy Halloween music plays as guests queue up for a Spirit set up in an abandoned electronics store. For the most part, the Spirit is made to resemble a condensed version of an actual store from the year the house is used - the posters in the windows, the merchandise on the shelves, the themed displays are all accounted for. On the banner above the entrance, Jack The Reaper's eyes can be seen moving.
    • The Store: It *looks* like a Spirit with less licenses (mainly Disney licenses, things like Pennywise and Sam can stick around), less lights and such. Guests walk through the front display, with animatronics triggering at random times. Above the line, a giant cutout puppet of Jack The Reaper taunts guests. Guests exit through a model of the back display, with an actor portraying an animatronic or scare from that year's display. For example, last year, guests would have gone through the aquarium and a giant animatronic shark would ram the window. This year, the back display would be modified to a walk-through display, and an actor playing the Harvester of Souls would scare guests.
    • Haunted Cabin: Guests enter a decrepit cabin in the woods. The Midnight Countess recites her lines, distracting guests from the Executioner tearing his way through the door. As guests exit through the front door, the Hovering Ghost attacks.
    • Terror Mill: Guests pass Punctured Pete, struggling to remove the beam that ended his life, as they enter the lumber mill. A Head-Banging Zombie drops from the ceiling, and the Rosemary Zombie Girl can be seen eating a brain. Suddenly, she notices the line, and attacks.
    • Clown Train: Saturated by UV light, guests pass by a vividly-colored train crash. From the wreckage, Whacky Mole, Thrashing Clown, and Silent and Deadly will attack.
    • Cirque Du Spirit: Uncle Charlie ushers guests into the big top, a maze of (gasp) clowns. Hugz, Bite-Size Clown, and the Darkside Jester attack, and Crouchy can be seen... crouching. Except he's a puppet that will lunge at guests. The Bone Collector, Caged Beast, and Haunted Magic Mirror are also hidden in the scene.
    • The Ruins: Uncertain Death greets guests as they enter a ruined castle. Pumpkin Nestor sits on a swing, bantering with guests, distracting them from a Jack-O-Lunger. A Pop-Up werewolf will attack, and Li'l Nestor will chase guests into the next room.
    • Spirit Hollow: The Forest Demon threatens guests as they enter a wooded area. From the treetops, the Hanging Hell fiend drops, and from the ground, Limb Ripper strikes. The Towering Clown will swipe at guests as they enter...
    • Spirit Acre Farms: LOTS of scarecrows and spiders. Nightmare Harvester threatens guests as they walk past, Burlap Horror is seen butchering a corpse, and the Sitting Scarecrow will lunge at guests. The Pumpkin Patch Prowler will chase guests into the farmhouse.
    • Dead Harvest: Menacing Molly sits on the front porch, twisting to threaten guests. In the farmhouse, Lost Her Way tries to navigate the rooms, despite being headless.
    • Reaper's Wharf: As the scent changes from dust to saltwater, guests are greeted by Headless Help. Experimental Eddie will break his way down through a shop door, and Waving Wally can be seen abducting a victim.
    • S.S. Rip Tide: On the pier, guests board the S.S. Rip Tide. On the deck, a dragon roars and Jack's shadow can be seen in the wheelhouse. In the ship, guests are attacked by Jack Straw and Rusty. As guests exit the ship, The Collector approaches, telling them that they're worthless except as meat for his demons.
    • Reaper's Island Village: On a skull-covered island, guests find themselves stalked by the Hauntress. Turning a corner, they find a corpse barbecued by The Butcher, who attacks with his cleaver. Uncle Charlie will appear again, this time attacking with a skull speared on a stake.
    • Jack's Cave: As guests enter the cave, Mommy's Favorite and Angeline attack. Nightcrawler crawls from around the corner, chasing guests on all fours, and the Harvester of Souls claims another victim.
    • Finale: Guests find themselves in a twisted graveyard. As they try to navigate their way out, they are attacked by a number of animatronics - Harbinger of Hell, Night Digger, Grave Busting Skull, Smoldering Zombie, Limb-Eating Zombie Boy, and Barnyard Butcher attack at various points. As guests exit the maze, a blast of fog hits. When the fog settles, Jack the Reaper attacks with a scythe.

    Confession time! I never had physical comics as a kid, so the medium is hard to break into for me. Considering that comics are the place where most of the Dark Knights shine, I'm going by TV Tropes to fill this list out.

    And on the topic of confessions, Mazethinker, I was the guy who said that I wasn't a doctor on Reddit. I thought it'd be funny but then I realized it might have been astroturfing, and that's not cool.

