In regards to the Checkmate clue that's been given...Checkmate could be another way of saying Game Over which is a popular Saw franchise phrase. Don't know if they would be going the more obvious route with these clues though.

I'm not sure if anybody has mentioned it yet, but New Line Cinemas is producing the remake of Stephen King's IT which comes out in September. Seeing how Universal likes to have a good relationship with New Line it only seems reasonable that there would be a house based on that IP.