     

    Anyways, ROOMS:

    • Facade: Arkham Asylum.
    • The Court of Owls: In a secret room in the asylum, guests witness members of the Court of Owls surround a writhing Batman, who is serving as a portal to the Dark Multiverse. The shadow of Barbatos can be seen on the wall, and the leader of the court attacks.
    • Portal: A revolving tunnel. Deranged laughter can be heard, while purple and green streak the walls.
    • -52: Guests enter The Red Death's Gotham. They witness Red Death aging a victim (dummies and projection), get ambushed by several Batmobiles, and have Red Death lunge at them across the rooms.
    • -44: In Murder Machine's Arkham, holographic clones of Alfred murder the inmates, some attacking guests. Guests then enter the Batcave, where Bruce Wayne is forcibly assimilated into Murder Machine. As guests leave -44, the Murder Machine attacks, with either an air-shooting gun arm, or a buzzsaw arm.
    • -12: The Merciless watches over the ruins of Arkham, patrolled by undead Amazons. A giant Merciless puppet will attack guests before they enter...
    • -11: The Drowned's Waters. Like the Creature from the Black Lagoon at Universal Monsters, the room is styled to be underwater. The Drowned's Thralls will attack, and Bryce herself will "Swim" at guests with a trident.
    • -1: Guests see the ruins of Metropolis, and are attacked by a giant Devastator puppet.
    • -32: Lit only by a green strobe, horrible, horrible things attack on the command of The Dawnbreaker.
    • The Grim Knight: A Batman with guns attacks.
    • -22: Entering the smoldering ruins of Gotham, where Rabid Robins are scuttling about, clawing at guests. Turning a corner, guests see The Batman who Laughs, tearing apart a victim. Around the next corner, TBWL will strike.
    • Finale: Barbatos, swipes at guests. The Batman hides in the room. At the final room, The Batman Who Laughs fights The Joker.

    As you enter outside, you see a large base in front of you. Claw marks litter the side, as a red barrel with a fire symbol on it lies near the entrance. Inside, you hear the sounds of gunshots and demonic screeching. Hell, you can even hear a chainsaw going off. You then enter inside.

    Awakening

    In the center of the room is a large sarcophagus, with the lid left open. A Possessed's smashed in head lies near it, as the lights above flicker. As you are distracted, a Possessed wanders aimlessly, and tries to attack you. You exit to the next room.

    You then enter into an open room. To your left and right are candles with flesh on the bottom of them. In front of you is the Praetor suit, with a spotlight over it. As you exit the room, you can hear a nearby demon stomp it’s feet above you.

    Glory Kill

    As you enter the hallway,the steps above get louder. Suddenly, an Imp appears in front of you. It snarls, and screeches, charging towards you. Suddenly, the Doom Slayer appears from the side, and punches through the demon's chest. It drops to the floor, as you enter the next room.

    You then enter into a large room. To your right, you see a gore nest, with a circular light above it (projection). As you walk by it, The Doom Slayer runs towards it, and removes the “eye” from it, as it lets out a blood curdling scream, spraying blood on you (water). Suddenly an Imp runs near you, and tries to claw at you. You run to the next room.

    You then enter outside, and heat blasts onto you. Mechanical equipment lies near you, as a catwalk is seen overhead. As you walk past a large rock, a Possessed Soldier emerges, and shoots at you with his plasma rifle (light and air effects). You run to the next room.

    Foundry

    You find yourself in a catwalk, as you see pools of lava coming from the walls to your left (projection). You feel hot heat from that side, as smoke fills from that area (fog). As you walk to the end of the room, a Hell Knight bursts from a wall, and tries to grab at you. You run to the next room.

    Maintenance Room

    You enter inside a large room, as support beams lie around you. As you walk around, you hear a loud roar. A Revenant can be seen in the corner on a catwalk. It then flies with it’s jet pack to you (bungee), as it tries to claw at you. As you are distracted, a Possessed Engineer appears behind, and growls. You run to the next room.

    Lab

    You then enter into an open hall. Around you lies dead bodies of scientists, with some being just limbs. As blood drips down from the ceiling (water), a Pinky’s head bursts through a wall, as it roars at you (puppet). You run to the next room.

    Hell Portal

    You then enter into a massive room. In front of you, there’s a large mechanism that almost looks like a portal. It is seen pumping tons of argent energy into the sky (light and projections). Olivia Pierce can be seen on a catwalk near it, as she monologues (dummy). As you are distracted, a Mancubus emerge from the side and roars at you (puppet). You run to the next room.

    Hell

    You then enter into an open area. Temples and rocks line the room, as torches lay on top of some. As you feel the warm heat from the new area, you see a Summoner in the distance, as she incarnates an Imp in front of you (projection). As you are distracted, a Cacodemon emerges from between rocks, and tries biting you (puppet). As you run to the exit, the summoned Imp attacks from behind a rock.

    Cyberdemon

    You then enter into a massive room. In the center is the Cyberdemon (large 25 foot puppet). He roars, as he points his gauntlet hand at you, missiles firing everywhere (lights and air effects). Suddenly, Doomguy comes out with a chainsaw, and runs towards it. You run to the next room before you can see a winner.

    Hell Temple

    You then enter into a semi smaller room. A demon’s skull lies above you, as torches are held onto the fleshy walls. As you hear the fleshy sounds echo, a Hell Knight tears through a wall, and roars at you (stilt walker). Before it can attack, Doomguy emerges from your side, and blasts it with the BFG-9000 (light effects). You run to the final room.

    Spider Mastermind

    You enter into the final room, with the final demon inside...and it’s dead. The Spider Mastermind's body lies motionless in the center of the room, it’s head split open with it’s legs crushed. As blood sprays from it’s tumorous brains, a mechanical roar is heard, as Doomguy emerges from the head hole, and swings his chainsaw at you, as you leave this living hell.

    Crystal Temple

    You find yourself outside on the beach. To your left, you see the massive temple that the crystal gems inhabit. It’s the form of Obsidian, with a greenhouse on top of the beach house. As you walk around, you can hear faint, distant whispering, seeming to come from Steven’s mind. They say various things that include self deprecation. “Why be such a burden?”, “You don’t do anything anymore”, “Why do you exist?”, etc and so on. You then enter inside.

    Foyer

    You then enter into a large room. It’s mostly clean, but has a soda can or a bag of chaps here and there left over by Amethyst. The faint whispering seems to have grown apparent and more louder here, almost becoming unbearably deafening the more it goes on. You wonder when it’s ever going to stop, until you see a pair of blood drops near the exit of the room, leading to the bathroom. The door being slightly cracked open. You can hear Steven inside, panting and groaning in pain. You enter inside to investigate.

    Bathroom

    You then enter into a medium size room. Inside, you see Steven pacing around. There are several pink pimples on his face, his hair is unkempt and oily, a rash is seen on his fingers, his eyes are bloodshot, and he just looks like absolute garbage. He walks to the mirror, and pokes away at a piece of dead skin on his forehead. It crinkles at the touch, before peeling off, revealing a small horn growing, that is currently the shape of a zit/pimple filled with pus threatening to burst (prosthetic on actors forehead). He then lurches forward, as he starts regurgitating the teeth he doesn’t need anymore (teeth are already inside sink, as some blood will be on the mouth). He then turns around and notices you, snarling angrily. The inside of his mouth is revealed while he snarls, showing painfully slow growing canines from his gums. You can see some of the bone through his sickly gums, blood tainting a bit of it. Plus, the canines growing in place of the old ones. You dash towards the next room in a hurry.

    Bedroom

    You then enter into a large room. It seems more dirty and untidied then it was from the show, with the blankets and pillows scattered messily on the floor. Steven is seen in the center of the room on the floor, in spasms of agony and gritting his teeth. Several bulges can be seen poking through his skin, as blood comes trickling from his lips, dropping onto the once clean rug below him. He then looks up and notices you again, he tries to make a bubble in front of you (projection), but it flickers and distorts, its projection dying like a firefly’s light going out, as he then cowers, and backs up into the bed accidentally bumping himself against the wood. You enter into the next room.

    Greenhouse

    You then enter into a large room. Surrounding you is longing neglected plant life, with the smell of wilting flowers in the air. The fresh scent of organic death. You can hear the sound of the warp pad going off and a blinding light reflecting on your body, as you turn around to look where the sound was elicited from. In the center of the room is the warp pad, with Steven on it. He is seen pounding on it, as he yells out from his deepening voice cracking, “Come on! Please work! I’m still human, please!”. As he wastes his effort pounding on the unresponsive device, you notice several more deformities on him. Steven is balding, some remnants of his messy, curly hair on the floor that transported with him to the greenhouse. The mild rash on his body has spread to his upper torso and jaw. His skin all red, damaged, and flaky by the scratching Steven did previously, spikes can be seen tearing through the flesh of his arms and back, blood painting a bit of the emerging spikes. Nails that look like they were forcefully torn out. The dead veins underneath the empty shells of the human nails can be seen on the pad, as claws can be seen growing on his hands. Another arm can be seen growing from the side of his torso. As he writhes in pain on the floor, he sends out blood curdling screams, sending spit particles flying into the air.     You then re-enter into the foyer. You see some toenails lying on the floor, with claw marks etched deeply into the wooden floor nearby. As you walk by a door, Steven bursts through it. He is seen clutching his temples, as his horns have grown much longer. His eyes are bleeding, most of his head is bald, the rash completely covering his body like a spreading mold, his ears barely seen by the growing hide, sharp tusks ripping through the edges of his lips, recently fresh skin impaled onto them coating them a crimson red blood colour. A new arm can be seen bursting through his chest, and his tailbone stretching and elongating into a fully grown reptilian tail, scales coating the bone like protective armour. As Steven groans in pain, Pearl comes out from beside you. She shouts out, “Steven please, we can try and help you!”. Steven then pivots his attention towards Pearl’s voice and angrily shouts out in a deep set of octaves, “I don’t need help ...please...GO AWAY!” as he yells it out, the whole room shakes. He panics, then mutters under his breath, “I’m sorry...”, then runs out to the door. You then enter outside.

    Beach

    You find yourself now outside, and screams fill the air. In the center is what looks to be the “remaining” state of Steven, and he’s almost finished in his gruesome transformation. Most of his clothes have torn to shreds from his new structure forming, his eyeballs seem to have fallen off somewhere along the transformation, leaving his eye sockets as completely endless, black voids with small pink dots for his irises, his tongue split open with some of the taste buds coming off and the blood sticking to the halves of the tongue as it splits, his nose is less pronounced and shrunken into his face, his tail has grown more with spikes on it and the end of it split open. The spikes being created and shaped from the remnants of the tailbone, and his face is elongating with his jaw being painfully dislocated from his head as it molds into a muzzle with the sound of the bones creaking and twisting, revealing a now full muzzle (full body suit). As he twists and turns on all fours, he starts to swipe at you with his long claws protruding from his calloused fingers, and pounds the floor with his now beefy fists, causing the ground to shake.     Beta Kindergarten

    You then enter into a massive, desolate and sandy area. All around you, you see open holes that are around 10 feet long, and in the shape of humanoid beings, most likely gems. Next to several holes are claw marks, and these are massive, being nearly 6 feet long. The large, empty injectors lie on the walls and nested themselves on top of the slates, with some being broken from an unknown force. As you are distracted by this, a large, monstrous head emerges from behind a corner ...it’s Steven…? The creature’s head is… unusually huge, being around 15 feet tall. Spikes pierce its thick, scaly hide on his face, as large fangs that looks like tusk cover its lower and upper jaw. It tries to bite down at you, fangs dangerously hovering above your smaller frame as they slowly come down, but Garnet emerges beside you. She steps in front of the beast, and holds it back with all of her strength put into her gauntlets. The tall gem yells at you to run, so you do, as you enter into the next room.

    Abandoned Lab

    You then enter into a large, abandoned room. All around you, you see broken pillars and some of the chipped remnants scattered across the floor, some even being beside the broken cylindrical figures.Your nose can smell the god awful decaying odor in the area… how long has this lab been abandoned for? You then turn your attention near a corner since it caught your eye ...and you see a dead “vessel”... or a “husk” of a terribly grotesque coerced fusion of gems. Its side has been ripped open with big… teeth marks? Or what looked like big canines or scarily sharp teeth snacking on it, as some obscure... alien organs from what it looks like hang, drip, and pool from the lifeless amalgamation. But then you see a light shining from it... oddly enough. As you pay no more mind to the corpse, you hear a loud, deep and guttural roar, sounding almost a bit like a human teenager’s ear splitting screams and slowly degenerating into what it is now. Above, the Corrupted Steven’s head crashes from the ceiling, its jaw wide open, ready to swallow you whole and crunch your feebly thin flesh into a crunchy substance in between his teeth. Suddenly, a slender, prim and proper looking gem comes to your right. It's Pearl. She throws a magical spear at it, the monster flinching back in pain. She shouts out to it, “We know you’re still in there Steven, fight through this!” You run to the next room.

    Prime Kindergarten

    You then enter into a massive room. It looks like the Kindergarten from before, but it’s much more abandoned and ghost town like. Tons of injectors lie and dug in against the walls, with most of them being smashed, ripped out, and cracked. In the center of the room, is the giant 30 foot tall Corrupted “Steven”, and now you see the monster’s full body. Spikes cover most of his body, as his tail whips around, hitting the floor with a loud CRASH! sound. Right in front of it ...are the shattered pieces and shards of the once known crystal gems. The pieces are so small, you can only faintly recognize them by their colors. A small, crudely made nest that had been made and compiled together from crumbled rocks and debris gathered from the Prime Kindergarten. Steven notices you approach them closer, and he roars threateningly into the sky. That was a warning for you to get out, now. You run for your life away from him before he could strike, escaping this nightmare.

    As you wait outside, you see a pile of carnage in front of you. Lady Liberty’s head lies in the center, with claw marks all over her face. The sidewalk is torn apart, cars are smashed, flipped on their sides, and smoke (fog) all around you. You hear various sounds off in the distance, car alarms going off, police sirens, people screaming, and a loud echoing roar. You see a small bodega next to you, and you enter inside.

As you are about to exit, the floor shakes, as you hear the bridge collapsing. You enter into the next room

A civilian with a large bite wound on there neck will the lunge from behind a trash can, blood coming out of there eyes, as they beg for help. You enter into the next room.

She vomits blood onto you (water), as she is pulled back. You then see her silhouette expand, then blood showers the curtain (projection). As you are about to exit the room, a hazmat guy sprays with some medicine (air), as you run to the next room.

In front of you is a helicopter, with a military soldier nearby. He ushers you in, telling you to evacuate right now, as you exit the room.

    You then enter into a crammed room. You then realize that you’re actually inside the helicopter, as you hear the loud rotor above you. To your sides, you see Manhattan fly by, as you hear missiles go off (projection). As you are about to exit the room, Clover’s head crashes through the wall, as it roars at you. An alarm goes off, as you run to the next room.

Suddenly, Clover’s giant torso emerges from your right (25 foot puppet), and roars at you. As you run to the exit, a bright orange light fills the room, as an explosion is heard. You run outside, escaping the nightmare.

    The building in front of you looks abandoned. Moss can be seen growing on the walls, and some of the wood has fallen away. In front of the house, you see a truck labeled “Sewer Gators” parked. Right next to the truck are Andre and Pete. They bicker to each other about the camera equipment, say how shady the house is, and basically just entertain guests in line. You enter inside.

He slashes them to you, as you run to the next room.

    Abandoned House

    In front of you is a large derelict house. Snow can be seen coating the road, as you walk closer to the house. Occasionally, the windows “glitch”, and flash static (projection mapping). As you enter inside of the house, you hear the sound of a vhs tape going in.

    Viewing Room

    You then enter into a small, mostly empty room. To your left, you can see a dead eldery man on the couch. You can smell the early decay in the room, as the sounds of flies buzzing can be heard. To your right are rows and rows of TVs, with a stack of VHS tapes next to it. You see various tape names from the movies (Second Honeymoon, Thursday The 17th, The Sick Thing That Happened To Emily When She Was Younger, Phase 1 Clinical Trials). A tape can be seen in the vcr, labeled “Ameatur Night”. You enter into the next room.

    Bedroom

    You then enter into a small motel bedroom. Blood litters the walls, as you see the passed out body of Lisa on the bed. The ripped to pieces body of Patrick lies on the floor (with underwear), with most of his organs and face gone. As you walk past the body, Lily emerges from the bathroom door (she’ll have a bra on, either that or a skinsuit), and tries to attack you. You run to the next room.

    Staircase

    You then enter into a short hallway like room. On the floor is Clint, with his arm broken in half. He reaches out to you for help, but he quickly tells you to look out. Lily then leaps down from the stairs, and claws at you. You run to the next room.

    Motel Exit

    You then enter outside, and you see a trail of bloody footprints out of the door. As you walk past a parked car, Clint runs up towards you for help. Suddenly, he is lifted in the air by a now fully transformed Lily (bungee effect). You run to the next room.

    Basement

    You then enter into a dark dirty basement. Some tapes can be seen in several boxes around the room, with cobwebs hanging on the ceiling. As you walk past a shelf, a skinny humanoid being lunges between the rows and tries to grab at you. You run to the next room.

    Viewing Room

    You then re enter the room, and it’s the same as before. However, the man’s skin can be seen slightly decaying, leaving his jaw muscles exposed. The tape seen in the vcr is labeled ¨10/31/98 ̈. You enter into the next room.

    Attic

    You then enter into a large attic. In the center of the room is a young girl tied up with ropes, as she tries to reach out to you for help. As you are distracted by this, a cultist member runs towards you, knife in hand. Suddenly, he stops, as he is then violently dragged back into the darkness (bungee). You run to the next room.

    Foyer

    You then enter into a large foyer. The ground shakes violently, as you walk by a door. The door knob then disappears, as the window slowly closes. As you are distracted by this, a hand emerges from a nearby door. It tries to grab at you, as you run to the next room.

    Basement

    You then enter into a long damp corridor. Smoke fills the room, as various pale hands reach out to you. As the ground shakes some more, you run to the next room.

    Train Tracks

    You then enter outside. In front of you is a ghostly young lady, as she silently stares at you. As you are distracted by her, a large horn can be heard, as you turn to your left. A large train can be seen coming towards you, only stopping mere inches from you. You run to the next room.

    Viewing Room

    You then re enter into the viewing room, and it seems to be the same...except the bodies gone. You walk past the vcr, and see the tape in it labeled “A Walk In The Park”. You enter into the next room.

    Trail

    You then enter out into the middle of the woods. You can hear the sounds of groans and moans coming from the woods, as you see the bashed in body of a zombie girl with a bloodied rock next to her. As you walk past her, a mid-infected Mike wanders behind a tree. He’s seen with bloodied vomit covering his face and shirt, and reaches his hand out to you for help. You run to the next room.

    Park

    You then enter into a large open field. In the center of the room is Mike eating the body of a biker. Blood squirts onto you, as the now zombified half eaten biker tries to grab at you. As you are distracted by this, a female biker zombie lunges from behind a tree and tries to bite at you. You run to the next room.

    Birthday Party

    You then enter into a large outdoor area. Multiple corpses litter the area, as you can see various zombies (dummies) eating them. In front of you is the nearly headless body of Mike, with a shotgun right next to him. As you are distracted by this, one of the zombie bikers lunges towards you, and tries to claw at you. You run to the next room.

    Viewing Room

    You are now back at the viewing room. The bodies back, and it’s more decayed than ever. Pieces of flesh hanging loosely from it’s bones, with the decay smell being worse than ever. The tape seen in the vcr reads “Safe Haven” as you enter into the next room.

    Interview

    You then enter into a small room. A fallen camera lies on the floor, with the body of Joni next to it. His throat is slit open, as blood sprays onto you. As you are distracted by this, “Father” emerges from behind a door, shirtless and covered with blood, and tries to slash at you with a box cutter. You run to the next room.

    “Day Of Reckoning”

    You then enter into a large, nearly empty room. From all sides are men wearing all white, and all of them are holding pistols to their heads (all of them are dummies). As you walk past them, you hear all say “Amen!”, and the lights go out. Suddenly, the muzzle flash from all of the guns go off all at once, illuminating the room (strobe lights). As the lights come back on, a door bursts open, as a cult member tries to shoot at you with a shotgun. You run to the next room.

    Birthing

    You then enter into a large room. In the center of the room is an altar, and Lena's body can be seen on it. Her stomach is torn open, as gut and innards fill the floor. As you are distracted by this, a possessed cultist pops out from a door and tries to attack you. You run to the next room.

    Resurrection

    You then enter into a large corridor. From the doors in the halls, you can hear screams and demonic groaning. You walk past one door, and a possessed Joni bursts in from the door and tries to bite at you. As you run past him, a huge horde of possessed lunge towards you (animatronic). As you are about to run to the exit, a large 7 foot goat demon bursts in from a wall and roars at you. You run to the next room.

    Escape

    You then enter outside. To your left is a rolled over car, with blood stains on the ground. As you walk past it, you can see the unconscious body of Adam inside. Expecting a scare from him, you back away from him. Suddenly to your right, the demon from before lunges from behind some trees and tries to attack at you. You run to the next room.

    Foyer

    You then enter the last room of the abandoned house. In front of you is a staircase, where you see the now living old man from before staring down at you. Right next to the staircase is the headless body of one of the looters, with fresh blood coating the walls. The lights then turn off, then turn back on. The old man’s now gone (pepper's ghost effect). Suddenly, one of the door bursts open, as the zombie old man lunges towards you. As you run to the next room, the headless body reaches out to you. Right next to the entrance to the next room is the vhs tv, with a new tape in it. “Slumber Party Alien Abduction”

    Living Room

    You then enter into a modern living room. It seems normal, with nothing out of the ordinary there. However, as you walk past the window, a blinding light pierces through the windows, as a loud horn is heard. As it turns off, one of the Greys emerges from behind a table and try to attack you. You run to the next room.

    Forest

    You then enter outside. In front of you, you see police lights, and a loud siren blaring in the air. As you walk towards it for safety, the lights then flash a bright orange, as the same horn from before is heard. Multiple Gray’s rush towards you from the trees at once, as you dash towards the next room.

    Barn

    You then enter into an open room. Up in the air, you see a large hole torn in the roof, and Gary is being lifted in the air by a UFO (dummy). He screams for help, but another Gray runs towards you whilst you’re distracted. You run to the final room.

    Rewind

    You then enter into a room covered in static (projections). As you are walking through the room, a panel of the wall drops down, and reveals Lily about to attack you...but she does it in reverse. She pulls her hand back from you, puts it in the air, and roars at you. Another panel drops down, revealing a dead cultist. He then gets up, with the blood and bullet going back in, and then proceeds to reverse shoot at you (air effect from behind you). As you are about to exit the house, a grey dashes towards you from behind the wall and chases you out.

    You enter into the soundstage, and you find yourself in a small suburban neighborhood. Rain is pouring down on you, as you hear the sounds of distant thunder nearby. In front of you is a small house, where a car is parked in front. In the sidewalk is a small drain, where fresh blood can be seen on the road, and a red balloon. From inside the drain...you can hear the sounds of flesh being torn and a child crying...and laughter. You enter from the side of the house, as you transition into a different scene.

Smoke and orange lighting can be seen from the door, as a couple of hands try to grab at you as you hear faintly screams of help. You turn right, and enter the library.

To your right are some stairs, where eggs can be seen stacked on each step. As you are distracted by this, the headless boy emerges from the middle of the archives, and tries to swipe out at you with it’s burn hands. You run towards the next room.

    You enter into a large open room this time. It seems to be a normal clean office, but it’s really dark. On your left lies a painting, where a distorted woman (Judith) can be seen holding a flute. From the shadows, you hear a out of tune flute playing, and it stops. The lights go out for a second, then come back on. You look back to the painting. Judith is gone (painting that actor can turn from behind the wall). Suddenly, a humanoid version of Judith emerges from a hidden wall (stilt walker), and reaches out towards you. As you are distracted by this, Alvin Marsh will emerge from one of the doors and threaten you. You run to the next room.

In front of you is Georgie in his yellow raincoat. He stares at you, as he speaks. “If you come with me, you’ll float too. You’ll float to. You’ll float too. You’ll float too! YOU’LL FLOAT TOO!” As he says this, you see he is slowly being lifted up by Pennywise's arm (Actor is attached to an animatronic arm on the ground, which will raise or lower every few seconds). As you are about to exit the room, Pennywise scares you from behind a shelf, and laughs maniacally at you. You run to the next room.

Suddenly, a giant version of Pennywise lunges through the projection and roars at you (giant head scare). You run to the next room.

    As you exit the forest, you see the massive neibolt house. Everything about it is rotten, even the grass with it being overgrown. As you’re looking at this haunting display, you hear a raspy voice. “Do you think these will help me?” Suddenly, the leper emerges from behind a tree, and reaches out towards you, snout dribbling from its nose and onto you. You run into the house.

    The inside of the house looks like how you’ll expect from an abandoned house. Furniture and leaves litter the room. To your left is a mattress, with a strange black sizzling liquid coming out of it. Suddenly, Eddies head pokes out from a hole in the mattress, and looks at you. “You wanna play loogie?” he says, as he then vomits the black ooze onto you (animatronic head and water).     You then enter into a mostly empty room. In front of you though, are three doors. As you are about to, the “Scary” door swings open, as the hanging torso of Betty Ripsom swings towards you (animatronic pushed by blackout performer). You run to the next room.

As you are distracted by this, one of the clowns in the room lunges towards you, and laughs maniacally. Whilst you back away from it, Pennywise emerges from behind a sheet, and claws at you, as you run to the next room.

His face is becoming more and more terrifying, with his fangs growing though his skin, and his eyes becoming circular.     The stench from before is at its peak now, as you enter the sewers. The walls are coated with filth, as you can’t see it, but you can hear water splashing beneath your feet. You can hear children laughing in the distance, as multiple zombie kids scare from the walls. You run to the next room.

    Drainage Room

    You then enter into a large room. Various pipes line the room, as sewage water drips on you. A flashlight can be seen passing through the walls, as you hear...strange sucking sounds. Suddenly, a light comes on in the center of the room, as you see the flute lady devouring Stanley with a strange insect like tongue (animatronic flute lady, and dummy stanley). As you are distracted by this, Pennywise emerges from a wall grate, as he laughs in your face. You run to the next room.

    Lair

    You then enter into a massive room. In the center of the room, are a bunch of toys or children items stacked in a huge pile. To the left and right of the pile are multiple dead children, their eyes are empty and face in a silent scream. The one that seems to be the lowest is Beverly, as she can actually be seen floating higher and higher every passing second. As you are distracted by this, one of Pennywise's forms jumps out from behind the pile and tries to attack (depending on the cast, it’ll be the leper, flute lady, or the headless boy). As you are about to exit the room, you notice a large open hole with Pennywise attached to it, gripping on the edges. His head can be seen cracking open, as he mutters one final word. “Fear”. You go to the next room

    Sewer Hall

    You then enter into a long hall. The smell has slowly started to fade away the more you walk. The room is pitch black, but you can see daylight ahead of you at the end of the hall. You hear Bill talking in this room. “Swear, swear if It isn't dead, if It ever comes back, we'll come back too.” you enter into the next room.

     

    Bridge

    You then enter into a large outdoor room. In your left and right are bushes, and in the center is a large bridge..with tons of red balloons everywhere. To the left of the bridge is a message written in blood, “COME HOME”. As you are distracted by this, Adrian emerges from behind a bush, bruised and bloodied. He begs for help, as Pennywise emerges from behind him, and takes a bite out of his armpits. You run to the next room.

     

    Chinese Restaurant

    You then enter into a small room. In the center of the room is a table. There are various paper messages on the table, all saying “Guess” “Stanley” “Could” “Not” “Cut” “It”. The cookies on the table are seen cracked open, revealing various malformed abominations. One has an eye slowly moving closer to you, another has a bat wing flying in the air (string). The most disturbing one is a small insect body with a baby's head. It twitches and wails, as it tries to crawl towards you (puppet). As you are distracted by this, Mike will come out from a corner with a chair, and try to swing it at you. You run to the next room.

     

    Bleachers

    You then enter into a narrow room. On your left are various bleachers, with the outside pouring through it. You can hear the faint audience members from it, but it’s very faint, like it’s drowned out. On the floor is Victoria...well what was Victoria. Her head has been ripped clean from the body, with pieces of brain scattered everywhere. Suddenly, a wall panel drops down, revealing a full fanged Pennywise. He lunges towards you, as you run to the next room.

     

    Living Room

    You then enter into a large living room. It seems...normal. There’s hardly anything wrong in the room...besides the flies cluttered around a window. A picture is hanging on a wall...and it’s Bob Gray. As you’re looking at him, the distorted Mrs. Kersh lunges from a corner (stilts) and tries to grab at you. As you are running away from her, a nearby door opens revealing a Bob Gray/Pennywise form. His laughter slowly turns into a roar, as you run to the next room.

     

    Derry Picnic

    You then enter back outside. To your left is a large podium, and the right is overtaken by a black shadow. The podium is empty, but Pennywise can be seen floating in the air with various red balloons (dummy). He is seen singing about Richies “dirty little secret”, and might also taunt you to. As you are distracted by this, a large fanged Paul Bunyan head emerges from the shadows and tries to bite at you (puppet). You run to the next room.

    Hands

    You then enter into the next room, and it’s a disturbing sight. Everything in the room, the ceiling, the floor, the walls, everything is covered in small tiny baby hands. You can hear the flesh moving from all around the room, as you walk past them. Suddenly, part of the wall lunges towards you (actor wearing hand suit). You run to the next room.

    School Halls

    You then enter into a long hallway. To your left and right are various lockers and doors. From one locker on your left, you can hear Ben inside of it, panting heavily. As you’re looking at him, a demonic burnt up Beverly emerges from one of the doors. She slowly recites Ben’s poem, as she reaches out towards you. As you’re running to the door, Pennywise bursts in from a locker and laughs at you (torso animatronic). You run to the next room.

    Pharmacy Basement

    You then enter into a damp basement. Cobwebs and an awful smell cover the room. To your right you can see the Leper vomiting some black ooze on Eddie. Eddie reaches out towards you for help, as the Lepers head turns to you and pukes all over you (water). You run to the next room.

    Bathroom

    You then enter into a small bathroom. Blood stains can be seen on the floor, and a bloodied pocket knife on the floor. As you walk past a fallen shower curtain, Henry emerges from behind with a knife and tries to slash at you. You run to the next room.

     

    Hall Of Mirrors

    You then enter into a long distoriting hall. Every wall is made of mirrors, with some having child sized handprints. Suddenly, part of the mirror fades away, revealing Bill trying to break the glass (pepper's ghost effect). He tells you to run, before It comes. As you are distracted by this, parts of a nearby mirror fall back revealing a fanged pennywise. He’ll attack you as you exit the room.

    Neibolt House

    You are now back at Neibolts doorsteps. The house looks worse than ever, with parts of the wood on the floor. As you enter into the room, you hear Pennywise monologuing. “For 27 years, I've dreamt of you. I craved you. Oh I've missed you! Waiting for this very moment... TIME TO FLOAT!” As he says the last line, thunder can be heard off in the distance, as you enter inside.

    Living Room

    You then enter into a large living room, and you already see carnage occuring. Ben can be seen on the floor, with a grotesque message being cut into his stomach. “HOME AT LAST”. He reaches out to you for help, but his arm is pushed down by some force. As you walk past him, a nearby mirror breaks away revealing pennywise, and he has a glass shard. Before he can slash it at you, Beverly comes out with a pipe and tries to swipe at the mirror, but you’re in the way. You quickly run before she hits it.

     

    Kitchen

    You enter back into the kitchen, and the old carnival smell has been replaced with the smell of mold and dirt. The open fridge is still there, but it now has stan’s body shoved inside..and it has no head. As you’re looking at the slightly decaying body, Richie bursts in through the door, and he has Stan’s spider head covered on his head. He reaches out towards you for help, as you run to the next room.

    Sewer Halls

    You then enter into a narrow hall, as the familiar sewer smell returns. As you walk by the halls, you can hear Pennywise laughing...from all directions. As you look around disoriented, the distorted Mrs. Kersh lunges from a hole in the wall and tries to attack you. You run to the next room.

    The Doors

    You then enter into a familiar room. The three doors are there again, but the paint is now dry, and yet it seems to move down to the floor. You see the open “Not Scary” door...and see a Pomeranian. It just sits there, wagging its tail. As you’re adored by it, the bottom half of Betty Ripsons legs emerges from the “Very Scary” door, and chases you out into the “Scary” door. As you walk through the halls of the “Scary” room, the Pomerarian before bursts through the wall, now demonic and twisted (animatronic). You run into the final room.

     

    Lair

    You then enter into the most massive room of the haunt. In front and center of the room is the giant spider Pennywise, it’s arachnid legs trying to swipe at you (20 foot animatronic). Every area of the room is covered with red balloons, and as you walk past them, every form you saw before in the haunt lunge from behind them, trying to tear you apart before you leave. Whilst you run to the exit, you pass a Universal employee guiding you out...until he pulls back his hat revealing Pennywise's face. He lunges towards you, laughing whilst you escape from your fears.

    Also, I've had an idea for something that might be fun for HHN 30. I know some of the previous anniversary years have had scare zones devoted to the icons. What if they did scare zones ruled over by the main icons (Jack, Caretaker, Director, Storyteller, and the Usher)? Basically, five scare zones (probably inspired by older scare zones or houses), and each one is essentially lead by an icon.

    Yeah i can seeh that working. Jack can have a carnival zone, caretaker can have a gothic zone, director can have modern universal horrors (tethered, baby face killer, etc etc), storyteller can have a scary tales or urban legends zone, and the usher can have reimagined versions of classic monsters (think the designs of UM this year).
